Excellent customer service. From beginning to end can’t express how great it was dealing with Dimark Garage Doors. Called and spoke with Karem for a quote received one over the phone but I recommend they come and visually see my garage because of the modifications it has. They should up same day to quote me and couple days later I had a new door. The gentleman installing was professional and left the area clean after he was done. Highly recommend them.

My garage door broke on a Sunday (as things always do), and I looked on Yelp for a company with high reviews, to ensure I would get the treatment I was looking for. I found Dimark, with top reviews, all commenting on how great the experiences were. I sent a message at 7PM on a Sunday evening, and received a response within minutes from Marlon, providing a solution and a cost to fix my door. He was able to send someone out the following day, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I dont usually post reviews, nor have good experiences with many companies, but they exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
