Alex, our Wireless Consultant, was very helpful. We broke a phone while travelling from Baltimore and were able to replace the phone, while taking advantage of discounts. Alex showed us many options and was patient with our questions. He was very knowledgeable about each phone we reviewed. We feel like we got a good deal. Alex went above and beyond in helping us. All the employees in the store are as friendly and helpful!

They were very helpful, and supportive with our shift from flip phones to smartphones. They are very friendly staff and i will continue to give them my business within the future. I usually do not leave bad reviews but I tried to pay my bill (cash) and was told I need to take my change to the bank (closed) to swap out for cash. Now I am going to get hit with a late fee. I work in customer service and went to a local retailer and they swapped my change for cash, no questions asked. Ive been a Verivon customer for 14 years and pay a good amount for my plan. I just fail to see why change is not acceptable when there should be change in the cash registers as well as the safe already? Ive always found it convenient when a customer brings change because it saves a trip to the bank. It would be easy to switch carriers and get my bill cut in half.
I recently got a phone from the sales rep Andrej back when he was at Parma, and he got me a new phone. I was having some trouble with it and I went to see him and he tried to fix it but with no luck. He set up an appointment to have tech support call me and they managed to fix my problem! I cannot express how much I recommend him as your rep, go see him for any needs you might have! I’d give him ten stars if that was possible.
I was there to help an elderly female friend that have been talked into a plan she did not want or need. Staff did nothing but double talk and in the end provided no help.
Andrej at the Middleburg Heights location went through all the special offers in detail, went out of his way to help with all of our questions, and overall was just a fantastic guy to work with. Wonderful customer service.

Anh was the most patient and knowledgeable Verizon representative I have ever dealt with. He had very difficult tech support issues not only with me but other customers in the store. He even assisted the tech support phone line and knew how to get issues resolved. I was almost about to leave Verizon, but with respresentatives like Nathan and Anh, I will definitely stay . They dont sell anything. I dont think they ever did. I dont know why they rent stores and hire people and dont sell any products at those stores. They could at least hire a piano man, maybe sell juice and cookies.

Vince and his manager Shawn went above and beyond to help me switch out some iPhones for a different color. Quick and efficient and even handled other customers in between that were waiting. Shawn even drove out to a different location to pick up the phones I needed because they were out of stock. I would go here everytime I needed something. The corporate stores would never give you that kind of customer service.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for a while now. I am very pleased with the Verizon phone service I have. But it doesnt compare to the customer service I receive from the GoWirless Verizon Premium Retailer in Middleburgh Hts. There is a gentleman there named Matthew that is by far the best customer service person I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had a couple of issues with my phone and come to his location to get any of my issues taken care of. Matthew is so polite, professional, and knowledgeable of his job. I went in to an other location once and that will be the last time that happens. Most people come in to a place with a problem and have a chip on their shoulder thinking that here we go with some young adults that wont be able to help me. I actually enjoy the thought of coming to this location. I know I am going to be greeted by a person that cares and any problem I have will be gone when I leave. I am sorry this is taking so long but with customer service like this I cant help but to make sure you are aware of the best customer service in northeast Ohio is right in my backyard. Besides Matthews great customer service. I was able to observe him train a fellow associate by the name of Jessica. I would hope that if any person reading this review needs help. Please go to the Middleburg Hts location. I promise you! You will be wowed by the service you get.

Came in to get another phone activated and return one I bought a week ago. My original phone got stolen and then had to get another phone a week ago. I then got a good deal on the IPhone X so decided to return the one I bought a week ago.So I paid the restocking fee and they did the return first. The guy makes a comment must have some nice friends to buy you a $1000 phone. Then he incorrectly adds the IMEi number and then says oh I always thought from the beginning that this guy brought in a stolen phone to the other employee and then shows it to me. I was like okay I will just walk out and use the one I night a week ago. They forced me to buy another phone because they already started the refund. Then the guy says you wouldn’t have an issue bringing in stolen phones. Well I bought a second new phone paid the fees and upgrade fee again. The entire time I waited for the phone to transfer information both the employees were which videos that had a lot of inappropriate language and secondly complaining about how I got a million and one bills but how they had need to be partying more. The one guy said he wouldn’t even pay his car insurance bill so he could go party this weekend.Well I get home and check the IMEI on the phone I got a good deal on and it was clean. I call two corporate stores and the main call center all saying it’s clean. I call the store and said to the guy what I found out and then he said well it’s stolen and if it worked for them why didn’t you just activate it then. I asked him to check again and he kept saying it’s stolen before I even finished the number. Then he said I broke the law because I couldn’t legal search an IMEI on the Verizon network. I am sorry yes you can because you can do it directly in their website.I honestly thing they just entered it wrong but the guy just seemed to have a attitude from the get go and I was the idiot for believing him at face value. Luckily corporate got involved and is refunding me for my hassles. Lastly talking about your personal life and complaining and then joking around the way they were was not professional at all and far from it. Now I have to waste more time driving back just to return this second phone I was forced to buy because of their incompetence and attitude.

Slow so theirs no reason to show up early they are always running behind due to over scheduling and under staffed. On to of that youll be out sourced to a real dentist if it anything needed other than a simple thing like cleaning.

Dishonest staff. I will never go there they constantly kept trying to sell me stuff i didnt want. They told my if i got a tablet it would be free. But it isnt free they tricked me and i cant get it off my bill without paying a huge fee. I will never go back. Save yourself the hassle from those crooks .
Im not one to leave reviews, but my experience at this store was absolutely terrible. They mislead us twice regarding charges for products. My advice, if you have to work with them, is do not trust what they say. Instead read every word of every paper they give you before signing anything.

Idiots. Felt like i was being questipned by the fbi. Wanted to change service to verizon and the told me my samsung note cannot be used. Why do i have friends that have a samsung and get verizon. They would not even touch my phone to see. Bought this phone 30 days ago. Young punks. 4 of them no one in the store and they couldnt be bothered because i was not going to buy a new phone.
