Friendly staff. Clean store. We always have wonderful service here. We use prepaid so there are absolutely no hidden fees, never any higher rates, unlimited calls and texts, and great service everywhere I go, even when family and friends dont have service out camping in the middle of nowhere, or in the mountains. I love the service so far.

U.s. cellular is one of the big four cell phone companies, they have great coverage, and great phones. The plans are affordable, and the customer service is very good. If you are looking for a good cell phone provider, there are not very many better than u.s. cellular. Come on in and let them show you what they can do.

I always have good experiences at US CELLULAR. Everyone is generally very knowledgeable at the store in Midwest City, Oklahoma. I really wouldnt choose another cellular company. Ive always been with US CELLULAR ever since I got my first cell phone.

They were very helpful and the employee named Aaron went above and beyond what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Even after we had left the store he continued to help us get everything set up. I would highly recommend going here.

VICTOR MORENO is THE man to see. I was having problem waiting on hold with U.S. Cellular for my online order for new service to even be processed. I went to the U.S. Cellular or Reno and Douglass and he was the most helpful one individual I had ran into in some time. He stayed on hold with whoever supercedes him in the ordering process for at least a half an hour just to cancel my online order. He then honored the price I was supposed to get online and waived the activation fee! To top the whole experience off he was extremely professional and courteous. Employee of the month material! Kudos to Victor and his team. I would recommend dealing with Victor, hes a hell of a guy!

The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to in order to review. Employees can be rude not helpful. And do not care at all to help try to resolve any issues. If you can go elsewhere. At least to a different us cellular location.

My cricket bill was paid on Thursday October15,2020 on October17 my service was disconnected...the lady that took my payment didnt make in in until today October19 than I was told there isnt anything they can do......so Im out $28 and no phone(ive had this phone for years and never missed a payment)........Dont trust cricket......

I never get good service at this store. They seem stuck up and not willing to help find a way to save you money. I go to the Moore location off I-35 and get treated way better. This mwc location acts as if your putting them out just asking a question.Update: Been by a few times. Seems to have gotten better. Still not real happy but they seem to be working on it.

4 years ago, I was brought on to be a customer by their No contract renewal upgrade option but then when it was time to upgrade they decided to not honor it.Recent I paid for a new phone straight out and changed my plan and they extended my contract without telling me. Ill probably be leaving them soon.

So I am on a prepaid account I just paid my service Wednesday and it wasnt due till the 27 I paid at the store and didnt get a text message saying they received my payment so I go home trying to get on netflix and internet and realized they didnt renew my service they are saying I use up all my data and I know that not true was looking at a recipe online for sweet potato pie and on Facebook my internet was wasnt fast still stay the same now it says today I have used all my data which isnt true was using data already I had and was using my internet when my daughter was asleep at night calling in a few minutes to see what they can do abouy it if not switching never had a problem till now

My phone was lost/stolen. I went to the MWC branch and bought an old phone. Since I didnt want to extend my contract they charged me $300.00 for a small outdated ZTE. When I switched to T-Mobile to get twice as many phones for half of the price, US Cellular charged me a $450.00 early termination fee. US Cellular is a ripoff, hidden fees and bad service everywhere!
