These guys rock! Picked up a nail in a tire, went to Belle Tire in Michigan City. Not only did they work me into their busy schedule while short on manpower, there was no charge to repair my tire. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I recently had shocks in the front put on. I have a older car actually almost antique. I take great pride in the care of my vehicle. David Shultz was the mechanic. He did a great job few minor glitches but he was on top of them quickly. David know his vehicles which I so appreciate that of him . he truly cares about the safety as does all I have been honored to deal with at Belle tire Michigan City, IN. They are the only place that has worked on this vehicle and so far I am grateful and thankful for them.

Helpful and courteous employees. Facility was clean and seems well maintained. I was in the region on a business trip in June when I got a screw in a tire. Brought my car in during morning hours on short notice and was out in a couple of hours with no hassle. They were even kind enough to patch the tire free of charge.

This place has some of the greatest customer service!!! I blew out my tire on I-94 during a long road trip and they graciously were able to schedule me in, same-day, to replace the tire. I still had over a 100 miles to go on my road trip and could not find anyone that was willing to replace the tire that evening. After talking with Jerry and Austin, they prepared for me to arrive and I had a new tire immediately; and was able to travel home safely with my daughter and dog. I was so grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. If you have to chose between a tire shop...choose this Belle Tire!!!

Jerry the Manager of Michigan City Belle Tire was a life saver. On our way from Michigan to IL I had an issue - As a customer of about 10 years now of Belle tire for brakes, oil changes, tire and other items... He pulled up my records and got me in immediately knowing I was 2 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon needing to get to IL. It pays to go to Belle Tire, they care about their customers.

Awesome work, awesome customer service. All the guys Ive dealt with have been so friendly. Brian always goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. I had my windshield replaced today. It was finished in 2.5 hours, and it looks amazing! But the icing on the cake was the sticker. I had Zelda hearts in the corner of my windshield, and had already ordered a replacement sticker for the new windshield. Got in the car after it was finished, looked up, and my sticker had been saved and placed in the same spot! This small detail has solidified them as my go-to for all services they offer. Saw a young man show an act of kindness today 01/11/2021 at this location to a disabled woman. I watched this unfold as my husband was waiting to get tires on his car. This young man was outside with a Belle tire employee and another customer when a woman pulled up with a flat tire. The Belle Tire employee did not go to assist the woman even as she struggled to attempt to fill a flat tire while using a cane and had a knee brace on. The employee went right back inside. The young man approached the woman and they talked whatever was said I dont know but the young man came inside to the desk and spoke with Brian at the counter and told him that he would cover a new tire for the woman with the flat. The woman came in on her walker and called the young man over to her she was so happy and said that if it wasnt for the pandemic she would hug him that she has had a rough time was a nurse for 20 years and he told her humbly that he was just paying it forward. This young man ultimately paid for a new tire for her car. He wasnt there when it was paid for but the woman he helped was filled with joy. I am so happy that this angel of a man felt kindness through his own heart to help someone he didnt know in a time of their need. I would have loved to have known his name so that I too could thank him and pay it forward as he so selflessly did today. Whoever you are if you ever read this just know that your act of kindness did not go unnoticed and I hope that God may bless you and your family.

I blew a tire on a boat trailer that I had just purchased that day and was towing back to Michigan. I got a spare on in the concrete jungle along I94. I had very little faith I would make it all the way back home with no Spare so I googled along my route and found this shop open at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. They confirmed they had 4 of the tires I needed and I limped over to the exit. I unhitched the trailer at their garage and went and grabbed some gas and food. 25 minutes later they had 4 new tires on for an extremely reasonable price. I was having a very stressful day and it took a full 180 degree turn because of the team over there. A Big Thank you to the whole crew.

I have tried to get my car looked at 3 times in 2 weeks. They are always busy and need you to leave your car, which I cannot. So I was there first thing...8am and he tells me it will be 2 hrs before he can look at my car...I guess still behind from yesterday. So I decide to wait bcuz I needed my brakes checked(which they installed). At the 2 hr and 15 minute mark he comes over and lets me know that it would be quite a bit longer and not sure he can get to it so didnt want me to wait all day. I got my key and stormed out. Already wasted over 2 hrs. Why would they care? So not only did I get ripped off when they installed my warranteed brakes/rotors but cant get in to check them out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Tough to beat the value you get from Belle. Im not one to shop for the lowest price, I have plenty of things to do with my time. I asked around and was told they were top notch when I moved here 3 years ago and have not been disappointed.Their sales team is very knowledgeable and happy to explain any curiosities I might have.Their rapid service time is important to me.I ask that they care for my car as if it were their own and they have done a wonderful job.I recently went in with a 1/4 bolt sticking out of my tire which I though would require replacing the tire. I told the salesman that I do mostly highway driving. He said that if they patched it it would be safe and last for the life of the tire. They fixed my tire instead of selling me another tire or two, and then they said no charge. So I gave them $40 and asked that they buy the team a few beers and thank you.Its all about value, and peace of mind, not who will save you $5.

Well, I needed to have my truck towed for tire repair. Belle Tire accepted the tow and repaired the tire. When they called my name, I opened my wallet. And they said: No charge sir, just want to make sure you get home safely. Ill go back there again, and my family too, when we need new tires or whatever, to keep us safe, and get us home.

Will Never come back to this place. They replaced my New front Tires with New Tires that I brought in to replace the rears...then when I came back and complained They wanted to Argue..And not ONCE did they offer me a refund for the inconvenience!!!not to mention they think of their Techs as mindless workers. Why i say this? Because I asked the manager why the tech didnt ask why were they replacing new tires with new tires..his response was They do whats on the Ticket what? So they cant question? Unacceptable and unprofessional!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They tried to sell me 2 new tires telling me I had 2 nails in my tire but never showed me. I took my car to Flanagan tires and there were actually 2 cracks in the inner rim he knowingly didnt tell me about the cracks just to sell the tires oh and there were no nails in the tire as all

Belle tire is one of the few places ive found that dont talk down to me or try to upsell me just because they can, and as a female that is hard to come by. Their team gets you in and out as fast as they can. The last 2 times ive been in Austin was the gentleman at the front and he talked me through my options and was able to help me find a tire that worked into my budget

Im a do it yourself kinda guy. However, sometimes I get in over my head on projects and also get way behind. Well, thats what happened again. Jerry, and the crew at the Michigan City, Indiana store, helped get me out of a jam.They treated me fairly, and took care of my repairs in a timely fashion. I cant ask for more than that.I highly recommend them.

Not very impressed. Had my van in to get an alignment (paid extra for the extended warranty too), when I picked it up it was driving less straight than when I dropped it off. When I brought it back to have it straightened out they told me they didnt know what the problem was and didnt have time to find out even though I had left it there almost the whole day. They did do a good job fixing my steering column so I commend them on that point. Also one of their employees, Jimmy, was much less than friendly. Will not be doing business there again.

Me and my mother called around to try and get a tire plugged every other place we called wanted a arm and a leg and had atleast a 2 hour wait. We call Belle Tire and they said if its juat a plug then the will do it for free. So i had to ask him that again just to make sure i heard him right. Then when i got there i asked for a third time just to make sure that it was going to be free with no hidden bill. Sure enough it was really free and very fast they even gave aint no pressure no hassle estimate on how much all four tires were going to be. Sure enough all 4 with parts labor and tax was only $430. For a gmc envoy. Very low prices compared to anyone els. Satisfied

Today was my third visit to the Michigan City, In, store. Salesman was professional and friendly. Car was ready when they said it would be. I had a flat tire. They patched it for free.

I stopped in to Belle Tire with my daughters car because the back tire kept losing air. They called me to the counter and said there was a screw in the tire. They fixed it and didnt charge me for the repair! I will definitely return for future tire needs.Thank you!!

Great service. Bought 4 new Michelins and a new windshield. These guys are an all around service shop.

Good service; However, careless when it comes to protecting their customers from covid. Too many employees wearing a mask under the nose ( I was not comfortable waiting for my vehicle). No regular cleaning seen, restroom had no soap or hand towels, but hand sanitizer was available at the exit/ entry area.

I went to Belle Tire because they were fairly new in town and the South Bend store was bragged on by my fellow workers in SB.I bought four new tires about two years ago for my 4x4. The lady at the front desk was very helpful helping my decide on what tires to buy. The only problem is I have been fighting slow leaks since buying them.I have had tire rotations and oil changes there ever since, no complaints there. I just don’t like the fact that you can’t schedule oil changes.Every time I go in for an oil change I have to have them check the leaky tires and usually told it was the bead seal. The last time the guy at the desk said it was the “alloy rims, they are bad about that”.The tires prior to the new ones never leaked and my last four trucks all had alloy rims with no leaky tires. I only rated them 2 because they are a tire store and apparently do not know how to get tires to seal. Great that it was free because I bought the tires there, not so great because I fought leaky tires between oil changes.I’ll go back to my old tire store and have them seal them. I’ll pay to get it done right.

Bell tire did a great job on Strut and shock replacement on my 2013 Ford Escape. We ran into problem with noise after Struts were replaced. Bell staff worked on problem unti they found out what it was. A loose motor mount! They then replaced that and realigned everything

Been to the MC store several times purchased tires from them and had oil changes. Service at first was great, then seemed to drop..never have the pressure right in tires, but the last time i went in asked for oil change the guy which i believe was also the manager said would be hours because they only had one tech working, but like 8 other guys for only tires, then stated had you been here at 8 when we opened you would have been first, it was 8:03, very rude...hes right took my business elsewhere and will continue too. My family and friends said they will also go elsewhere..thank you belle tire

The store was extremely busy with a 90 minute wait time. The staff was still very friendly and courteous. My tire repair was done exactly when promised. Kudos to the staff for a job well done.

My check engine came on while traveling on the highway near Michigan City. I came in very close to closing to seeing if they could help me. Jerry was there to promptly diagnose my problem and order the parts for me. I came back the next morning, and worked with Brian to get my car back up and running and on my way. Both gentlemen were kind, professional, patient and helpful. I often feel I am talked down to and over charged when I walk into places like this, as I know very little about cars. This was not the case at Belle tire. I likely won’t be back since I am not from the area, but I hope people reading this that may be in a similar situation I found myself in, can find some peace of mind in this shop, as I did! Thanks guy!!

Whew! I had a nail stuck in my tire. Took it to the dealership that I got my car from. They acted like they couldn’t find anything. I had them check the tire at least 3 times and they said they couldn’t find anything. They even put air in my tires and it was flat literally the next day. Took it to this Belle tire and they found it quick & fixed it. I was out in literally 20 minutes or less. They were very professional and polite. Highly recommend. Anything I need for my car I come here. Everything is done in a timely manner . I don’t think I’ve ever been here for an hour and at a dealership you are there more than 3hrs.

There are so many tire places to choose from in Michigan city. I am at Belle Tire. I can not even begin to tell you the customer service is WAY beyond EXCELLENT! From the phone call to the technician sitting down with me and explaining everything. Absolutely no pressure to up sell you on anything. Even went so far as to fix a problem I didnt know existed at no charge. They got me in 15 minutes after my phone call. The price was the cheapest around and no hidden fees or add ins!Come see Jerry he was the best.Highly recommended!!
