The people I’ve met there so far seem to be friendly and helpful.

Been bringing my vehicles here for quite a few years for annual inspection stickers and any needed repairs. They are always polite, accommodating, and never give me the run around. They do the job, do it right the first time, do it quickly and for a reasonable price.

Pulled up to station. All black. No lights. Asked if i could still get gas cause i was going to run out and theyre open for at least 10 more minutes. The woman looked straight at me made eye contact and said NOTHING. Regret joining their rewards.

The Car Wash has been closed for almost 3 Years. Closing your Car Wash will lose profit. If you dont, there is a very good chance that the entire Gas Station will close forever.

First time at this shell in Methuen, MA. Possibly my last time.The Air Station is an old run down machine that takes $0.75 cents for less than 2 minutes of air with no accurate digital gauge just a feedback style tube that does not work.The Gas pumps are poorly maintained and the LCDs and buttons are discolored scratched and barely visible.The Carwash was out of service and looked like for a while literally there was a used tire rack blocking the entrance and couple on cones and when I asked the representative why and how long they stated nearly 1 + year.The condition of the garage was poor at best.Overall this is possibly the most run-down, beat up and poorly maintained SHELL GAS station and id be interested if Shell would take the initiative to mend the following issue.
