Not for me. Strawberry boba tea is not my drink. I will need to try something else next time. The service was okay.

I like it. The staff are usually high schoolers like me which is kinda cool :D. I go here almost every time I go to the mall for a quick boba drink. Service is really fast and good quality :)

This place is very dirty. the management does not know what they are doing. The prices of the drinks went up but the quality went down, how do you explain that? The cashier was not very knowledgeable in what they were doing, and it looks like none of the employees wear gloves and just touch drink with their bare hands

Been coming here for years! And with my most recent purchases the boba milk tea has gotten way better because back then it tasted really watery overall my go to boba place but the boba milk tea price has gone up

Could drink the honeydew milk tea forever. They seemed a little confused when I asked for it, but I still got it and it still tastes good. Originally got this magical concoction at a Bubble Bubble Tea in Oregon and got super excited when I realized that there was a place near my home that could make it for me.

I had ordered a green apple slush with mango popping boba and lychee jelly and it was poorly made! i had only came here a few times here when i go shopping at the mall and every time i came the slush had big chunks of ice and it barely had any flavor at all, the mango popping boba wasn’t even boba it was more of a liquid i couldn’t even pop it in my mouth and then the lychee was very slimy and the employees were always very rude

The taro smoothie wasnt bad could have been better but the customer service experience was really saddening for me. They have a policy they decided not to uphold so they lied to me that the sticker machine was malfunctioning all day instead of being honest regarding the situation that the original cup was torn. Immediately after my order, customers were receiving drinks with stickers. I decided to ask my for my free drink like the policy stated in the picture i uploaded once again as i saw the sticker machine was working. After when they were asked to remedy the situation they continued to insult my intelligence and told me if it was that big a deal to call their supervisor and inform him. I asked for the number and they said its online and the supervisor asked not for it to not be given out. I understand that completely and didnt want the employees to get in trouble for this but it should be known they don’t uphold their policy of giving you a free drink if your sticker isnt on your cup. Honestly dont know why the stickers are that big a deal but they must be important if the managers there made sure theres a policy for reimbursing customers who dont get their sticker on their boba.

My daughter and I went here for the first time yesterday and she order the pineapple slushy which she loved! I ordered the black cream Boba tea. It was delicious. Customerservice was good as well I know I have read other reviews that were not as good and had mentioned that their experience was not very good but mine was a good experience overall.

Was not a fan of the Thai tea, tasted like medicine and then I couldnt add the egg pudding, so disappointed 😞

I love this place! Their strawberry banana smoothie is to die for. I drive over to get one of their smoothies everyday. I wish they had other locations. Ive tried other places, but they are the best this far. Whenever youre in Town East Mall you must try one. Go to the food court on the third floor. You wont be disappointed!!

I love their boba and smoothies but theres always something wrong with them every time I go. They keep running out of boba doesnt matter what time of the day and always be having huge lines. They lie to customers about the time is left on boba preparation, one time they had a sign up saying their blenders were not working ice teas or coffees ONLY but yet they were serving blended drinks to random customers?? Very disappointed!

Great boba place that absolutely never has any boba left. Weve been back about a dozen times since this is our favorite boba spot and every time weve come, theres not been any boba left. No matter If its 12 noon or 4pm. Theyre always out. Then top it off, they dont update their Google listing which made it hard to know if they were open during the pandemic. I really use to like this spot. Dont know what happened. Oh and they dont do blended drinks currently. Which I wish theyd advise.

Service is great every time I go, I visit often my favorite drinks are the frozen hazelnut coffee w tapioca or the mango smoothie.

Showed up at 6:30 and they said they were closed. I can’t find anywhere with hours for this place and online it says 9 but new mall hours are until 7 because of COVID. Thought they would at least be open until 7. Only came into the mall for boba. Bummed.

Great smoothies but they removed the reward system. You used to be able to redeem a free smoothie after 10 purchases. They need to bring that back, the drinks are already expensive. Give me an incentive to keep purchasing.

The drinks were amazing but they didnt honor their receipt policy. There was a sign made by management saying that if the cup didnt have the receipt then the order was free. Well our cup didnt have the receipt and we went back but they refused to honor their policy. They kept making excuses so we just left it be. It wasnt worth arguing about it but they should at least honor what they put for the public to see

I really love this place! The tea is good and this is a very nice and unique place to go! I cant wait to come here again!

SUCKED. And they’re called “I Heart Boba” but charge extra for boba?! Costs almost $5 a cup (they only offer 1 size) and their milk teas are made from powder and taste nothing like they’re supposed to. Never going there again.

If i could say what i need to say without giving stars, i would. This place doesnt deserve any. The customer service is the worst Ive experienced ever!!! I order a sweet peach tea with Boba and get something else... But Im in the wrong and get yelled at for their misunderstanding?!? I am in customer service myself And would never treat any of my guests/clients the way they treat their customers!!! You can bet i wont ever be back!

The white girl at the register was so rude, I didn’t catch her name but on god I ain’t coming here again, bad customer service, she should be fired for giving this type of service

I was charged extra $20 for one drink so thats about $26?! They have done nothing about it and it just so happens this one time I dont get a receipt from the girl working. Since I dont have a receipt they wont do anything about it. Used to love this place but never going here again.

Last time Ill visit. The have a rewards program and I had my free drink receipt and they wouldnt honor it. Every time I visit its always something. Last time they didnt have mango jelly or peach green tea.

Big list of boba is always a plus, but the drinks are all overpriced. Drinks taste like they were artificially made, in which I have a hard time wondering if it is. The other positive side is that the boba balls are tiny and easy to eat, but other than that, this place is average.

I recently experienced the new one on Skillman and audilia, 20xs better than starbucks.... I got the Viet coffee...excellent! I drink so much boba I put it into my monthly budget, so I try to find the best boba places close to everywhere I go. I heart boba has an amazing environment, amazing prices, and most of all amazing boba! Definitely give them a try, you will thank me later!

Ordered Lychee green tea with boba. Only thing that tasted decent was the boba. They might as well just serve boba in an empty cup. The drink tasted terrible. Just give me a cup of water. I noticed a similar experience from another reviewer but theres no other boba place in mesquite. Like seriously?

My husband and I stood in line for 20 minutes today, just to get turned away because it was 6pm on the dot when we got to the counter. There were at least 8 ppl behind us that got turned away as well. No one came out earlier to inform us that they would be closing. Instead they made us waste our time just standing there for 20 minutes

For the last couple of months they have gotten shady, if you watch they dont start with new mixes every time, they just add to it for the next person add a lot more ice. If your paying that much you need to get what youre paying for. The people employed there now dont care about customer service.
