Terrible customer service. They lied to me about a promotion and are not honoring what was said in store. They had me add a line in store then said call customer service in 24hrs to complete the process. Customer service said they couldnt honor the full credit amount but in store could. I went back to get them to honor it but they denied that they ever said thats what they offered.

Came in to upgrade my phone, Jennifer is the store manager, she was very knowledgeable and was willing to help. She provided me with an accurate quote on my monthly cost and cost for that day. Definitely recommend this store, they’re amazing!!

You need to have trained associates on the floor so false information is not given. Dont have a new employees talk about promotions unless they fully understand the promotions they are speaking of. Also as the store manager dont say yes we can do this deal then have me waste another 90 minutes sitting around to watch you leave then your store associates decide this is too complicated and say they cant do it and say just call customer service. YOU ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldnt even give this a 1 star rating but you have to rate something

The worst..We went in yesterday looking to buy a new Samsung S Flip phone..Kid was rude and would not answer any questions and told us to go online and buy it as he walked us out..This is the new flip and Im sure we are not the only ones with questions before they spend over a $1000 on it..Went to Best Buy for the win..This kid should be fired..Been 10 plus years with T Mobile and 5 phone lines....Ugh

Worst Sprint store I have ever been too! The manager literally did not know what he was doing! I came to upgrade my phone but the manager Kept saying that there was a balance on my account EVEN THOUGH he himself acknowledged that it said my lease was up.I asked the protocol for when he didnt know the answer to a customer question, and he saidI had to call Sprint on their customer care line. When I called, Sprint apologized and told me that he should have called. They are a 3rd party store and it seems that they avoid doing anything difficult or might require them to call.We went to the corporate store with NO PROBLEMS and got our new phones without a balance. Called customer care for a box and they said that this store was a drop off location. We walked in to drop off our phones and the man said oh I cant do that here. I told him sprint told us that you were location to drop off the phone. He said he couldnt because we already had our devices so there was nothing he could do. I called Sprint in store and all of a sudden he was talking to my husband and realized that he could do it. He didnt even tell me, but started to do it and didnt apologize about his mistake. Why assume without asking questions? Then I remembered, 3rd party store. The service is different and I will never go back.

I have to say this is one of the worst Sprint store experiences Ive ever had. We completely looked over and never once acknowledge from the moment we got to the store. In fact a customer came in behind us it was seen before we were. Now I understand you can set up an appointment for this was not the case. Weve been with Sprint for many years now and this alone makes it hard for us to want to stay with the company. As you know customer service was sprint already shabby at times. So going into the store sometimes is your best bet but if this is the way people are treated at what point do you decide to start looking for other service providers... hell Im willing to pay extra for better service. Same reason why some people shop at Walmart while other shop at Target.

The store is under new management of Keon tre Thompson. He is AMAZING. When I tell you his customer service was on point, I mean he sat through nearly an hour and a half phone calls with my fiance and I getting unneccesary charges cancled. it is not his job to help with phone calls to the finance department, but he went above and beyond our expectations to please us. He needs a RAISE. AMEN.

We arrived to this store today Thursday August 15th around 5:30pm to find the entire store locked with the lights on. We knocked on the door and called the store several times, only to be directed to the voicemail. As someone who is traveling from out of town, this was a huge problem for us. Would not recommend this place. The store hours state Monday-Friday 10am-8pm. This is entirely unacceptable. No staff. Doors locked. Lights on. No explanation. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This has never happened before at other locations.If you would like. We took videos of the time we arrived and the doors locked.

Wonderful!!!! Had been to the sprint store off 240 service road and they were rude the blonde hair lady and the black gentleman,who would not help me get off a family plan wirh my dad and get on a family plan with my boyfriend. Kyle Phillips was able to help us with ease and was soooo polite. We had all the needed paperwork and were treated with respect instead of being talked down to. Thank you Kyle!!! You deserve a raise and a honor award for best service in the okc area. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
