Absolute worse Walgreens pharmacy location in Madison. I cant tell you how many times I have stood here for 10 mins when there is no one in line with two staff staring at me waiting to be served. Then if you have to talk to the pharmacist they will be standing 3 ft away and just make you wait there for another 7 mins all the while being fully staffed. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on mineral point.

Some people, like health workers have to still go into work. So if I am at your store prior to 8AM thats cause I essential needed something important, but was turned away. I suggest you rethink on how to handle morning customers during this pandemic. My purchases matter also.
The staff is a reflection of the manager Santa Lang. There staff is gossipy and disrespectful and VERY condescending. She should be FIRED the whole staff acts like her.
I was blown away at how great the customer service was here. Every employee was exceedingly nice and helpful. I wish all retail stores would be staffed this way.
This review is for Angie, the Walgreens pharmacist, who went the extra mile for me today and provided outstanding customer service. She answered all of my questions about a medication, and then later called me to let me know my prescription was ready because she knew I needed it quickly for pain. Thank you Angie!
Worst customer service ever in the Pharmacy. Only have one drive thru lane open. Never enough Pharmacists for demand. Sometimes prescriptions get sent via mail like I requested.. other times not. Sometimes I get 90 day supplies... other times 30 days. Have waited on the phone for 15 plus minutes. Not sure if the problems only relate to this store or if the company is too cheap to hire additional competent pharmacists. Very rude staff.... will take my business elsewhere.
I went in to the store today to buy a product that was on sale and at the checkout the lady asked me if I was in a hurry and I said no. She asked me to wait a minute and went to get something. She came back with a coupon that was on the sales floor for the brand I was buying and she saved me a few bucks. She went above and beyond to make this customer happy. Thank you kind Sales lady.
I was next in line and Nate was asking this guy personal questions about the things he was checking out, it was in poor taste and even made me uncomfortable. I was next in line to check out and for no reason Nate decided to leave the check out counter. I asked him what he was doing and I know he heard me because the guy from the photo area did and came over to check me out. Outside of getting my Rx from you I will never shop in another Walgreens. Screw Walgreens and I will make sure I spread the word of how got disrespected. Thanks Nate!
I can’t beleive how bad the customer service, at the pharmacy has become at this location. Drive thru is painful now, to say the least. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist won’t even recognize customers at the window. Multiple times I’ve had to wave since it the bell doesn’t work. Or maybe it does? Who knows. Tried to tell the pharmacist, Angie, that three cars had left the line. Her response? She turned around and walked away. My family will be using another location or another pharmacy all together.
You pay more for the convenience. Nice to be able to run in quick to get something.
Pharmacy technician is very impolite over the phone. All I ask is prescription pick up status. She asked me to repeat so many times and started showing her frustration over the phone. Her name start with C or Kathy. Please be polite and show some courtesy to patient.
One of the sales associates was very helpful when I selected fingernail polish and lipstick colors. She made the shopping fun

Kept on hold for ten minutes only to be told they arent allowed to tell me whether my medication was in stock over the phone because of an apparent federal law. Called another location and found it there.

Staff was very unhelpful with prescription and when asked about savings on a prescription was told there were none. Went to a different Walgreens a was given an option to save $80 per month.
