I brought my van here to replace the rear door that had been dented in a parking lot. They were very helpful and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They also repaired an additional dent that I hadnt even mentioned.In addition, I was scheduled to pick up my car the Friday before Ida hit. I was running around preparing for the storm and missed several calls from them. Needless to say I arrived after they all had left so the staff could do their own storm prep. The owner came back within 5 minutes to retrieve my van for me. So thankful!

The sign said they closed for 5pm M-F I showed up at 4:30pm on a FRIDAY the door was locked nobody answered the door. Even though they had two cars in front the building. So I just figured they wasnt really about business so I left. Maybe they was busy or something. My money spend everywhere.

Literally the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. This is a husband and wife run business that doesnt have any staff available to work the front desk area. They curse out their customers and blame the clients/insurance agents for their own lack of communication and lack of understanding/reviewing what the scope of their work is. They change their hours based on their own personal convenience and get mad when you say that they werent open the hours they had listed. Insist you should call ahead, but never answer and have a full voice mailbox. Truly, they dont know how to treat the people that pay them. Would go anywhere else before them

As a young woman the auto industry loves to pray on us, but this shop is fair and has done a wonderful job at being informative and upfront.Ive been here several times and all the work theyve done on my car has been impeccable.highly recommend this for all.

I had a great experience here. They were very professional and understanding. I did not have to deal with any insurance issues because anything that was needed with insurance, they took care of. Someone hit me and their insurance paid for my damage, but I had no problems with anything. The work was excellent. It looked brand new when I picked up my car. I will always use this body shop for any repairs that I need. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!!
