Phillip surveyed our lot with profession and detail. When he told me he would mark all the trees over 6, I thought he meant a ribbon on each tree. He marked each and every tree, with its species noted, on the survey. That impressed me! When Georgia Power needed additional pins placed, he came back and took care of it without question, or further charge. Phillip only tries to keep the survey in his words. Im not going to turn friends into enemies. Then after him coming to my property twice he advised me in a message that the adjacent neighbors was in agreement that no monuments nor stakes would be moved so come on now why have a survey done if youre professional ethics or completely out the window. I hope this review keeps just one person from making the same mistake as I did. Why you are talking about measuring positions. Lets talk just pretending there are stakes and monuments its hard to believe your a surveyor but it happens. What really made me find out what kind of person you are is when you told the lie that all of the neighbors agreed on the post not being moved. I asked the main one about it and she said you must have lost your mind. So people are starting to catch on with the game.
