Pricey but has a nice variety of office and school supplies. When you need something specific and dont have time to shop around, this is the place to go. Just be prepared to pay a dollar or so more than if you found the item at Marcs or Walmart. But they always have exactly what I need when I need it. Im always in and out unless I choose to shop around.

I went into this store to look into getting booklets made for a business conference and to buy a new laser printer. There was a line at the print center with only one girl in glasses behind the counter there frantically trying to help three or four people at once by herself, so I decided Id take a look at the printers first.I decided on an Hewlett-Packard laser model, but it appeared to be out of stock, so I decided Id simply order it. I looked around for a salesperson, but they all appeared to be chit-chatting up front at the checkout with the older woman, so I went back to the print center thinking Id just order the printer with my booklets.This is where I started to get irritated. The poor girl behind the counter at the print center was doing all she could to manage the four or five people in line while paging for help, but no help ever came for this beleaguered woman. The associates at the regular checkout counter were too busy laughing it up and having a good time to come to the print center. After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up and left.To Diana (Dania? I dont remember the print center girls name)s credit, she did greet me when I came in, was friendly, and said shed help me as soon as she could. I didnt mind her - she seemed to be doing the best she could with no help from the rest of her peers, so it would be nice if this store could get more employees working at the print center (or in printers!) rather then chit-chatting up front at checkout.- Mark Edenburgh

Had the laptop I wanted in stock and at a reasonable price. The staff member I interacted with on the floor and checking out was very courteous and helpful. Would buy computers there again.

No ink catridges for printers and no idea when any coming in. Dont list them as available on the website and then dont stock any.

Ordered a Notary Public stamp, the male behind the counter didnt ask any questions or take any information on me. He stared at my certificate for 10 minutes, made a copy of it and said I was good to go. He told me to come back in about two weeks. I said dont you call me when it comes in? He said he would if I wanted and wrote my number down. A few days later the store called and said I needed to come back because he didnt take the right info. I went back and the female that was there, apologized and said she would put in the correct info. Told me it would be about a week or so and charged me for the stamp. A few days later someone else called me and told me they didnt order the right size stamp, I had to come back in to cancel the first order and place a new order and its a few extra dollars for the right one. I went back and they asked if I brought my certificate. I told them the first time there was a copy made and they said they couldnt find it and cant do anything without it. I told them it was my third time there and this girl said my associates are new and wont take notes. She said she even bought them notebooks and they wont use them. I told them to cancel the order, which we did and now I have to wait to make sure the money on my credit card was refunded correctly because I dont trust them to do anything right. Good thing I had some time to get this before my employer needed me to have it. I do not recommend this store for any important purchases.

Staff improperly labeled product. When brought to managers attention and pointed out it was blatently all labeled the same way, manager refused to honor price it was on floor as.

Use them sporadically for printing various items. They are helpful and courteous to my reason for being there.

This Office Max has always had what ever I need. The staff is very helpful, especially the staff in the copy center. The store has a large range of merchandise. I would recommend the store to everyone.

Went into the store to their Services Center (Copy Center) on 3/13/17 around 7pm to place an order to have a copy of my digital certificates that are wallet sized to be printed in color, cut to wallet size and laminated. I had to wait over 5 minutes to even be acknowledge when there was only one other person using the copiers. When I was finally recognized, I was rudley cut off while in the middle of a stentence of placing my order by the Sales Consultant, Seth. He did not ask to me to hold on or please wait and picked up the phone and started taking another persons order in the middle of me saying my order. It was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this Office Depot!

I think this place is a rip off. I would not recommend using the fax service either, cost me almost $4 to fax 2 sheets of paper. Not great.

Part of a store purchasing program. Their self help desktop for making a yard sign was not working. The kid said I could enter the info for the COSE program online. I could not. Even still when I was at home, their website still isnt working properly a week later. I would have to create a yard sign purchase and then create another purchase etc until I was done. When you add a yard sign to your cart and create an additional one as prompted the 1st image will appear. No matter what you do. I load 2nd image and try to enlarge, center, drag etc and the 1st image appears again. Useless website and even more worthless kids work there.

Everything office supply you can think of. They always have some kind of deal going on. Very friendly staff.

Placed an order and was told it would be done in 2-3 hours. Only to call 6 hours later with no real answer. Then 2 more hours later to find out the printer has been broken all day and no one had the courtesy to call about the status of my order. The manager did not offer me anything other than an excuse and talked over me.
