Incompetent.We ordered a small carpet job for our newly remodelled house (a set of stairs). They messed up the order big time. No one checked the order when it came in they would have easily determined that the quantity required did not match what they received. Then, their recommended installer was supposed to show up for a Saturday install and forgot, when he committed to our appointment, that he already had a job on Saturday and didnt show up (after a discussion on Friday the day before!).We were trying to have this done for Christmas. We ordered the product on 12/02. Im glad we didnt commit any other jobs to them. If you need carpet, buy it elsewhere.
