While most know what a battery is, there are differences in them that would make a difference for what you need. Having said that it was a breath of fresh air to stop by and meet Alex, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his customer service went above and beyond. The service is Amazing! Yes, unfortunately my battery went bad but they were super attentive and even provided a loaner battery since I had to travel the following day (battery needed to be tested) and they were closed. Brought the loaner back and received my new battery, stress free! Did I mention the service was Great! Thank you!!!

I didn’t buy anything yet but the lady at the window was rude. It’s weird to explain because she didn’t do anything rude, it was her way of answering my questions like I was bothering her. I’m still gonna go back and buy a battery cause I’ve been told they are good but would hope that she changes her attitude or maybe it was just me being a baby. Maybe the more I go the better it gets.

Alex was very kind and treated my with the upmost respect. Place is a little out if the way but well worth it. Major chains quoted battery at almost 200 dollars same battery here at 80 dollars. Definitely never buying a bettery anywhere else

Bought a battery here when my car didn’t start a few blocks away. I installed it, it still didn’t start, and they let me return it for a refund. It was great service.

They totally lost my business, I purchased a battery for my daughters car in that warehouse less than 24 months ago but had not receipt, since batteries have their own coding I though it was not important, anyways long story short, manager very rude said he couldnt take my word that i purchased it less than 24 months, they offered me a prorated deal where I had to paid $65 for a new battery, I felt very offended that they did not believed me and did not honor the warranty, they kept saying that according to their database battery was 26 months old, well guess what my daughters car was purchased 21 months ago and the battery was installed about 2 months after I got that car. I really felt very frustrated and disappointed that this could happen to any customer. I ended up refusing their $65 prorated deal and went to another place and paid $120 for a new battery, yes I know, How stupid right ? well guess what, at that point it wasnt about the money its about my core believe that I wont support any business that scam their customers. Shame on them. The girl behind the glass window and the so called manager were very rude and certainly they couldnt care less about my frustration, but the guy that did the test to the battery was nice and decent I have to say. BEWARE GUYS.

They sell bad batteries and will refuse to replace them. Buyer beware, very unprofessional business here. Goto maps and look up refurbished batteries for a better deal and better pricing.

Worst employer I ever had.You work 140 hours and they promise a salary that is not met at all. Owner thinks he runs a factory of illegal workers. Breaks have been taken and lunch is only 30 minutes for a 13 hour work day. Please reconsider your options!! You are warned that if you speak anything else but english or attempt to better yourself by going to school you will get fired. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DONT EVEN APPLY

They are scammers, they sell you the battery and they tell you that you have a 3-year warranty, then after 2 and a half years when I came back they told me it was only 2 years, I bought 4 batteries the same day, one failed and with its very hard face They tell me they cant do anything for me ⁰⁰

Horrible but I never go there !!!!! You buy a battery which does not last 2 months I am going to change it and they tell me that I had to have bought it in the name of a company (????) They did not change it for me !!!! I told them to look for me in the computer files and it did not appear, I am a ghost. When I bought it, they never told me about buying in the name of a company (if I dont have a company, I cant buy what madness), I do not recommend this site at all ...
