I needed to have duplicated both sides of a Federal application business form. I expected two sheets of paper, One for each side.I was surprised when the lady asked me if I wanted it done in color. It was a vivid multi colored form.When I got my product, the only way I could tell it from the original was that I had folded the original: $2.50.

Having purchased computers previously from Office Depot/ Office Max in the past I recently purchased a new computer from you. A young lady named Ashley installed requested software. Unfortunately during setup she created accounts under the wrong name. I spent more than three hours on the phone with Microsoft attempting to fix her screw ups. I dont have a clue as to where she came up with the name Robert for my account. When I called and asked her about this she replied that I gave her the name Robert, which I did not. All of my receipts and paperwork have my correct name. Tech support was unable to help with this. I will no longer do business with Office Depot/Max

While helping open a restaurant from October of 2016 through January 2017, I probably bought supplies to help the management and payroll person do their job accurately and smoothly at LEAST two dozen times. After my first time in, the very friendly managers and other employees knew my name and went out of their way to help me with many stressful supply runs when the printer was out of ink, stencils were needed IMMEDIATELY to paint parking lot signs, Health Department certificates and business licences had to be placed in specific frames to be in compliance, and the servers Sharpies kept disappearing pretty much every other day. This location stands out as one that always helped make stressful, time-sensitive chores easy to get done. It is uncommon to get such attentive service at a very large, successful national chain store that could just as easily do the bare minimum and still make plenty of sales. Very pleased.

Employees were more concerned with talking to one another than helping customers. It was quite easy to hear them swearing while I shipped my item. Even when I did get some help, they whispered to each other while while helping.They also said that they received little training on how to use the FedEx kiosk. The staff was working so hard, and they were so kind. There was an issue with something I wanted printed, which was my fault, and they solved the problem and helped me immediately. They were great!

First time going there, I dont know her name and not going back to ask but she has red hair and is a larger person. She interrupted the younger african american employee in front of me and was very rude to me for not having exact change, I said sorry and was even told here you go, he only has 15 cents in his door now thanks to you she was condescending for no reason but I just stayed polite. I got what I needed but I wont be going back. It was very embarrassing and unnecessary.

No customer service at all! They have Everything you could need in office supplies. There were about 4 employees one greeted me, yelling from across the store. No one offered to help me or even stop long enough for me to ask for help. I eventually found what I was looking for in the very back of the store. For a store that big with so many small items they should try to help people find things more. Or at least ask if they need help.
