They dont even possess a Subaru key cutting machine which is required for all Subaru makes since at least 2012 which use high security, laser cut keys. They can program the immobilizer chip in the key, but cannot cut it first... All Subaru dealerships are supposed to have one according to SOA (Subaru of America). So they basically said that if I can get it cut (somehow? Like going to a competent Subaru dealership?), theyd program it. Very helpful... Luckily, as it turns out, it isnt an actual laser cut key and Id hardly call it high security either, since Acme Lock Co was able to use my existing key and simply cut/copy it like any household key, with a machine with grinding and cutting wheels. No lasers. In less than 2 minutes. Nothing special or fancy like what Subaru is supposed to use that requires a secret special code specific to the actual vehicle just to cut the key (assuming they actually had the machine)Anyway, they were able to program the immobilizer chip in the new key (once already cut) in less than 30 minutes with no issues. Rich was very kind and took the time to answer a few questions I had about upcoming service. Will update the review and star rating after first actual service.

I have had the pleasure to experience great service at two Subaru dealerships, one in Arizona and the other in Texas. Everyone was very helpful and not trying to get money out of me. I wish I could say the same for this dealership, will never return for any type of service, tires, fixes, etc. All they care about is money, not actually helping.

The worst. I have been a Subaru Outback owner for decades. I have brand loyalty because of all the positive experiences I have had at other Subaru dealerships. I have bought extended warranties that have actually served me well. I have driven my car literally all over the country and have had the Subarus I have owned serviced at a minimum of 20 dealerships across the country. The only bad experiences I have ever had at a Subaru dealership have been at Bryan Subaru, which also happens to be the only Subaru dealership where I live. I dread going there. Pretty sure I have left them a bad review before—guessing they flagged it.

I ordered a 2017 Forester engine air filter. The price was lower than my local dealer, and it arrived the very next day. I am very impressed and very happy with my purchase. I will definitely order parts from them again.

Knowingly sent friends in an unsafe car that could have literally killed them after taking $4200 for repairs that were never done to the vehicle. After the complete lack of repairs were found by another Subaru dealership, Bryan refused to refund their money. Would never recommend this dealership or their service department.

Great communication and they work very hard to make sure you are pleased before you leave.
