Parents of teens. We waited in line for 20 minutes. The box was still warm as we pulled out. They were absolutely amazing. Still looking like fantastic parents with half of what we went for. Still won on all accounts.

Stopped by to get my free birthday dozen of glazed doughnuts. They were delicious! Fresh, light and not too sweet. I gave in to temptation and bought quite a few more when I saw all the wonderful flavors offered. It was a strange feeling when our feet stuck to the floor. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

Dont go inside to order. I was the only person in line. I was waited on right away. But the girl kept taking taking orders from the drive through. I only a couple of donuts and milk. I watched 2 cars go through the drive through before I got my order.

It is always fun to be able to take my 5 year old son inside and let him watch the process of how the glazed donuts are made. Then to watch his excitement as he jumps around picking which donuts he wants. The staff is friendly, as the one lady interacted with my son asking about his dance moves. And then the young guy that helped build my two dozen donuts was very apologetic when I pointed out that he was grabbing the wrong donuts. Honest mistake that he quickly fixed. And then the cashier was friendly and personable as well. Keep up the good work guys!

Stopped there twice in the last couple weeks and the lobby was closed!!! Bad way to run a donut shop so left and went to DD!

Great donuts.Just wish for a slightly wider selection and that the special donuts werent mixed in with the normal donuts. Its annoying to go pick a donut just to be told its the special of the month and yada yada extra charge .Fix those two small issues and it is an easy 5 star.

Absolutely amazing lady gave out coupons Saturday morning so I got donuts for like 699 cant beat it hot an fresh so so so good!!

Friendly service and fresh donuts. Wife and I took our son here for his first time on our little road trip and luckily arrive when the “light” was on. He got to watch the donuts being made and then we got to take them home. :)

Very nice people. Also, the companys marketing of the once a month chocolate donuts worked very well on my daughter. Sure she likes a donut every now and then (rarely actually because shes size 0 clothing) but these are special to her.

They have a really good cream filled lemon glaze doughnut.

If you love Kristen Kreme’s, then you should definitely visit the shop. Vast assortment of flavors I didn’t even know they made. Even if you go and the light isn’t on, you’ll still find a donut or 10, that’ll you’ll like.

Do not trust the times posted for the store. It is 7:50, site says open at 6 and currently open. Doors are locked and drive thru attendent only tells you they open at 8. If you are not going to honor your posted hours change them on the site. Pitiful that this cant be done in the year 2021.

Stopped at 6:45 and waited at menu board which was lit. No response. Went to window and was told that this week they will open at 8 not 6. It would be a prudent, customer friendly procedure to have a sign in plain view of the change! Also, why not update your website?!

This store has not been the same since 2 years ago, they use to be so clean and had fast service, now i cant even get my doughnuts fresh. Since i have a family member working there right now i can say that the store is always full of drama. Not only that but the managers wont do anything when theres a problem. I even heard a story from my cousin that an employee that works there right now told how she got an adress from their system to get somebody hurt.they should fire everybody for not doing their jobs properly and look into how the store is run because obviously there is alot of stuff happening behind the scene

What are y’all doing??! Never had an issue before but now you’re dropping the ball. I pull in and am at the speaker for nearly 10 mins. I pull up to the drive thru window, which someone is at, and they abruptly leave. 2 more people look out the window clearly seeing me and completely disregard my existence.The ‘Open’ light is on. If you are closed, that’s fine but just say that. As I’m pulling out, after someone jets out the front door, the open sign is still on.I call... No answerGET IT TOGETHER!** I’ll change the rating when you fix it**

I don’t come hear often so I’m not very familiar with the menu. The women on the speaker had such a rude tone. They also don’t have non dairy milk which is just strange for a place that sells only coffee and donuts. The women at the window was polite though.

They always seem to be stocked with a great selection of donuts unlike some other local shops. Awesome place for kids. My seriously love to stand there and watch the donuts being made. I cant tell you how.many paper Krispy creme hats we have at home lol. Plus on free donut day they actually give you completely FREE donuts with no purchase necessary. Must give it a try.

Pulled up ask for one of their new coffees the ones with the caramel drizzle and the whipped cream and over ice they end up giving me a black coffee with chocolate in it no sugar no cream ask for a classic assortment and got all three of the same Donuts in the box when I brought it up to the girl at the window she had an attitude with me

Not happy I got green donuts. Ordered 4 dozen & was not told I would be given St. Patty Day left overs. Drove 1 hr to get them for my 91 Year old Mother.

This Krispy Kreme location is always lacking. A year ago they would never have the Hot Light on because they supposedly didn’t have a night time baker, so they only made fresh donuts in the morning up until 11 am. Since then, they have acquired a late night baker, but now they’ve shortened the time in which the hot donuts are made to about an hour in the morning, and an hour at night. I’d have to be there between 5am and 6am to get a fresh donut. I’ve gone to the shop during the hours shown for the hot light to be scheduled on, but they told my wife and I that the information was incorrect. I called the Akron location and they actually hold to the hours shown for the Hot Light. So we have to drive all the way to Akron just to get fresh donuts.

These donuts are good but if you catch them when the light is on do yourself a favor, hit a u-turn if you have to, and grab them because those my friend are great. You will never lower your standards to Dunkin again.

Loved this place and their service! Workers were really nice and time efficient. I got a dozen green glazed donuts for St. Patricks Day which were very cool, everyone loved them! The worker on the cash register was helpful and funny. The donuts were amazing. I also got a hot chocolate which tasted really good. Definitely will be going back here with the coupons they gave me when I bought the dozen donuts. This is an awesome place! I had a great experience!

The workers were very nice and it was a full house but the workers were serving everyone in a nice pace they serve drinks and then donuts which were still warm and soft just love gone here will be back.this store is AWESOME

The donuts are always super fresh and the staff is always so polite, attentive, and friendly. My son and I love to go in and watch the production making the donuts in the lobby area.

Some amazing fresh donuts are available here. I usually would grab then from a gas station but I wanted to try the new Reese Donuts they were offering. They were only available at their main stores. I stopped in and bought some. The reese donuts were out of this world good. The other donuts also tasted so much better fresh from the bakery. I recommend getting them!

I placed on line order for mothers day and picture shows an assortment or different donuts for the pack of 16 mini. Well I received only 2 flavors 13 plain and 3 chocolate. They said they were out of the rest. The on line order makes you think they will have it ready and hand it to you at door but in fact you have to wait in a huge backed up drive thru line. The manager did apologize and seemed sincere but I blame corporate for false advertising to make a quick sale. Why would I order online only to wait in huge line. First and last time there. I would have shopped local if they werent forced to go out of business.

Excellent place if you prefer lighter donuts. One can pick up a fresh box of Krispy Kreme donuts here, along with a small bottle of milk. The occasional events are also awesome (like the first Friday of every month is chocolate glazed donut day; or Talk Like a Pirate Day in September). The donut machines are viewable from the sitting area through the glass, so its also neat to see the donuts being made if you come by early in the morning.

I have always loved this place. I have never NOT loved this place. Always good for a free donut when the HOT light is on. They have great promotions which happen frequently. Several new and interesting kinds of donuts are served seasonally and per holiday. Whenever Im in the area, I make an effort to stop here. Even when Im NOT in the area, I will go out of my way to stop here sometimes. The service has always been quick and attentive.
