The price could not be touched by any other printer. I was upset with the lack of clear communication and a failure to meet a deadline. They were helpful and resourceful until it came to communicating the dealine properly, we werent updated until the deadline had already passed, it ended up putting us into a bind. This was 1 of the few jobs we did with them, the other jobs were good and on time (and a great price). I recommend they review their communication.

I reached out to this business on a referral from the previous owner. After some correspondence with the production manager, he simply stopped responding. Dealing with this location was a complete waste of time and I had to take my business elsewhere.

Bob has been GREAT! We have some complicated printing needs and they have graciously accommodated everything we need. Our company needed raised ink, special colors, double sided business cards on a heavier than usual stock and we needed it in just a few days! Bob and his team were able to get everything ready for us with some time to spare all while providing us with a very good price and exceptional customer service. The final product looks awesome and we couldnt be happier with their work. Will definitely be using them for all of our printing needs from Letterhead to promotional pens and nick knacks. The guy at the front desk was very relaxed and made a couple copies to show me the results and then advised me to use the file instead and the prints turned out great. Also, there were plaques on the wall from community involvement. Overall, a good experience.
