I give this place three stars because while the cookie sandwiches were delicious, the process to get them was awful. First of all, they are located on the tenth floor of the Bay Parc Apartment building. When we walked into the building, the concierge stared at us from a table in the lobby while on his laptop. We didnt even know he was the concierge (by the way DO NOT ask him if he is the security guard, he did not like that!). Once he let us up, you couldnt enter the pool deck because you need a key card. So we ended up ordering online and knocking on the back door. It worked out in the end but finding parking, dealing with the concierge, and having to order online, in the end it kind of ruined it for us. Again, fantastic cookie, just way too much drama.Btw we had the everything cookies.

I would give no stars I’m so disappointed. I ordered their special through Goldbelly (12 assorted sandwiches per advertisement, ALL DIFFERENT). First, they delayed delivery by over a week despite the fact that we are but a city away (business in Miami, we live in West Palm Beach) without ever providing a reason. Just another email indicating delayed delivery. Second 6 of the 12 sandwiches melted because they failed to pack dry ice on the top of the sandwiches…third, there was no assortment. We were given multiples of the same 4 very MELTED varieties. Fourth, the ingredients used tasted stale, possibly because of the melting issue, possibly because they were stale upon use. Either way, the WORST experience from this company and through Goldbelly. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY. Pictures after we tried to salvage sandwiches and re-froze them.

If you want amazing service go elsewhere, but if you want phenomenal ice cream look no further. This place is a hidden gem. And I mean hidden it’s in an apartment building and kind of tough to find, but the ice cream sandwiches are out of this world. The customer representative looked confused why we were there and my friend actually had to say “can we please order ice cream?”. Overall I would return.

Was excited to order from you all through Goldbelly but the order kept getting pushed back, saying that there was a delay on the part of the business; that they didnt have the materials needed to ship the order. After reading the other review and seeing the pictures, Im glad I canceled my order. Its a shame, I was excited to try.

I placed an order to be delivered as a gift for Mothers Day from another state. The store didnt close for another hour and a half according to the hours posted and the delivery address was within delivery range. I placed the order, let the recipient know a gift was on its way, and was getting regular updates about the progress of the order. I got an update saying the order was picked up and on its way and right after I got an update saying the order was cancelled because Wynwood Parlor was closed (an hour before it was scheduled to close). I had to tell my mother that the treat I was sending wasnt arriving anymore. I tried to call Wynwood Parlor and the number was disconnected. A total disappointment. I could speculate about why the order was really cancelled but it wont change anything. Dont waste your time with this unprofessional place. Trash.

Really poor ice cream sandwich. Ice cream isnt that good either.Hard to find. They use 1 plastic container per sandwich. The worst for the environment

This shop is SO HARD TO FIND! Its actually located on the 10th floor of Bay Parc Apartments. You need to ask the security guard to get you up there. Out of the elevator make a left and walk down the hallway to the last door and knock. Youll have to ask them to come unlock the pool doors for you if your not a resident of the building and dont have a key card. It is difficult and the new guy working there was not helpful. At first he told us he couldnt help us unless we had a key card and then the other employee corrected him. Luckily the veteran employee helped us enter the shop and with our order. They only had 1 of the boozy sandwiches we saw online that we specifically came for with was disappointing but overall their ice cream was great. They did let us know that a South Beach location would be opening this summer so Id wait to go again until that store opens because the struggle to get to this one was not worth the effort.

I’ve had many different options of their ice cream sandwiches and they’ve all been amazing but what really was amazing was the people that work there. I went one evening looking for gluten free cookies since my girlfriend has food allergies and they didn’t have any. They said at the time they didn’t have any but they would personally deliver them to me tomorrow at no charge and would have them on the menu from now on. I tried everything to pay or at least tip nicely and they wouldn’t accept it. The next day I had a knock on my door and there they were with a big bag of gluten free cookies. They’ve won my friends and my families business for life! Thank you so much again.

We tried 4 different favors and they were all amazing! Churro, Dough Boy, Bedrock, and Mister 305 (my favorite). We had delivery and they were sold out of one flavor. The store kindly included 2 free ice cream sandwiches, since we couldn’t get the exact flavor we wanted. They even hand wrote a note, which was so sweet. 5 stars!

Just ordered two cookie monsters on Postmates, not only were they a great deal AND DELIVERED TO MY DOORSTEP. They were still cold, ice cream at perfect temperature, and the cookie was DELICIOUS. I regret not ordering more...

Delicious! vegan ice cream sandwiches, but I wont be returning unless they improve their pickup experience (as I live too far away for delivery). I ordered 2 sandwiches through postmates, and attempted to find them using the address saved for them in Google maps. That address is wrong, and I had to go digging to their insta page to figure out where they were located. The reason for the two stars? This was NOT curbside delivery, plus they had no working telephone phone number to get help from. They are inside of a residential building on the 10th floor (that you have to wait for the concierge to buzz you up to), head down a hallway to arrive at the last door on the right with a sign that says to knock loudly. While I know theyre a legit business, going through all of that felt like an attempt to buy drugs or something. They definitely need to figure out a way to send someone down to actually deliver items at the curb when customers arrive (a working telephone number you could text would be perfect imo). Lastly, if youre picking up using Postmates - the directions they provide are far too simplistic and utterly useless. Youve been warned.

This place doesnt care. Simple as that. Ive emailed them like 10 times about the secret vegan asking when it would be back in stock and also the ingredients due to allergy concerns. Got no reply. They had them back in stock for 4 hrs after emailing so many times i ordered once and its been out of stock since. So fyi if your waiting for something on uber eats dont bother. If you want to contact them for any reason. Dont bother they dont care and wont reply. And if you have any allergy concerns dont eat here because again they dont care. They also have no phone number Im assuming for the obvious reason they dont care. Literally 0 cares given. Its Concerning considering your buying something from them they goes into your body and there attitude is dont care. Makes you wonder what your even eating. All I know is they dont care at all about anyone or anything.

Ordered it on UberEats and it was amazing. Theyre smart enough to freeze the ice cream to a point that it doesnt melt even if the delivery driver isnt smart enough to find you.

Awful customer service and straight thieves. I did a order on grubhub for cookies and were missing 17 of them and the ones I did receive had no flavor. I tried to call them and they didnt pick up their phones. My previous encounters with this business have mostly been through uber eats and grubhub and many times the order had minor errors. So this shows a overall lack in caring about their products. I have visited their physical location before and theyre always out of stock with oreo cakes. My encounter with their food truck wasnt good either and their employee looked miserable and looks reluctant to serve customers.
