The young man at the store was very helpful and did a great job. Note this local store does not provide tv services and again the worker at this local store did an excellent job.But...big but...AT&T as a cable tv company is a total farce and the process of attempting to contact the proper people is maddening. Traveled the planet in a near 2 hour phone fiasco talking to 5 different people in 5 seemingly different countries and not one of them could figure out how to get me to the proper person. AVOID AT&T FOR CABLE TV SERVICES...

We bought over $1K in phones there recently. We bought an extra charging cord that was defective and fell apart in less than a month. NO RETURNS, even with a receipt. Its not an AT&T owned store like those in Columbia. Its a distributor. Go to Columbia. Buyer beware.

This place is probably the worst at&t Ive ever been too. Half the time when I try to go up there the doors are locked and no one is there.. this is during the day... then when there is some there it takes hours just to get help and out the door.. at&t continues to disappoint me once agian.

I strongly feel that its easier to leave a negative feedback then a positive. In this case it happens to be true. This evening my boyfriend and myself looked into the Next Program while working with the sales lady another girl with long hair came out from behind two closed doors yelling at another person to mind their own business and, not only was she rude but using strong profanity. This is NOT a place where I would want to take my family, little own do business with them! We asked the sale lady if the manager was present, she gave us the managers business card.

I have always enjoyed coming to this At&t store whether its for something small or for buying a new product. Sales rep George and Manager Michael were extremely helpful when I recently purchased my new Series 4 Apple Watch. George was also extremely helpful when the wife and I traded in and purchased/upgraded from our Iphone 7s to the new Xs. Now while Im biased towards Apple, I highly recommend going here no matter your choice in product and/or if you have an issue with your service.

Michael was fantastic! Helped me with a totally messed up phone order that I did with corporate, got it all straightened out for me, got me the correct phone, and got the billing correct!!! Then I had my phone screen protecter on upside down, thus blocking selfie camera. He caught that right away. Great store manager and sweet, polite young man. Merry Christmas Michael!

My fiance and I had been paying for a tablet for 2 years without knowing it was suspended, due to always being on wifi, until we took a family trip and our son couldnt use it. We called customer service, were told it would be credited due to the fact we never were able to use the tablet after multiple calls previously to see why it was suspended in the 1st place. When the credit didnt show on our bill, we were yet again given the run around by the customer service reps and managers at the 800 number. Michael, the manager of the AT&T store in Mexico, assisted us by calling for us when we had gone to the retail store to cancel our service. He was very kind and patient and also took the time to explain the situation for us so we didnt have to go through it all again. Thanks to him we got a guarantee the credit was going through! Great customer service at this location. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! And because of their excellent service we decided to stay with AT&T, and even upgraded our phones.

Not the finest of AT&T stores by far. The deal I signed up for was not at all what I got and then to fix it was another multiple visit ordeal to different stores in different cities. Stick to the stores in Columbia where you get in quick and they know more about their services.

Well i was having a dilema with my Android phone stopped in bought a brand new cord it still didnt work the charging system. Asking the AT&T clerk what was wrong with my phone,he said the charging port is messed up you need a new phone. So he sold me another Android for nine hundred. Yeah i love this company.

Went to upgrade 2 phones. Employee couldnt figure out how to do it. Needed to ask another whom was busy of course. Finally got them going and transferring all my info which was going to take 2hrs. I left all the phones there and returned 3hrs later to pick them up. Got home.. NO SIM CARDS.. phones couldnt be used... contacts were gone. I asked specifically to make sure all was backed up and after leaving my phones for 3hrs to not have it completed with sim card so it could be used was beyond ridiculous. I had to go back to get it finished so I thought. Than they called and needed my password to my Phone, Google and Samsung acts. I gave it to him 4x!! Because he couldnt get it right( ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT) He took it upon himself to reset my password!! Are you kidding me?? I had to go back in and reset again all my passwords to several accts with now a new password vs the ONE Ive used for the past 5 years! Go to a Columbia store where they have brain cells. Ill never return to this store. They always screw up something!

The last 2 times that I came to this AT & T Retailer for help and assistance regarding my AT & T purchased cell phone I received absolutely NO help. Agents were clueless! And, they did not apologize for being unable to help and did not refer me to someone who could. Just disgusting! They should be ashamed to cash their paycheck.
