I have recently purchased a Z125 from here and I usually don’t write reviews, but this dealership is incredible. They have the largest selection of bikes and an even larger selection of gear. Terrible dealership. Extremely difficult time to get anyone from any department to pick up the phone OR return a phone call. I called to request service quotes for my Ducati 996 and order parts. No return calls. Parts manager contacted me and forwarded my request to service department….6 days later, no response. Very bad communication and zero integrity. Many, many and WAY better options out there. I called Quaker City Motorsports in Philly….ordered my parts for my Ducati 996, got service quotes and order a new 2022 Anniversary Ducati. Plan and simple - Cross Country sucks…they know it and don’t care. Be warned.

Called sales 5 times. No answer. Called parts, no answer. Called service, got an answer and a transfer and again, no answer from sales. Was interested in # M-A000466.How do you expect to sell if you cant answer phones? Guess Ill take that as a sign!

This score would have been perfect if it were not for the complexity of your staffing! Who to contact for what.... is an enigma!I recently totaled my brand new R3 which I purchased from you and the bike was there for a damage estimate. After a few days, my insurance company informed me that you would not release the bike!The company told me it could not find anyone who could help them so I had to spend a lot of time finally running down the service manager? (Tom who was great) who informed me I had to release the bike. I was NEVER informed of this!The staffing structure is obtuse and complicated if you require anything but routine interactions.! Change it!!The fact is that my experience with your service department (Chris Lisa) and Pedro Oliveira in sales, has been excellent and I highly recommend the dealership.Ive just ordered a new replacement bike from Pedro.

Finalized a deal june 17, 2021 on a 22 Triumph Trident. Chris, the salesman who helped me, was very friendly, knowledgable and responsive to my calls. This particular bike is very hard to find in stock yet they still made me a honest and fair deal. Process was very simple to get out the door. The showroom is nice with a large inventory on site. The folks there all seemed pretty friendly. Id buy from them again.

If I could, I would give negative stars. I purchased a motorcycle from these folks and took their insurance suggestion (Rider insurance). Two years later the bike was hit and the insurance decides total the bike. The motorcycle was sent to their service center where decisions were made behind my back and against my interest. It took a very long time to get a hold of someone that finally was honest about things, and it elucidated that that insurance (Rider) and this place have a very dubious relationship. I was not able to be more vocal and aggressive about the events while they were unfolding because I was almost dying from COVID. I am currently in the process of purchasing a new motorcycle and absolutely refuse to ever use this dealership or their insurance.On the surface the place appears helpful and caring, so when this occurred it was a huge surprised. Be careful, fellow riders.

I have a slingshot and for the past year Ive been trying to get an electrical issue fixed, I went to the biggest motorcycle dealer in New Jersey multiple times to get the issue fixed, aside from spending over $1800, they couldnt find the issue. I took it to Cross Country Powersports; even though I was a hour late to my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in. They found the problem and addressed it in about 90 minutes. I have to say, June, was a great help. He kept an open line of communication and was real helpful. From now on, Ill be making that 30 minute drive to Cross Country versus a 10 minute drive to the place I wont mention; its worth the gas and the tolls. Plus the prices are better when compared to their competitors.

I’m sure the others are just as pleasant but Kevin has taken care of me from the start. I just spent my first week with my brand new Kawasaki Z650. Ive got to say that it was one of the easiest large purchases Ive made. Kevin made the whole process easy and was able to get me an interest rate better then my own credit union. I also spent less time doing paperwork then it took for me to go deal with getting my M endorsement on my license at the MVC. Ive also heard nothing but good things about the service center from my riding friends and as someone who can do basic mechanical stuff thats a big plus to me in case something does go wrong and I need to bring it in. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to check them out.

This man recommended me the 2021 klx 300 and saved me from mistakenly financing the other bike I inquired about. He got me approved without running my credit 10xs with other banks. The day i came to seal the deal we went through all the terms slowly and made sure I understood everything including the warranty. We went over the features of the bike and maintenance suggestions and he helped me schedule my first service. And these guys also promply delivered the bike to my front door clean and full tank of gas. After delivery dustin called me and made sure my bike was delivered safely and asked if i was happy with everything. Nice to finally meet a salesman that actually cares and is thorough

First and last time going here! Went for service and it seemed like I was bothering them when I dropped off. Asked twice what time they closed. They told be twice 5pm. I was rushing to get there by 5pm just to find out they are open until 6pm. When I asked the service advisor why they told 5pm, he laughed and said we tell people that, so they are not late. Awesome way to treat a customer! They had no problem taking my $450 for a simple service and laughing that I rushed there for pick up. Now I will have no problem taking my business elsewhere!!!! Go here, only if you want to be lied to and laughed at.

I recently bought SUZUKI SV650 ABS from this dealer. It was my first time to buy a bike, so I was worried about what the purchasing process would look like. However, Chris, a.k.a. C.J., the salesperson, very kindly and politely responded to me. He listened to what I wanted and never tried to sell excessive things or services. Of course he offered me a very competitive price which I was satisfied with. Also Chris was a good adviser for a beginner rider. As a veteran rider, he recommended me Rider Insurance and suggested taking circuit course riding class to improve safe driving skills. These were really good things to know. Conversations with him at this dealer were a lot of fun. If I buy a motorcycle again, I want to buy from him at this dealer. Just bought my first bike here a ninja 400 and it was truly the easiest and quickest purchase I have made to date. And it is all thanks to Kevin Nols. They NEVER answer the phone

As an industry professional, going to a dealership of any kind is usually a painfully agonizing experience . Thanks to Dustin and the rest of the team at Cross Country Powersports, I was able to pick up a great deal on a Used BMW S1000XR during the great pandemic of 2020 with absolute ease. From phone call to pickup was less than 6 hours, and I was in and out, riding down the road in literally less than an hour after arriving . That simply doesnt happen - no matter what the circumstance- without top notch customer service and people who really know what they are doing. I had previously been here for service and parts and was very happy with the service received and so when it came time for a new bike, this was the only place in mind !!

I have been riding for 39 years and have ridden a lot of miles. The service department at this dealership is outstanding. Clear communication, work done when promised, and the service manager makes sure you are treated like a VIP. I get the bike back sparkling clean too. I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Ninja 400 from Kevin. He shared some of his personal experiences and shared some new rider tips. He went above and beyond to help out a brand new, fresh out of the MSF course with his first bike.Throughout the next few months and gaining some experience. My father also wanted to start riding. Soon, after he passed the MSF course. It would be time to start shopping for another bike. We went to several dealerships and felt like we got the run around. We went back to Kevin again and yet he never failed to deliver.If youre looking for a new bike. Ask for Kevin!

My husband recently called service about getting work done on his gsxr600 he spoke with mike. At first he was very polite until my husband explained that the work is out of his price range at the moment. He than became very rude and gave my husband an attitude. My husband said he would call back at a later date, mike than offered to do. the work himself for half of what the shop could do it for. My husband was appalled that he would do this. This is the most unprofessional thing him and I have ever heard of. We will never be taking our business there. I hope this is not a normal thing that happens at your business

Superb collection of all motorcycles...well almost...wish they had Yamaha too. But you cant really complain. There selection is huge. Other than that everything was good. Dustin was particularly helpful.

Spoke to a salesman on phone yesterday who was not only rude but seemed to have no interest in wanting to assist me, I guess because I’m a woman? Asking me about my riding experience and repeatedly asking what kind of bike I want with a mean attitude when I explained the model/brand that I WANT and was very specific on the seat height in the beginning of the phone call. I politely asked him if there is any appt needed and he seemed to not even want to answer that question then before telling him my name since he didn’t care to ask cause I did say I was coming in to sit on bike, he hung up the phone. Anyway, I went to another dealership yesterday and bought myself a brand new XSR700.

Major waist of time and money. I ordered an entire mirror almost 5 months ago. It was missing parts so I had to order again and it was still missing parts so I ordered again and now they send me the entirely wrong parts. I ended up paying $269 more for this drama than I would have at other places I called but they had the cheapest price so I was realer in with that and it was only cheap bc they don’t know what their doing over there

I called with a very simple request... polyurethane fuel line with a 3/8 od… now anyone that works on their bikes or has simple knowledge should know what this is... unfortunate for me I get the guy thats clueless, asks for a part number, which I do not have, and then says as hes transferring me that they can only do fuel lines by measurements...(doesnt even give me a chance to respond) dude, thats that the 3/8 OD is! my next call was to Action Yamaha which within 2 minutes had me setup with what I needed.

Chris the sales rep and the whole team were amazing start to finish knew the product, got an amazing price, and the service team rocked it too Bike was set up better then any I have ever gotten, I strongly recommend this dealership to all.

Its 230 and been 42 minutes since I walked in the door WAITING to get my bike that has been ready for 2 weeks now. 2 weeks. What bothers me is I run multiple businesses and if I ever made a customer wait the amount of time Ive waited I would be getting 1 star reviews all day long. The is ft is good dude. I mean hes a good guy, just wish the team there was on point. Parts were on top of it as well, just the waiting everytime I come in is super annoying. Like ridiculous. They were very fast in servicing her bike, needed a lot of work and they did it in 2 days. I have had my off and on days or months with these guys. Next time I go I will be sure to do an update

Nothing but courtesy and straight talk. I feel very confident going there and not like theyre going to rip me off! Matt at the Honda service desk is tops. Excellent follow up and he means it, he blows away the other guy that was there previously. Matt is the reason I didnt go somewhere else! Also Doug at the BMW parts desk is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent follow up when parts are ordered and makes sure you know they came in!

The only reason I gave this place two stars as opposed to one is because of the outstanding sales experience I had a few years back when I purchased my Seadoo GTS with Brian.. I recently called in to inquire about the pricing for service on my Ninja and was completely appalled by the lack of professionalism the woman on the other end of the line displayed. I understand working in customer service can be rough at sometimes-- but this should never cause an employee to ever be rude to a customer. By far the worst customer service I have ever received & will be taking my service inquiry elsewhere.

Really great team here. I bought my first bike, a Kawasaki Versys 650, from Cross Country and was happy with the sales process. They really listened well and didnt try to push me around, but were ready with opinions when I asked. I did the 600 mile service here, as well, and everything went smoothly. The facilities are well kept, clean, and modern. Im a happy customer and recommend Cross Country without any hesitation.
