Came in today to pay my bill and switch accounts for auto pay. The experience was nice! Everything went very smoothly, the clerk was polite and professional and the store was immaculately clean, kind of a clash as seen from the exterior!

The owner and staff got me 2 phones that were out of stock within hours, gave me a great deal on 3 devices and accessories and ported my numbers over within minutes. I love my phones and the service is great. I recommend this location to anyone looking for service or anything!

I went to get the new Lg Stylo 6 and sam helped me with making sure the phone was a good choice and he did it a great phone and i appreciate him i recommend this location to anyone

Esteban was amazing. He helped me set up another phone line on my plan and cancel a nightmare also known as sprint. He personally was on the phone with sprint for over an hour. He even stayed past closing time just to help me. Id give him and this store 10 stars if i could. Best customer service ever!!!!!

Good company, but some phones not in stock. When I try to pay my bill, website doesnt accept payment. So, I have to go into this store and they charge me more than it would have been to pay online....which would have been more convenient.

The worst place too get a phone the took 220$ for 80$ plan for two phones and didnt do the porting of my number right so I was down to one phone and one paperweight and then they got them selfs lock out of my account with all the right info I spent four days and four hour each day and I still havent got a phone that works and they want me too start new account because of there incompetence and they want me to pay for another activation dont do it get a landline before going here

Horrible service, I came in to switch carriers and this one person that seem to be the manager was speaking Spanish saying that we will only keep the Samsung a6 on upgrades only. He did this to avoid selling te phone at the promo of $50. So don’t come here very conniving franchise store

These two Spanish guys are great! A few months ago when I first got my plan they treated me well but I thought nothing of it. Then a few months later I wanted to change numbers and plans and I went to the closest MetroPCS near me (not these guys) and they tried to rip me off and were very rude. So I immediately drove down the road to these guys and they really took care of me. They bent over backwards to get what I want and it was less than half the price the other liars at the MetroPCS down the road told me. If you are going to a MetroPCS in the area go to these guys. They will treat you right!

Very dissatisfied and shocked that no one can own up to what has happened there to busy pointing the finger at there co-workers, hello we still need help paid for 2 phones and they do not work took them back for refund and we were told had to go to another store WT* really do the right thing Metro PCS I can only imagine how many of my gente hispana (Hispanic race) this has happened too! Lousy service - got skipped in line and no one bothered to let us know to sign in. The workers couldnt help customers without having to call someone else for additional help. Waited over half an hour to get an account number.
