I still like shopping at rouses overall but here of late customer service has just gone downhill its supposed to be a full service grocery store but yet were continually having to bag our own groceries today I had six items and the clerk put them back in my hand basket I didnt even attempt to bag them just slid the basket down to the end so when I was done paying she was checking out the next customer throwing their stuff down towards me while Im still trying to bag my six items Im legally blind and visually impaired it was not a fun moment at rouses they need to quit spending so much money traveling to Republican events and spend some more on hiring more service reps

I shop here all the time since my job is in close vicinity. Every one I interact with is friendly and respectful. From the door greeter(sorry I forgot his name) but hes super nice. When I say Good Morning to him and ask hows hes doing, he always say he good just another day in Paradise. He honestly set the tone in the morning and makes you feel good. I know the store pretty well even after they move things around so I never need assistance from store employees but when you do see them majority of them do speak to you which is a good thing. The cashiers are super friendly, nice, and respectful. Mrs. Julie and Ms. Victoria are always friendly and nice and go above and beyond to make your experience shopping there enjoyable. Sorry for the long review but just had to FINALLY do a review for the store. Ive been shopping at this particular location for two years and counting. Thank you to ALL the staff for being great essential workers especially during the pandemic. Thank you!

Are you all up to some type of fraudulent act or something?! First she forgets to give it back to him, now its (supposedly) waaay in Thibodeaux, LA. What the fot?!! MIKE, you did not mention to me that my husband had to come and get his Drivers License before it gets tossed into the stores deposit bag and supposedly sent off way to Rouses HeadQuarters in Thibodeaux, Louisiana through INNER PARISH SECURITY ARMOR. All you said was that it will be in the SAFE when he come and gets it, not left on some counter as you told ROBERT. At least thats what Robert said. BRYAN E., you shouldve at least asked before sending it off especially when I know you all have the number/caller ID. Now he have to wait for them to return his License(if it arrived safely) which should be SHIPPED BACK IMMEDIATELY AS SAME DAY EXPRESS and hopefully returned safely. If anything, you all should be responsible for getting it back because its not like we didnt call in and claimed the License that she forgot to give to him and was more of a reason for not sending it so far away but yet you did it anyway as if it was never claimed. that we all think is pretty odd and MIKE knows daggon well we/I claimed it. My goodness! Its almost as if you all stole his license for whatever crooked reason(for identity theft?) or sent it to Thibodeaux on purpose/being spiteful. I told him to stop shopping there but he still chooses to do so by giving you all chances. Youre the only Markets that does that. Hopefully he will stop after this wicked fiasco. But then again, I dont know but I do know that this have to be reported to Consumer Reports and etc. because this is ridiculous. (ZERO STARS!!)

We go here ever single week. Never a week we miss. They literally have everything you need. They have a healthy isle well 4 of them. For all you people that have certain health restrictions or wanting to go keto or some type of diet. My favorite part about this store is that. You can get literally almost any kind of cut if meats you want in here. We love weird cuts and they have it here. Turkey neck, pig feet, Chicken gizzard, chicken necks, you name it. They got it. The liquor Isle is amazing. Massive section that has every variety there possible can available. If you want sushi or a custom pizza. They can make it for you here! Yummy! Now lets talk about the bakery. The best selection and seriously they out beat Wholefoods. Now this just happen recently. They stepped up their game and literally have every style cake imaginable that is not crazy sweet. Just the right amount. I can say their bakery come close now to a stand alone bakery else where. You can also have any cake anyway customized for a reasonable price. Last and not least. The deli is awesome. The amount of cheese and cut off meats for a board is all here. They gotcha for that when hosting the best party. Down to sandwiches for party! All in all. Rouses price is not expensive like other grocery store. Very reasonable like walmart.

Its nothing like winn dixie, Rouses actually bags your groceries for you the way it should be if Im buying a product from u. Winn dixie really needs to send the floor managers and cashiers to rouses market for a training session on how to treat paying custmers that help you have employment. But all that said thank you Rouses market for your professionalism.

I enjoyed the supermarket, it had a very cozy feeling, when you needed help there was someone nearby to come help you. If You couldnt reach the top, they got it for you, it was amazing. I found everything I needed very easily. I live in Houston and this was a great treat. Every employee that I ran into or walked by was friendly said, good morning was quite interesting and nice. Thank you for the nice visit while I was shopping.

Meh. Very mediocre. It seems like they are constantly remodeling and moving things around. The problem is that they bought out an old Sav-a-Center so the facilities arent as nice as other newer Rouses but they are always trying to make it feel new. Selection is fine. I wish it was more like a Publix.

Seems to be re-stocking night, so lots of empty shelves and missing veg. Other than that, this store is nice: bigger, newer, more spacious inside, and lighter than my local Rouses on Tchoupitoulas.

Sharon was my cashier and there was a problem with fish I was charged 17.99 for instead of 9.99 per pound. The live Lobster is 15.99 a pound. So I was a bit surprised. Some other cahier turned from her register and disagreed with the quality of the mask I was wearing. However Sharon was professional, and was unpanicked or perturbed by the mishap or my mask. She made my day.

Kamal had a bad attitude and acted if she didnt want to ring my groceries but maintained a better attitude with certain customers. Had a better experience with Edwin and other staff. Took 3 stars away because of Kamal. It was that bad with her.

Half of gallon of whole milk is here for $3.79. And I got 1 full gallon of milk from a different store for the SAME PRICE.I mean I know it’s covid but be fair! Thanks

I see many good reviews, however Ive been going to this one for 4 years now, and Its not nearly as good as it once was. They rearranged the store, stopped selling many items, have constant long lines that rival Walmart, and are always out of at least one thing I need.

As usual Rouses doesnt disappoint. Wanted a bottle of cabernet sauvignon but know little about wine. The young man in the wine dept was most helpful.

Every time I stop by there in the morning, they are out of scrambled eggs. Every time I have to ask if they will be bringing out more. I dont understand why nobody keeps an eye on the breakfast bar. The store is losing a ton of money because a lot of the time, I dont have ten minutes to wait around so I leave and get breakfast somewhere else. There is only one nice cashier. I have no idea who trains the employees because they cant even say hello and acknowledge the customer. This is the reason I mainly shop at Whole Foods or Trader Joes.
