I recently changed to this pharmacy and am ever so glad that I did. Never are there long lines to wait in to get my medications and the employees are always there to offer help for any of your needs that you may have. There are many other items in this store other than medication which makes this the ultimate store to visit.

Unable to find a Pharmacy open after Hurricane Ida, my daughter suggested Nola Discount Pharmacy. I was extremely pleased with their ability to fill 2 prescriptions quickly.

Everything great that has previously been said about NOLA Discount Pharmacy is true. The pharmacists always have time to personally answer your questions with kindness and accuracy. The cashiers are always ready to check you out without delay and /or answer your questions. Even the stock clerks are friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else for my prescription and non prescription medications. I trust the people at NOLA 100%.

This pharmacy has anything & everything you need. The pharmacist will consult with you & answer all your questions. Everybody knows everyone & its a wonderful place to visit. I never go anywhere else. Their prices are unbeatable. They have the best prices in town.

Totally agree with all positive reviews A YEAR OR TWO AGO....HOWEVER....after Ross, Vinny and numerous others left the customer service today is that of Wal Mart & CVS. The friendly family atmosphere has taken a back seat to you becoming just another Rx. Number.Until recently I drove 78 miles round trip to come here. But after being charged $21.00 for a $12.00 Rx. And getting a condesending attitude over the phone from the Female pharmacist ( NOT JULIETTE ) it was time to take my and wifes business elsewhere. And that we did, along with getting my refund which cost me another 78 miles.

Old fashioned pharmacy with impeccable service and none of the problems you get with the big chain pharmacies. They have hard to fin items like doubled edged razor blades, reasonable prices on groceries, and at least three techs and a pharmacist on duty at all times. They always answer the phone promptly as well.

Love these guys - Everyone is helpful, friendly and courteous. Feel like they are part of the family. Customer service like it should be and used to be - genuine not scripted.

I went to Nola discount pharmacy and I had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful specially at compounding department. Robert was very helpful compounding my medicine. He was very professional and knowledgeable with all compounding formulas. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all compounding prescriptions!

I am a person with special medicine needs. NO other pharmacy could help me, but Nola Discount Pharmacy could, did, and still does. They are professional and also very friendly. Helpful to the max. Their actions show how much they care about their clients. They go beyond the usual or norm to help people. I have not had this experience elsewhere. Give them a visit, and you will see for yourself! When I didnt have insurance, they gave me a great saving for my prescription. I went from paying nearing $150 dollars for one month supply to paying $40. Thank you very much. Best service and cheapest prices in town for any discount pharmacy, and I have comparison shopped between here and Majorias. Some non-prescription items, such as toilet paper or hydrogen peroxide are cheaper at Family Dollar or Family Dollar; however, nobody can match their prices for prescription drugs. They remember me, and how to pronounce my surname. They call me Mr. Menuet, without my having to remind them. Also, they give helpful information and excellent pharmacology counseling about prices, alternatives to already prescribed medicines, and other medical/pharmacological issues. The only problem I have with them is the parking lot, which fills up often, and can be hazardous for Senior drivers. Grade: A. Marked down from A+ due to parking issues.

Definitley a no for me....called to check the status of my prescription I dropped off an hour ago... first on the phone the girl tells me I have no refills on a script that was new, took 10 mins for her to find it and tells me it will be filled now. I waited another 30mins prior to returning to pick it up to then be informed that they dont even have it in stock. Not so much as even a phone call to tell me it is in stock. Mr. Sassy pants cashier places my script on the counter and says we dont have this, and twirls around without further explanation.Stick to Chateau Pharmacy.

Called in to refil a prescription, Daniel answered, and gave me the hardest time, he said that was no prescription in the system for that name (we have been refilling here for the past year) gave the date of birth and said that it does not match anyone. Was on hold for 40 minutes, just to refill a prescription. It’s not the first time that Daniel gives us a hard time. He is the rudest person there. (Avoid him)

I followed this crew from CVS theyre fast, professional, courteous and reasonable prices. CVS corporate doesnt care, these guys care. And no lines. Prescription was ready in 10 minutes. And they got it right CVS screws up half the time. And they have long lines. Id rather support locally owned, especially when its better.

They always work to find clients the absolute best pricing, often locating coupons for the medications purchased!!! Very friendly staff are patient to answer any questions!!!

First time I came here, was looking for a nebulizer and went to the pharmacy in the back and the staff was very helpful and patient with explaining the instructions. The place was clean and very easy to find things.
