Went in a little after 6, says they close at 7. The representative was a little rude like she was ready for us to get out since it was close to closing time. Was getting a new phone set up, got the update prepared but didn’t install it so we didn’t have a phone for the ride home.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They got me a great deal on my phone service and have been very helpful with answering any questions. The best customer service in Mexico!

My experience with the first phone, which was faulty and needed to be replaced, was uncomfortable and cold - and not the temperature. After replacing the phone I planned to never go to that store again. But the sun came out on Sunday with the opening of the door and the bright greeting. Those two ladies were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They alone have dragged my original one star to the five star rating. Congratulations and keep being wonderful!

Very knowledgeable of product. The store is so busy it takes a lot of time to get waited on. Some times you have to come back later or another day.They probably need more help to assist customers in a more timely way!

The initial start up of switching from AT&T and dealing with Ashley was painless. They however have a return policy they do not honor properly. I had to call US Cellular corporate and explain the situation at hand. After an hour and half Corporate fixed the issue. I will NEVER go back to this store. I will deal only with Corporate and I advise everyone else do the same. Mike is a joke. Was rude to me and the Corporate agent.
