I had 3 shelves cut for my collectors items. The shelves are perfect BUT I used the manufacturers measurements and they dont fit. I called and they are willing to try adjusting them for me. They are very efficient and friendly.

Our dog jumped on a window in our home when he saw his arch enemy walking by outside and broke the double pane glass! Thank goodness he was not injured but then we were left with a huge hole in our window! Called a couple places for estimates but was really impressed with the gentlemen that came out for the estimate - knew the dimensions and the type of glass right away (still took accurate measurements). Assured me that they could cut the glass and be out ASAP. The next day they came out to install - good as new! Highly recommend Glass Doctor (I used the Crown Point location) and will not hesitate to use them again in the future but I hope not for this type of situation! :) Thanks team!

Great color choices for shower doors! Estimators were very nice and polite.Good communication during the ordering process. I took off one star because of the scheduling process for the estimate. I was given a date and time 8-10am. I live out of state and had to take off work and drive out to the location. 10am came and went and no one showed up. after another hour I called the office. I was told they are coming -just a little behind. 2 more hours go by and no one there yet. I called again and was told the same thing. The estimators finally showed up at 245 and couldnt have been nicer. Unfortunately I was a little cranky by then and asked what the hold up was. Apparently they added 6 more appointments to the schedule which changed my appointment time but never let me know. I thought it was very unprofessional of the company to change the schedule so drastically and not call me to let me know. It showed a complete lack of respect for my schedule. The product was good and the estimators fantastic. If not for them-I would not have purchased the shower doors from this company.Scheduling went a lot better on the day of installation. They were on time and did a great job!

I made a comment about another Auto Glass installer under this companys name. That was an error on my part. The other company had a similar name. My error and I apologize to Glass Doctor for my error.I used Glass Doctor in Valparaiso to replace my cracked windshield and I could not ask for a more professional company. They used all recommended Covid protocols, were very friendly, fast, and I was made to feel comfortable.Although I hope I never need their services again, I would without hesitation if the need ever comes up. As well, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a cracked or broken windshield.

They arent actually in Michigan City. Its in Valpo. No Saturday appointments for repairs. They close before I can get there after work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its just a little to far for me to go and the hours theyre open dont match my work schedule. I read many good reviews, that is why I called.

This business offered exactly what I needed! I had to replace a large pane of glass 4 by 5 which had been cracked then patched. The repairmen were punctual, professional, knowledgeable,, and courteous. They politely answered any questions I had & made suggestions about fixing the frame. I had to have my windshield replaced when a rock cracked it in half and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had a very comfortable waiting room. The whole process was very quick and easy, even my 5 and 6 year old enjoyed themselves. Id definitely recommend them for anyone needing any glass replaced!!

I was personally called by the owner to see if he could help with my window sash problem. I had emailed them first and probably because I wasnt sure exactly what I was talking about was told they didnt provide that service. A few days later, I saw their number come up on my phone and I almost didnt pick up. For once I did the smart thing and picked up. I told the person on the other end that the company had already responded that they couldnt help me. I was then told I was talking to the Ron the owner and that he thought he COULD help me. I was shocked. And that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship He told me he could help find someone who could help me if what I needed was outside of their wheelhouse. So, I sent him pictures, he told me what my different options were, estimated the cost, and scheduled my appointment. I am a condo board secretary and I have informed my property manager and the other owners what a positive experience it had been. Its rare to get this kind of service and honesty. I highly recommend the Glass Doctor.

The Glass Doctor technicians responded quickly! They did an outstanding job of rehanging my shower glass door! They were very helpful and knowledgeable and finished the job in record time. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
