The service is timely. We dont own a trailer so we have them pick up our riding mower and deliver it back when done. We have had our mower worked on a couple times and they always have it returned within a couple days of picking it up. The repairs are done very well - I just happen to be very hard on the mower - running over small trees and rocks. I am so pleased with Mexico Service Center. We have been a customer for years and the new owners are just as incredible. We will definitely continue to use them.
Signed up to get a riding mower repaired and picked up 6+ months ago, but we havent received any contact back about it. Ive tried to call, but theres no option to leave a voicemail and no ones picked up the phone. No opinion on service right now due to this, but contacting anyones been difficult. Ive been assuming theyre busy, but its been a long time even taking that into account. Ill update the review if anything changes
This young man that took over the business so far has showed me he has a responsibility to uphold and very knowledgeable of the lawnmower field I spoke with him hes been there since he was 16 years old so hopefully hell stay with it we need more young men like him Goodluck
Didnt seem to have any interest helping me locate part needed this was after having old one for 20 plus days I have spent hundreds of dollars with this guy go figure

Not impressed at all! Young guy working there acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions on a Tiller Rental. Was ticked off that I came into the shop. I must have said “hello, anyone here” 4times. No answer. He was on the phone, which I didn’t know that. He Rudely told me I shouldn’t be here in the shop area & I was to use to front door. I didn’t know there was a front door to go into. (I did apologize for not knowing there was a front door) I asked if he rented Tillers. He said “NO”. I told him I see there are Tillers on the floor with a “Rental” yah on them. He told me again, Rudely, “we just use those tags. we don’t rent them”. (like I was suppose to know that) Didn’t offer any info on where I could rent one, just turned & walked away from me. * I am new to this area & I didn’t mean to use the wrong entrance.This place was recommended to by my father & 2 neighbors. No way in hell would I recommend this outfit!ZERO customer service! Very disappointed!
There response time isnt very good I was lied to over warranty work an now I still wait for a phone call stating my mowers done

Great place to buy mowers or just get yours worked on! Steve is super friendly and knowledgeable about mowers, weed eaters and about any other lawn or garden equipment.
I took my chainsaw chains there to get sharpened the price was reasonable and quick return. Professional service center.
Lots of friends there and lots of good food to chose from. Entertai ment is often on the schedule and bingo is every thursday. Pool tournament are a couple days aweekDrinks and food are available for $4 a meal for seniors 60 and over.
Have had chainsaw and mower blades sharpened. Fair prices. Good people.
