Terrible service... I advise anyone not to do business with them

First it seem to be great. Dont judge a book by its cover. The one I choose was not available. Ok, so I went with manager s option. Got a call saying that one was damaged. I thought that was good customer service. Manager then sent me pictures of other options. I settled for one. Not what I wanted, but settled. And that was never delivered. Was texted by manager that it was being loaded and was coming to me.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Doesnt appear they need my money at this point. No phone call all day concerning an order that I made a payment for, but that money has been taken out of my acct. Just makes no sense, you would think they would be reaching out about your delivery, especially knowing you and your daughter have been sleeping on the floor since moving into a new home. Very disappointed in their enthusiasm about getting new business.

The manager Wendy is wonderful. Great employees overall, Keno is a great salesperson.
