Staff was very helpful and patient. Selection was descent. And prices were reasonable.

Well after a whopping 12 hrs the balloons I bought for my child’s birthday are well to say the least pretty much a waste of a purchase from party city . Never I have I had balloons deflate this quickly not even the cheap ones!! And to pay an extra fee to supposedly last a little longer I’d say is also a waste.

Good place to go for party, birthday, graduate, retirement and other party needs. Can be a bit pricey. On my last visit staff was extremely helpful.

I ordered some balloons for a small bday party abs scheduled a delivery.Everything arrived early and the kids loved them.

Last year, Party City saved the day for my daughters birthday by having an unique cake topper (rainbow Beanie Boo poodle) in stock and at a reasonable price This year was an entirely different experience. I looked on the website, saw stock availability with 4 items in store, and anticipated another great experience. Upon getting to the store, I was greeted pleasantly and given directions on where the item was located. After no luck finding what I needed I asked for more assistance with the product location. The next employee who grudgingly helped me appeared to be filling online orders. Both employees mentioned to me that the online inventory does not often match what is physically in the store. Both employees also apologized to me for the inconvenience of coming to the store with no luck of getting what was needed to top last years cake. I hope Party City resolves their inventory accuracy or I am afraid customers will not rely on submitting online orders or have success with curbside pick up.

I found everything I needed and also saw some other decorating ideas for my upcoming class reunion. My cashier was very polite and I was checked out quickly.

I ran into communication issues with my order & a misunderstanding, they called me to pick up my balloon order while i was in the middle of making a rainbow cake at home for my daughters birthday the next day. I said id have to pick up tomorrow, she said their not filled to last for Tomorrow, i said what? How? I need them for daughters bday, the balloons made the party complete, went with the favors, i started to cry, the stress & excitement for the party hit me at once. i didnt want to fail my daughter on the bday that ment the most to her. She said come in & ill take care of you. I rushed over & we talked. She fixed my balloon order & as she gives them to me, i was grateful i didnt fail my daughter. I hugged the manager, said thank you. If only all managers were empathetic like her the world would be a better place. I was so grateful 🙏.

The dont have alot in stock due to COVID parties but overall nice, friendly employees and clean store.

Looking for baby shower stuff. Dinosaur theme was not there. Was able to get place wear.

I carefully remove each overpriced cardboard sign from the rack and inspect it for scratches and dents, choosing the very best one. I delicately place it on the counter. The cashier grabs it, flips it over, slamming it writing-side down on the counter, then scrapes it against the counter, picking it up and literally throwing it in the bag, as I hear the thud of it hitting the counter inside the bag. Thanks, Party City.

I had an excellent experience at this location! I ordered balloons online and when I went to pick them up, I had ordered the wrong thing! I ordered balloons that I needed to blow up myself instead of helium balloons🤦‍♀️ The cashier was very friendly and helpful and she got me the correct balloons with hardly any wait! Highly recommend this store for all your party needs!

It was fine I guess. Probably shouldnt have gone to get my Halloween costume the day of Halloween but... All the costumes are way over priced. For the cheap quality of the stuff it makes no sense for a fake hollow plastic sword to be $7.

You couldnt ask for better people that took care of us! They were right there taking care of our every need.But the food was only mediocre.

I bought a bunch of decorations for a party I was throwing and was very happy with the quality and price of everything I got. Spent about $90 and threw a really nice party for 40 people. They offer cheep and high quality utensils plates and napkins as well which is nice to have options. We went with the high quality options. I did not get table center pieces here because it was a garden theme party and we used real flowers but they had lots of options for this as well.

Store is clean and organized. Little pricey but received a 25% off coupon via email. Buy theres always a wait when checking out. Not bad but when you just need a few things, its never just in and out! Other than that...staff is very friendly!!!

Only had kid sizes. And everything for actual grown people you have to order it online ? Then whats the point of having it displayed in store. All in all service was good. But the choices of costumes for bigger adults was poor.

Staff looked like they were re doing an isle and seemed irritated when I asked them about a costume. Ended up getting the costume after I found her the item number... the store was clean and organized so that did make it a little better for me.

Went to PC today to shop for fake teeth, like Austin Powers teeth. So, I walk in and after walking around for about 10 minutes, unable to find what I am looking for I stumble upon what looks like an employee stocking the shelves. So, I ask the guy, Hey! Do you work here? He stopped for a moment and after a long pause as if he had to gather his thoughts he slowly said, Um, ....yes. I asked, Do you carry fake teeth like Austin Powers teeth? After a second or so and again after gathering his thoughts he said, Um,....no. Not now. So thinking he truly didnt know or didnt know what he was talking about I wondered around the aisles looking for another employee and or a set of fake teeth. Niether could be found.So, I found a cool pair of gag glasses went to the checkout and stood there behind five other customers in line. 5 minutes went by. 10 minutes went by and still the line did not move. The three checkout ladies were putting helium in balloons, one I was talking on the phone and another was taking her sweet old time checking out family of five.If you want a job where you can just take it slow and easy with no pressure, no performance expectations apply at Part City. You be paid to snooze.

Normally I love party city. They have everything for a party that you would need, except when they dont. FORTNITE!! Its only the most popular game right now and I cant find anything.

Love this place prices little high for balloons and other items compared to dollar store but they have large selections

They have a good selection of party goods and favors but are fairly expensive when compared to similar disposable goods in a dollar store. Store is light on people so you may have to wait for a cashier or to find someone if you need help.

The worker there was extremely rude, and had an attitude the entire time she was helping me with the balloons I bought. She was playing on her phone and when she had to come up and help me because there was a line she had a terrible attitude. It has totally ruined my experience here. I spent $50 on 6 balloons so theyre a little over priced too. You would think that this company would pay for better workers with all of the money they are making. I will not be coming back here knowing that this behavior is allowed. Very disappointed with the service I recieved.

I went here on Halloween when Spirit, Halloween city, target, and Walmart all were a mess and didnt have what I need. In comparison, this store was pretty well organized and clean. It only took me a minute of looking to find what I needed and most of the things I looked at were cheaper than the Halloween stores.

Stop by running to this store at almost time to close 830pm and believe found what a I was looking for and some, fast and plus at the checkout one of the registers even gave me a nice discount very polite employees and very clean and organized store.. my fist time stopping at this location..

We went to look for party supplies and Halloween stuff. Almost all the animated decorations were plugged in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

2 negative experiences. I ordered online previously and was double charged. Got it sorted out and re ordered and went to the store for pick up and my new order had been canceled without notice to me. Did not return for awhile. Recently order some gender reveal poppers from party city. It was a 12 pack. Out of my 12 only 7 worked. Disappointed again.

Completely unorganized. Was looking for fog machine liquid. Took 20 minutes to get someone to help. Isle 7 we have two kinds. After another 15 mins of looking was told Rudely fog machines are right there.. well I asked for the Fog machine liquid. And again with a rude response. ITS ON THE SHELF.Oh we are out YOU DIDNT SAY THAT.

Not necessarily a bad place, its just not very big so theres not as many choices for party supplies in terms of themes. But the service is good the store is organized.

Walked in...wasnt greeted. Stood at counter as Ryan and Debbie talked and not once did either of them looked up at me to ask if I needed help. Now I decide to walk around to see if I could locate what I need. Couldnt find it and went back to to counter,and I get yep as a greeting....this is when I decided to get their names and do this. Guess what guys,I own a business and ILL not get ANYTHING from this store. Personal,customer service is key.

This place is expensive and plain. I can find what they sell cheaper at other places. I dont recommend this place unless you just want to waste your money. They also treat their employees like garbage I know because my daughter worked here for almost 2 years and another girl that was there less time than her was promoted to manager before her. Sad.

The employees here are great, the selection is great, my biggest issue is that the store layout/aisle markers can be somewhat difficult to find what youre looking for. I thought we were going to be in-and-out, but it took us a bit longer to find what we needed.

Very vast selection of table covers, food wares, cup styles, costumes, balloons, and candies. Supplies for parties as early as one year old to eighty years old. Supplys are also for weddings, and baptisms.

Directions were Very Accurate To Mall Area, but to Specific Location Had to Search for 30 Minutes.

Today, I was looking for a card for my grandson who will be 15 next Tuesday. I found two cards that was perfect to reflect how I really feel about him. KUDOOOOO!
