I always go to this Starbucks because it is very fast and theyre always very accurate. However this morning, my Frappuccino was missing both the shots of espresso and the carmel on top. Im very disappointed this morning, but Ill continue going here unless I have more problems.
Really enjoy this location jen is always nice an pleasant,so are all the other staff..
First place I went to that was ready to serve me a little after 6am. Where local concepts failed at this, this Starbucks location succeeded. The woman who took my order was kind and accommodating.
You guys do good on your coffee but not everyone wants whip. 3 days in a row I have said no whip and still got it. Its not that big of a deal its just irritating. I also would like more coffee options added to the menu. One location allowed 2 employees to create their own drinks as a contest. Switching employees each week. I thought that was a wonderful idea. Its exciting for the employees and the customers.
My favorite Starbucks! Fast (even when really busy) always friendly, and super clean! I always hate having to place an order at a diff location because the service and quality doesn’t ever compare to this location! Keep up the great work guys 🙂
I wish we could figure out how to make at home what we order here but it never tastes as good. We buy Starbucks brand coffee. Does they have their own brand of hazelnut syrup & heavy cream?
AMAZING. I cant remember the females name but she was so nice and went above an beyond expectations. We had no problems but she just delivered amazing service. Drinks were made perfectly and coffee wasnt burnt. Very pleased!!
So lately I feel like this location has lacked quality. For years it was my favorite place. Idk if it’s new employees or what but 2 main things that have been disappointing are 1: the coffee- I pay for a triple or quad latte and it tastes like water or milk. I can’t taste the coffee. 2: when I order food items I don’t get napkins. I shouldn’t have to ask for napkins and then the employee seem annoyed at the request. I have to start walking into Target to get food Starbucks quality and it’s annoying.
Hands down the worst Starbucks. Currently stuck in the drive through been here for 20mins already and once your in the drive through you can’t leave. Absolutely ridiculous.
I only make mobile orders if Im going to this location because it is the slowest starbucks Ive personally ever been too. But now the lobby is closed, so you have to go thru the drive thru. Which totally defeats the entire purpose of the mobile order option. So turn off mobile orders, because if mobile hadnt been a option, I wouldnt have come here. I know my drinks sat in there already made while I sat in the drive thru, because when I got them they were all watered down and my cold foam had completely deflated. To top it off, the package of my food was disgusting. Oily and had chocolate smears. Super disappointed in this Starbucks. You can see in the photos I ordered this at 12:57 and didnt recieve until 1:40.
Clean and quick!Fresh coffee!
I dont know if it is the staff (there usually seems to be quite a few running around behind the counter) or the amount of business - either way, if youre popping in to get something quick, this is not the location for you. The drive thru line is typically backed out of the parking lot, and it does not move quickly. If you can get into the parking lot and make it into the lobby, you are likely to get your drinks a little faster, but still plan for a wait. Best bet is to plan ahead and order before you start your drive. No guarantees it will be ready when you show up, but at least your wait times is cut down.I have noticed things being unavailable/out of stock a lot more recently, as well.
I enjoyed my time here and the coffee. I went with a friend and just talked. I liked the admesphere very pleasant.
I am only giving 5 stars to the baristas not the company. Recently this location has been going through a hard time with a shift of managers and getting some new staff. One thing that is hear us popping up more is customer connection scores and after doing some research it’s a bunch of bs that the baristas have to put up with along with drive thru times. I understand and agree that this Starbucks usually has a long line but the baristas can’t work any faster than they already are. Often times they don’t have a full staff to deal with the amount of people they get. Basically for customer connection stuff on the mobile orders they have to “go over the top” in hopes that people will give them a good rating on a terribly made survey. Which is surprising that Starbucks is even pushing for that right now since I have seen people get mad at the baristas for being out of something that the company fails to produce. Right now the company is having a nationwide shortage on many things from syrup flavoring to food whilst also discontinuing a few items. Please for the love of god don’t get mad at the baristas for being out if something that’s on Starbucks plus they just work there. The baristas themselves don’t get any incentives for connection scores or low drive thru times which is crazy since they push it so hard, I think I seen a article somewhere that mentioned only the manager gets incentives for low drive thru times. I don’t think that’s true since it should shared cause it’s literally a team effort thing but I’ll have to ask one of the baristas to make sure. They apparently really push for this in the drive thru which is surprising since most Starbucks want customers out of the line in under 50 seconds. But the whole point of a drive thru is be fast and not have to talk much, not be fast and make a friend. I haven’t heard of this ever which is very strange since with other fast food places you don’t often have to talk at the window, but with Starbucks they want their employees to force an conversation. The drive thru times only take consideration into the time only and apparently not anything like how big an order is, so its only measurerIng the time not the amount of work done. From the research I’ve done the baristas don’t even get paid enough to have livable wage and most of them often have to get second jobs, which is crazy considering how much a small frappachino usually is. If you ever see the drive thru and its long just go inside it will be a lot faster and you won’t be blocking traffic like an idiot. Plus the baristas are nice especially if your nice back they may sometimes not want to talk to much since they just got out of a massive rush but they are doing their best. One time when I waiting on my drinks I seen that they were a little stressed out since they had been stuck in frappachino land (as she called it) since customers kept ordering large amounts of frappachinos, and strangely they don’t even tip the baristas on large orders like that. But if you just be patient and nice they will sometimes return the favor by giving you extra caramel drizzle or even upsizing your drink, one time a barista even gave me my drink for free. Which definitely led to a good tip for them. I encourage people to tip since most jobs now days unfortunately don’t pay their workers decent wages and that tip could make their day even if it’s a dollar. If I were to rate the company I’d do a 1 star but for the baristas here they are the heart of the business that deserve a 5 star.
My friend and I spent an hour or more here sitting outdoors under shade drinking frozen Frappuccinos and visiting till we had to go. Restroom nice. Very nice servers. Usual clean atmosphere, inside and out. Nice tone set for my visit to this area. Up and cool. Coffee. Frozen, please. Happy hour specials through mothers day. Whats not to like.
Great place for take out.
So, I didnt actually come to Starbucks. I was standing outside in a line for the AT&T store next door, waiting for them to open. After an employee noticed we were waiting outside for the store next door, they came and offered us hot cocoa. Nice and caring. The world needs more of it.
Stopped in for a puppuccino score for the sweet pup
Arguably the WORST starbucks in Oklahoma. Employees are notoriously known for bad attitudes, bad manners, fluctuations in both closing and opening times and, my favorite, disrespectful when called on their lies. Lack of professionalism and refuse to help customers with their EVER changing schedules with signs or anything supporting early closing times or open. A real mismanaged nightmare, so much as build a reputation with locals in the area, a place to avoid or go father for better service.
If you are going to adjust your hours, you need to update the hours on Google. One more note about your hours, how about setting some hours, instead of deciding when you want to close. Ive come here at 8 in the evening and you were open. Few days later I come thru and theirs cones blocking the drive-thru. Today, I visit at 8:30pm and theres a sign saying hours are adjusted to closing at 7pm. This use to be my favorite location and never had a compliant. These last few months, this location has taken a steep downward fall to failure.
Just had the most bizarre, strange, and frankly I can’t even describe experience in the drive through. I pulled in at 7:45ish pm to the speaker and after about 10 seconds I hear this “uhh hello…..(takes 10 second pause, literally)…..I’m sorry we are closed…..(another pause)…..i love you”I uhh…I ummm I don’t know how to process that, I just wanted some coffee. Sounded like your employee was high af. 😐
The Starbucks food, drink, and service are great. The only problem I have with this location is how slow the drive through is. I know it is very busy but the line is always long at this location and doesn’t move quickly at all. I am not sure if people are just ordering a lot of items or if the workers are just not able to move fast enough. If you have an option order ahead and pick up inside.
Theyre always busy so you know the product is fresh. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean.
Service was like a normal starbucks, took forever, spelled my name wrong and tasted mighty bland. Not gonna come back i dont understand the hype when scooters is much better
Love the drinks but the paper straws suck.
I’ve been stuck in this drive thru for 25 literal minutes as of right now. No coffee yet and cannot get out of the line. Unacceptable.
Love their coffee.. love the fact that if they mess up they fix it. Even if you mess up and order something extra gross they will switch it out and thats what I call customer service. They are always friendly and help when I cant think of what to get. Even helped me to understand how the refill thing works and now I can get cold brew and free refills! Adds some extra vanilla in and yummm!
Oh my goodness what a pick me upper white chocolate mocha two extra shots of espresso that is a pick me up or say between 2 and 4 everyday
The worse ever coffee was super hot n ham sandwich tasted like metal or like a paint product
Dont waste ur time. Go to Jitters.
This Starbucks has really nice people even though they are closed they let me stay and use the wifi even the Manager gave me a free hot chocolate
Great staff. Great coffee. Always pleased with this location.
I guess covid spreads better in the evening
Im giving a 4* because my daughter had a mocha cookie crumble she really liked, but Ihad a hot mint mocha but I didnt taste much mint.
Waste of time. I was there for 30 minutes and still nothing. 12 people standing around waiting for orders. They prioritize drive thru. I eventually went back to the counter to check on my order and he couldnt find my order, said someone might have walked out with it. But couldnt even confirm it was made in the first place. Meanwhile people that order after me are getting their drinks first. I got a refund but I cant get my half an hour back. Needs better management or additional staff before this place will be worth giving another chance.
I frequent this Starbucks often. Lately, the service has been slow and the drinks taste awful. Our order ahead orders have taken twice the time it has estimated for them to be ready and then the drinks do not taste good. If you have another Starbucks option, I would recommend you go there.
Great people & made my custom drink perfectly!
This is a horrible location where the people working don’t even know how to make a cold brew. I asked for extra cold foam and my drink looks like a latte. When j being it up to the lady at the register she says sometimes the cold foam doesn’t hold. How come other Starbucks can make it happen? Don’t waste your money or time, there is a reason this place isn’t busy. Lazy employees that either don’t care or are improperly trained.
I love togo hereand grabsome Java and Wifi Usedo toor research just visitw) friends
I come here very often I order the same drink every time with no whip cream. The last 3 times they have had to scrape the whip cream off the top because even though it was order with no whip the whip is put on there every time. The wait is usually about 20 minutes in the drive thru so if youre in a rush I suggest you try the one in Target behind this location. Its truly unfortunate because I love Starbucks but this location is making it hard on us.
Americas favorite coffee ☕
Crowded and expensive but the coffee is good
Its Starbucks! What else can I say? Slow but worth the wait
This starbucks never disappoints and customer service is always fantastic!
Skip It of You Are In A Hurry....30 minutes to receive a drink through the drive through is too long. This has been consistent the few times I have visited this location. Their mobile order services have been disabled.
Man I love this place maybe a little too much seriously thinking about buying some stock in this company
Cant wait till the pandemic is over. Then I can pour my own cream.
This has to be the SLOWEST drive through I have ever been to. Not just at a Starbucks but anywhere. Drinks are fine, just go in.
Extremely long drive thru lines, no mattee what time of day. But delicious.
A long drive thru line tha went quickly, staff was quick to get the order perfect!
It was fine, I guess. I ordered the new Caramel Crunch Frapé, and they forgot the crunch Im pretty sure it wasnt even the right order. It was just not very great. The woman at the window was rude. Very short with me no customer service at all. I would have went back to get my money, but i was running late to get to work.
This is the 4th time that I have ordered a Venti and my cup was only half full. The staff here are very friendly but clearly incompetent. They’ll make the wrong size drink and instead of fixing their mistake they just pour it into the larger cup.
The frappes come out watery or too much ice and little flavor. I got one remade and the person making it had to remake it 3 times before getting it right. It still came out watery. I asked for a warmed pastry and they did not warm it. I also asked for a coffee and add cream and the cup was not full. I had multiple issues with how they do service and finally needed to place a review.
M hour service, good coffee
Worst Drive through on the planet. Line always blocks the main road and they push upselling products while the line line continues to grow. We just want our coffee and want to get to work. Note the line is never at the window, its always at the speaker..
I just love Starbucks! The staff is professional and my orders are always correct. .
Few times I’ve been here I’ve experienced service slower than the average store. The drive thru isn’t manageable as there is not room for the demand. Recommend a different location nearby and working with staff to expedite barista production and friendliness.
Always like my service at Starbucks the egg bites are to die for
They are always so sweet & fast at getting orders done.
My daughter loves this place says they have the best hot chocolate
This is the second time I’ve came thru this drive thru and both times my drink has been watered down and looks nothing like what it’s suppose to. I would know because I work at a different Starbucks in the area. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Definitely never coming back.
Best place to get hot tea.
Ordered 3 white chocolate mochas, and they all tasted super watered down, this is the second time this has happened at this location, a complete waste of money, as the drinks were not drinkable. Dissapointing, will not return to this location.
Venti, six-pump chai ... addicting. To avoid feeling indulgent, I also buy a protein box. Best hummus ever.
Wonderful, delicious coffee as usual!!
The young man running drive thru tonight was amazing! Not sure if he is new but he was so sweet, we did have a long wait and once we got to the window he greeted us and was very patient with us even with his manager being very rude behind him rushing him to move us out of the window. Still would have given 5 stars had our drinks that the manager made were anything like the drinks we order every single day.
You can get what you expect at this Starbucks just be ready for the long wait at the drive thru.
This is a normal location for me to stop. Yes it’s popular and theres normally a line into the street. Never had an issue before. Here in the past few weeks, it’s taking longer with few cars in the drive thru. I ordered an americano with cream and sweetener (my norm). It had way too much cream that the whole cup looked pale nude in color. It was watered down. Same thing with the cookie crumble mocha frappe (different incident), it watered down. No flavor of coffee at all. Not sure if there’s a shortage in supplies or someone isn’t getting trained correctly but something is off. Will be going to a different location for now.
Slowest drive through ever !!! Don’t chance it and just go inside !
Love the coffee and decay frappucinos.
Always a good experience
For the last 4-5 times, I have gone to this location I have had SO MANY PROBLEMS! I order my drinks through the app so that the drink will be ready when I get there (I live like 8-10 min from this location & I order my drinks before I leave my house) plus they do not have to try and listen to my weird order. However, for the last 4-5 times I have come (all during August), they have messed up my order. Yes, I understand my order can be a little weird since I usually get iced drinks without ice since it can take me 8 hours to drink my coffee, so I am not too fond of ice because it will water down my coffee by mid-day (also, I had clean industrial ice machines when I used to work in fast food & at a movie theatre so I know how gross they can get in not cleaned enough, so I never get ice in any of my drinks anywhere). So, anyway back to the problems with this location - they have put ice in my drink several times (even though the order sticker says no ice), on Tuesday the barista questioned me in an insulting way where she was asking me how I expected her to make my drink without ice. Then today when I was handed a cup filled with ice I mentioned that it was supposed to be without ice; The barista sighed and just dumped the coffee into a different cup and handed it to me even though the top fourth of the cup was empty (usually the barista fills the rest of the cup up with milk) I NEVER used to have problems with this Starbucks, it was one of my favorite locations (plus its close to my house). However, ever since they have reopened, I have continued to have bad experiences!I still LOVE Starbucks, it is one of the few treats I let myself have since I am a teacher, so $6 coffee can quickly get expensive if purchased too often (really the only reason I went twice this week was hoping they would have the Fall 2020 cups, but it seems like no Starbucks in the metro have them except for the one inside of Target)I guess, for now, I will just drink the extra couple miles and go to the Starbucks near I-240 since that is close to my job. I am just so disappointed in this location, and hopefully, they can get back on track and be the fantastic location they used to be!
Fast service, drinks always made to perfection!
Service was ok. Its definitely a high volume location. I noticed several flies on the breakfast sandwiches and let the staff know.
30 min for a drink would have been nice to tell me before I ordered
Fast and friendly service. Still overpriced like all Starbucks.
Be prepared to wait forever. So I came in today (Sunday) and they werent busy inside at all. I figured it should be quick. Im not exactly sure how long it took them to make my drink, because after waiting 15 minutes, I just walked out.
Love this place. So does our dog. He loves his pupachinno
You can’t really go wrong with Starbucks. They have a tendency to have a very long drive through line so I recommend ordering ahead in the app and then walking up to the front door to avoid the line.
This location is crazy busy in the drive thru so I like to place my order ahead of time through the app or just walk in. This particular day, I had a request that wasnt available on the app and the baristas were more than accommodating.
They are very professional. Everyone inside wearing masks. Fairly quick compared to other Starbucks.
Extremely confused why they aren’t open? Every where else is open. I mean come on. Some of us ESSENTIAL WORKERS would like coffee too.
Always the best!
Im neither for or against Starbucks. A lot of people like their coffee but not me.
Great location for people shopping in the area or for grabbing coffee when coming or going to Tinker. They’re always quick and the drive through never takes a long time even when it looks long. Parking can be tricky since it’s a narrow parking lot that the drive through empties out into from the far end.
They are always so cheerful and polite. I love this Starbucks! I have never had an issue here.
Waited over 10 minutes for an order while there were employees standing around talking. Not the norm here, but frustrating nonetheless. Made me late for an appointment; I had already paid for the drink, so was forced to wait.
Drew and Alec did a fantastic job of fixing an issue with my recent order, while also making me feel like an appreciated and valued customer. I appreciate that so much and highly recommend this location!
I never write reviews, but I get here at the ass crack of dawn before my 12 hour work day, and they are always just as busy as can be, and also just the sweetest set of the hardest workers a chain could ever dream of having. Love starting my day with this lovely people. Thank you for smiling through the rushes! It makes a difference!
Although society complains about the price for Starbucks Ill admit its worth it!!! Whenever the seasonal pumpkin spice is back I am a regular customer!! It is truly irresistible! They do a fantastic job also on their cold brew coffee, so tasty, rich & flavourful!
I have been going to Starbucks since my sister introduced me to it when I was 8 years old, nearly 20 years ago. This is the first time I have taken the time write a review. Everyone was so nice. For starters, I ordered my drink which is simple, 2 puppuchinos and a double shot of espresso with a shot of sugar and light ice. I felt like the most extra/complicated person ever. As I neared the window, I realized in my excitement of getting my dogs loaded and in their collars, I had set my wallet down and left it at home. I luckily happened to have a photo of my card on my phone, but they couldnt input it manually. I asked if I could park and add it to my app and come grab the drinks so I didnt hold up the line to which they agreed cheerfully. I have not used it since the change and was not aware you had to load money to the gift card, but the cashier was kind enough to help walk me though it (I havent fully set up the new app after getting my new phone and card). All and all, everyone was so polite and cheerful and patient and I cant thank them enough. My dogs loved it as well!
This location is always a bit busy. but always friendly faces, the drive through is mostly quick, they have great service here, Very Clean inside, and a fun atmosphere to be in. Great for a meet and greet with friends. Overall 5 stars. Highly recommend
Wait was a little lengthy but service was good.
Lobby is closed & line is way too long. Website shows dine in ✅
Unfortunately I drove all over where the GPS led me and we never found a Starbucks. There were two listed close together but we didnt find either one. Its the only thing my wife wanted out of the trip we had to take to OKC/Midwest City, and I didnt get it. We didnt even see a sign for a Starbucks. Its possible I just missed it but as much as I drove back and forth to the listed locations I dont think so.
Love the peppermint mocha, hate the line.
What’s up with Starbucks, not knowing what time they open. I came one day they open at 5 then I came another day they opened at 5:30 then I went today and they open at 6! I just want my coffee😩
