The pre owned sales rep was awesome. When I went to the new motorcycle showroom I didn’t past the rude lady at the front desk. Looked like the had a lot of inventory but I don’t deal with rude people.

Oil filter cap bolts for my cbr, they tried to upcharge me 5x the price and had to special order it, called a different honda motorcycle dealership 30 minutes away, got the same bolts, in stock, for the appropriate price (.89 per bolt vs. Almost $5) same day.

The Best dealership and service. I bought my bike and had tons of work done from here its absolutely perfect everytime. Mike at the front desk is very thorough and keeps you informed on whatever you’re having done they’re prices are not insane either i wont bring my stuff anywhere else.

They sell defective parts from Thailand and claim they are not defected. Complete trash buy your parts elsewhere. Rip off and should not even claim they are honda center. Treat customers terribly.

I gave this star credit to the receptionist at the display building for being nice, but other than that, especially to the guy whos at left corner office at the Honda service area where the Honda bikes were displayed is not nice, so if you do not want to be treated as a person because of your race, or maybe of what youre wearing or who you are I definitely recommend this guy! Im pretty sure hes a perfect example of a not so good representative!

Nice staff and good prices. I ordered a generator from them after the March 2018 noreaster. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had more inventory. The ordering process was very easy and I should have my generator in 2 weeks.

Matt and Mark really helped me out recently with a repair to my Honda Shadow. I accidentally cross-threaded a bolt that held on the back seat and after going to at least 5 other places that refused to even touch it these guys said they could do it no problem. They and their team of mechanics had the repair and a fluid flush done in less than 24 hours! I got my bike back good as new, and I think they might have even cleaned it up for me too. So happy I found someone to finally do this repair for me, and such friendly service too. Matt is always there when I stop in and hes willing to help looking up parts & accessories and the staff has always been knowledgeable too. Also let me give a shout out to Rob Thomas he is a great salesman, before I purchased my bike a year ago he answered a ton of my questions and treated me respectfully after a few other dealers acted like I was some punk kid with no money. I didnt actually end up purchasing the bike from Sport Honda in the end, but I can say with confidence that my future parts/accessories purchases (and definitely my next motorcycle purchase) will be with these guys! My salesman Chuck was very professional and affable. He helped to get me the 2016 Goldwing without an issue. No pressure sales, took the time to explain everything and patiently waited for me to acquire my motorcycle endorsement. The sales and service people are always pleasant and helpful, gladly sharing their experience and knowledge. I would recommend them at a drop of a hat.

Rob sold me a CTX1300 a couple of days after Christmas and took care of everything smoothly. I live in Ohio and he contacted me immediately about next steps with the paperwork. The sales reps definitely know the bikes thoroughly and highly recommend buying a Honda motorcycle there.

I went to their parts department one day to buy some shims for a valve adjustment I was doing and I asked them to check to see if they had a certain shims, they bring out the three shims I needed and wanted to charge me around $24.00 ($8.00 per). I told them thanks BUT NO THANKS. When I went to ask the mechanics if they would trade for some shims I had in my pocket they told me that they dont do that. I went over to the Yamaha dealership down the road and the head mechanic was an awesome guy, he actually traded for the shims that I needed and wished me well. Thats why my next new bike will be a Yamaha one day.

My main concern in any dealership is friendly and knowledgeable staff, thats what i love about this place. The sales guys are super. The parts guy is awesome and the best service department bar none! I love the fact that the guy puts full focus on getting your bike written up and in the service department asap.

Took my SV650 in and all the work was done very well. The mechanic that worked on it was very nice and seemed to know a good deal about all sorts of bikes, which was comforting.Im docking one star only because there can be a few small issues with disorganization and miscommunication. So its important to verify that you and the service department are fully agreed on the work that will be done.But overall, theyll try to take good care of you.

I have gone here often, purchased a new bike there, have that one and another motorcycle serviced here, Ive bought helmets and other accessories form them and three business days ago, i bought a battery from them for my scooter. I was shocked when they said its $145 but I figured it is what it is. Next day I told a friend who said I should google the make and model to check pricing. I did only to see the same make and model are sold online with free shipping for $89, other sites had it cheaper but $89 was the highest I found. Since I was charged 62% more than I needed to pay I attempted to return the one I bought, still in the brand new unopened box. They refused. Short sighted. I was planning to go back to price out a CBR I saw in the showroom while I was waiting for the parts guy to get the battery Saturday but why give folks like this business if they dont mind gouging you an extra 62%. To the owner, should teach your people to think big picture. Last time Ill go there for service, parts, accessories or machines. Do yourself a favor, go another 1/4 mile down the road to Action Yamaha, a place I have never had a bad experience with be it sales, service or parts, also nice knowledgeable staff.

Professional, quality service!I bought my BMW KT1200 from their BMW dealership next door.I didnt buy my bike there but I make the 25+ ride there for service because they are worth the extra miles.My local dealers suck if they do a basic service they do just that, I can leave with 20psi in a tire with a nail hanging out.I had one local dealer (Bergen Honda) install a lighter for me the idiot didnt even push it in to test it, I did and pop, who puts a 5 amp fuse on a lighter... last time I went there.Pompton Honda is better but the chrome plastic cover for he coolant reservoir flew off on my way home once and they wouldnt make good for it, claimed they didnt touch it (bullshit)I ride a 2003 Honda Goldwing

Im buying a bike from the Kawasaki dealership (same owners as Honda) and brought up an issue Im having with my 07 GSXR 600. The salesmen (Joe...awesome guy) told me the Honda guys can take a loook at it. These guys were nothing but truly respectful and professional individuals. They listened to my issues and kept me posted with updates. Granted, they do not pick up the phone all the time, but if you leave a message they will get back to you RIGHT away. I worked primarily with Ryan and he truly is a stand up guy. Hes not only the guy at the front desk, but hes also the guy taking your bike out and advising the technicians on what to look for. So, he really knows what he is talking about. I just had the bike delivered back today, so Im not sure if my intermittent issue has been resolved yet, but I would still give this group 5 starts even if it werent. I feel very confindent. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are not looking to rip you off.Thanks, Sport Honda for a really great experience. I will go to know one else...

I made a purchase on 06-November-2012 at Sport Honda, of a Honda eu2000i Generator. My purchase experience was excellent and time was taken to prep me on the dos and donts of safe operation.Recently, (18-February-2016) I encountered what I believed to be a problem with my generator, and went back to Sport Honda for assistance.Once again, the staff was very polite and without hesitation tested, and showed what I thought was a problem with the generator was not.The courteous service did not stop there. I was further assisted on exactly how to resolve my problem which happened to be located in the unit I wanted to operate. This saved me a lot of time and money.This is what I call Darn good customer relations! I will be returning for additional purchases in the future.

Terrible Honda customer service. Instead of working to get me into a bike, they turned me away! I drove a few miles away that same day and got the bike I wanted from another dealer. I would never step foot into this place again! Spend your money elsewhere!
