Theres so much going on in Kenner and the stores have to handle the staff problems and such but this Walmart is doing a great job handling whats available. Clean and well stocked Walmart.

Location is open after Hurricane Ida. Store does not have any damage inside but the hours are very limited.They close at 4PM sharp. You need to be line before 4PM. They have temporary portable restrooms outside. Store is well stocked but does not have anything for cold or frozen food. They did have milk and plenty of bread.Again hours are limited but the are open with a short wait in line.

Grocery department was well organized an neat. Isles were clean an most items were put correctly in the shelf. Kids department was also well organized. Easy to find what your looking for. Clean bathrooms an fast check outs. Customer service was very helpful.

Very concerning, they charged me 26,00 for an 8 peice fried chicken, since they didnt have containers for an 8 peice they put them on bags and weighed them. Didnt notice till I was checking out,what I should have done was leave it at the self check out registers,but I am not that guy, I wanted the chicken,so I bought it..So consider this a public announcement: dont go there to get fried chicken,they dont have containers,if they put it into the bags they charge you for the independent weights for each bag of chicken.Again this is public service announcement.Add a photo of the proof.Like I always say,dont take my word for it,go find out for yourself.

Large abundance of school supplies for the new school year.

Employees are rude.they absolutely do not move out your way if your walking with a basket.Now its the only store that has a line to get in one day,no line the next.They close when they feel like it.Should just shut it down completely until they decide which way they want to go.Very poor management.Ive made Rouses my go to store

I love Wally world who does not love Wally world you always find a good boy and he always have clothes for $2 and one dollar for kids

The cashier at the services station,(Moneygram, bills, etc. ought to be commended for her outstanding customer service attention. She makes a dificult operation looks easy with her charming personality and excellent customer service.

Lots of great selections and a no hassle. One thing I disliked was the service at the money services. Poor attitudes and lack of help. They just really dont want to deal with you and will try to get you out of the department asap.

It was fine until we were checking out & the power went out. Luckily, the cash register worked a little longer & we got our purchases. They announced for everyone to leave but the employees couldnt get the ELECTRIC doors open. Many left through the low opening for the baskets. My husband just read the door instructions that said IN AN EMERGENCY PUSH. Arent you glad you asked about my experience?! 🤷‍♀️😁

The customer care agent in the watch and jewelry section really took her time with me!!EVERYONE SHOPS @ WALMART! Rich or poor! WALMART has everything except customer service!! Quality products, Security & Customer Service & the customer service department should be your top priorities!

They would not take a defective product back without a receipt. I told her it was a gift and she said cannot return without receipt. Unbelievable. The box even still had the sticker with all information on it. It will be hard to stop going to Wal-Mart but ill do my best.

Great workers are this location that are always friendly and stop to ask how you are. The customer service center is also excellent,even though they are always understaffed and it is usually one girl pulling the load herself, she deserves a shout out!

Lost my keys for my car and store . 8/10/21, Went to Customer Service they were great they sent the lady to check with Me, I am in A wheelchair so I was in real trouble the lady’s name was Simone we found my keys I went back to Customer Service they had six ladies back there that really helped me each one was concerned that I want to thank each one of these ladies for helping me they were polite. They really cared about my problem thank these ladies for me, And God bless them

This store seems neat but I over heard a customer ask a employee where a item was and the employee straight up told the customer I dont have the time to help you.

Store was well stocked. Very clean, organized, and pleasant to shop. I was thrilled to see the variety show f Christmas items already out. As a crafter this is important for us to prepare for upcoming fall festivals. I also really like the scan and go tho a bit tight there were employees to assist and keep things flowing.

Worst Walmart I have ever visited. The CSM I dealt w had no compassion whatsoever, the CSR as well followed her footsteps and did not resolve my problem of returning a pair of SWIM TRUNKS I PAID FOR THAT GOT LEFT IN THE STORE. theyre were multiple workers standing outside along the building, smoking on their cellphones doing absolutely nothing while the ladies who helped self check out did the same. I will never return to this Walmart who clearly doesnt put their customers first.

Ladies in the hot food Deli and the cold-cut deli section refuse to wear face mask this has been an ongoing problem its been reported to management and nothing seems to happen on my last visit the two Deli employees were talkin laughing and one even started coughing while they were cutting my meat and cheese I just left everything and walked off I reported it to a member of management she said that she would take care of it I find that hard to believe since you walk past them several times and seen that they were not wearing mask. I think I may have to drive a little further but I think Ill be taking my business to HEB

It showed the item I was looking for online at that store and there was none after I drove out of my way to go there.

Sorry to say only 2 line open with a person to be able to cash you out elderly customers not use to change. I would suggest if you want a guest to use this system two things should happen one a discount should be offer and second someone should check the line and offer some assistance to make it more comfortable to help the customer

I wish they had more size 36 shorts but life goes on. The lady in the fitting room was extra especially nice.

I shop there a lot. Fresh produce and up to date groceries and self checkout registers. Great service and good employees

I understand that its a busy store, but navigating employees with pallets, employees stocking shelves, and now employees shopping for online orders with their oversized carts... its too much. Theres no room for their customers.

Terrible. U have to have the exact change for a dog tag and no register would give me change. Everyone is lazy and they walk around and just talk to each other

Found most items and the rest I found at another Walmart. They generally have what I look for and lots of new items that I see online.

Clean store with abundant selection. 4* because all Walmarts are generally a blight on our dying population of Small-Business endeavors.As a store though, it runs well, with staff friendly and attentive. Asked a few people for random hard-to-find items and they stopped what they were doing to help me.4/5 would recommend but as a supporter of small businesses Id say go to a mom-and-pop business first. You might spend a little more but you wont be lining the pockets of wealthy CEOs.

Always a headache i swear they have less and less registers open these days and most of the time they only accept a certain tender for each line and you normally find out when its too late and have to jump in another unnecessary line because they could have all lanes open. Not very clean and rarely restocked in a timely manner and there are more departments rarely ever staffed for when needing help with jewelry or electronics or sporting goods such as getting fishing and hunting licenses.

I liked shopping at Wal-Mart super center

It is the typical Walmart, with a few odd characters here and there.

This place is great for getting your every day essentials. The simplicity of the store is great and is the worlds most profitable business. Overall its a great visit

I experienced very long lines with no cashiers. I dont want to work for Walmart. I will go back to shopping at Cacenco.

This location is so overcrowded with customers; long check out lines, freight all over all departments; so hard to shop my list- they should really rethink the shifts for stocking. And resetting mods! Daytime here is too congested. 😞as well as 2-10 hours.

Have a good selection of items, but the workers could care more and be more polite to customers.

They don’t deserve to be in business. Two hours in line just to buy a roll of duck tape (in five different lines, because their computers and cashier scanners kept breaking down). They don’t want to sell you anything. You just simply can’t actually complete the act of buying things at this store. I gave up after two hours and walked out.

Walmart has everything, and at great prices. The only thing that lacks is friendly personnel. Most of them seem to be frustrated and will treat you like they are doing you a favor and not their job

My experience was not good. I came for two prescriptions. I had until the 19th to pick them up. I had not picked them up sooner because I had a doctors appointment today and didnt want to make multiple trips. My prescription had already been returned to stock two days early. I waited to have them refilled again. While I was waiting the electricity went out. I waited 30 minutes longer and finally left. It was a complete waste of my time.

I only go to this location if I have to, I prefer the location on Loyola. Typical Walmart though, nothing great, nothing lacking.

Love to get lost in other Walmarts besides my own. This place is well organized and had everything stocked. There was an associate on nearly every isle to help if u needed anything. Checkout was quick too with those self checkouts

Running a bit low on some things but its also not the fault of the employees so give them a break!

Be ready to wait a very long time to check out, even with self checkouts they dont have enough open.

It was well stocked and clean. The merchandisers were reasonably helpful. and the lines werent too bad. And of course, you cant really ever beat the prices. ...However I could have done without all the foul words on some of the shoppers tee-shirts...whats that about?

It was ok and workers were nice a helpful.

Poor drainage system in the parking lot. Constantly walking in puddles on rainy days. I have rainy day tennis, but it started raining while in route.

The shelves were pretty empty. I went in looking for electric blanket and there was none. No heaters either. Surprise to me,seeing low temperature was in the low 30. But they had plenty of summer stuff going on shelves.

I walked in 4 minutes before the store closed and I was refused service. The employees were very rude, interrupting me, not listening to anything I had to say, explaining that they don’t care that I came in because they locked the doors (before they closed), and they don’t have cashiers to check me out. At that time there were multiple customers in the self-checkout line. It took me 13 minutes to locate the item I needed, speak with 3 employees to locate an item that wasn’t on the shelves, and walk back to the front.They were extremely helpful; but the item was sold out at the moment. I went to the front and they blocked off the self-checkout lane whilst another two customers were checking out.I was very hopeful that I would be treated with consideration; but that was not the case. My hope is they will resolve this issue.

Store was good for supplies. I am not use to such rudeness though. Capacity counters dont speak rude self check out employees.

It’s usually stocked more than other Walmart’s in the area so that’s a plus. Super super center that’s spacious enough not to bump into anyone and the aisles are cluttered to the point of aggravation. If this one is ever too busy/packed or low on items, I go to the Walmart in Kenner!

The one in harrahan on jefferson ave is much better. The metairie walmart was crowded and no one there to help you. I was pricing things out for customers on my walmart app because of the lack of service. But walmart is Walmart theres not much difference besides the help n cleanliness

A worker told me the store is closed as I was starting to walk into the store. She said they were “restocking” and would be open tomorrow. Keep in mind today is Saturday.

Certain things just shouldnt run out here and things should certainly be stocked in the morning, unfortunately, they are not. However, customer service is fantastic and the store is clean.

If you asked any staff for help they dont have a key!?? Tried to buy a watch battery, No key she said, asked where to park riding cart at the door to plug in for next. Customer at the front she said she had no key!?? Asked where the bathroom was another said Not working others no key??? No body was helpful at all! And the general public will run right over you, as bad as their driving.

I LOVE WALMART # 1 STORE IN USA.

I have had to do multiple returns because of the dressing rooms still being closed. However, every return regardless of the store, went very smoothly.
