I realize you are short staffed, but your bathrooms are disgusting. Toilet paper holders are broken, no fronts on them, soap dispensers are barely hanging on, the paper towel dispensers never have towels in them and all the bathrooms smell horrible from being so nasty dirty! It was this way before the pandemic and for being a grocery store it’s horrible.

I can understand short of staff and closing drive thru and changing hours but don’t understand not updating your website to this!!! I wasn’t the only one who went by your website and was waiting hour before you open of which we were told it been changed for month n website had not be updated-really how long can that take!! Seeing a sign on door as walking in an hour before doesn’t your help customer and I actually the door I walked in didn’t have a sign!!! Since I live 25 mins away n by time I get home would be tine to drive back so I had to sit in car an hour

Great store. Lots of variety, wide isles, well organized. Deli, nice wine selection, and hard goods are available, along with some Cincinnati favorites. Ample parking and good gas prices.

Da’sha needs to be fired or taken off a register and maybe just stock shelves. She obviously can’t handle a register when it’s busy, got rude with me because I was paying cash and not credit (not sure why) and when I asked what my amount was she mumbled it 3 times until she spoke up with an attitude, then barely handed my change back. Got even more rude when I asked her what her name was, wouldn’t tell me and stated it was on my receipt, when I asked where the manager was she responded “I don’t know somewhere up in the front you can go find them.”

Pretty great location. They have quite a bit to choose from and a gas place attached, as do most Krogers. My only complaint is their meat- its not cut the best and the chicken has a lot that needs trimming

Rude!! The workers need to be fired. We asked for chicken liver, they said they didn’t sell it- turned around and said “all they want it for is damn fishing.” Went and asked for a pound of shrimp. Same thing. What does it matter what we need it for ? We are buying it not you !! Will not be returning.

Due to the round trip distance involved (15 miles), I dont shop here often.But, I will make a list, and stop by every 6-8 weeks. Or, as I just remembered, if I forget something that I can only get at Kroger. LoL.Also, Kroger carries stuff that my other 2 main stores dont.Today, I was able to find everything on my list. Yay!I asked 3 different clerks for different items, and 2 were able to point me in the right direction (though, one required walking all the way back in the direction I had just came from. Le sigh.The other clerk confirmed that they didnt have a plastic recycling box.But, despite the online information saying this Kroger has a recycling box for plastic bags, they dont. :-( Thus,So, gotta wait for my next trip to Walmart.

I like this Kroger. If you download the app you can browse weekly ad online as well as create different types of grocery list. That will tell you exactly which aisle the product is on. You can also download Digital Coupons straight onto your Kroger card. And of course you know about the Ten Cent off gas

The store is nice and offers quite a bit of items that make it really unique. I have enjoyed shopping there although I have had some issues where I was told somebody would contact me to discuss but that is not happening. So I am writing this only as a notice I do not expect as with your previous example any response. Today I was shopping in your store in Milledgeville when I got to the checkout line Jimmy the bag boy asked me how I was doing. I was responded that I was perfect. At that point Jimmy said that only the “Lord” was perfect! Now I am a practicing Christian but I do not wear my faith on my sleeve nor do I discuss it in the check out line at Kroger. I was highly offended that Jimmy felt it was his job to correct my response and invoke the name of “The Lord”, I will get over it, but next time if he chooses to make a statement like that to me I will make myself known.

I used to love this kroger, then they had to redo the whole store and get rid of the employees. Just visited at 5pm and they had two cashiers and 2 lanes of self checkout open. The lines are always rediculous!!!

Horrible service in the deli. Regina and Betty has the worse customer service I have ever had in my life. I despise comping to the deli. Stood 5 minutes without a greeting as she prepared her own personal food, sandwich was sloppy and not prepared well. Asked to have a specific meet cut and was told it’s to their discretion to cut meat for subs. This is my second horrible experience at this deli.

First time for grocery pickup. Great job. Only thing better would have been if they had everything I ordered. No fault of theirs.

Big nice store with lots of items to choose from, great deals weekly which show in their weekly ads. Kroger Card saves you money on items and Gas prices as well. Large parking lot, plenty of parking, clean and staff is friendly. They have grocery pick-up as well with a certain area you pull into and wait for your groceries to be brought to your car and loaded for you.

Cashiers need to take attitude down a notch and stop acting like theyre in the school yard. Just a little more professionalism, please. Customer in front of me needed a price check and the cashier and bag lady fought over who was going to get, how, and whether to just throw it in the bag. Drama!!

Really, Kroger? This store has been great in the past, but has changed drastically. The past six(6) times I have been in has been a disaster. Ive counted as many as eight people standing by the self checkouts and only one cashier was available. The line for the cashier was a full ten people deep. After constantly changing the layout of the store, coupled with the inability to get people to open other lanes, this place is becoming unworthy of the money that you pay. Rapidly. It is truly hard to wrap my head around the fact of the decline in service. It is truly unprecedented. Do better. Do much better.

My favorite Kroger. We drive an hour to shop here. Always a wheelchair available. Fully stocked. Staff helpful. Fellow customers are cordial. Never felt scared; well lit. Layout easy to manuver. New things often. Love the super store.

Stop here on my way to work almost everyday. They keep the store really clean. Super fast check out. Highly recommended it. Oh and forgot to mention very fresh produce and meat.

This Kroger is one of the larger ones. The produce is normally fresh although tonight the grapes were very picked over. Even still I was able to find a pound of decent ones. Sale prices were good and Krogers ability to send personalized coupons is the best! I I barely buy groceries at Walmart anymore because of the savings from coupons and discounts on gas. This location has a gas station.

Not coupon friendly and the staff has no clue or regard for the fact that you have a valid coupon, they just give you eye rolls at customer service and then tell you sorry and pretend to be so busy. At least the younger girlCat tried to understand.

I picked up a rotisserie chicken on my way to checkout and noticed the bag had a whole in it, so I got another one and checked for holes. There were none. The zip lock looked sealed, however when I got home and lifted the bag chicken broth from the bag leaked through both bags getting on the car upholstery and all over my white pants. It would be nice for the customer if those bags were sealed adequately especially since there was a fly in the warming unit.

Meat dept had parmesan chicken and let me tell you! It is deliciousAll departments st this location never disappoint.

In the past I have been pleased with this store but when I went there yesterday and the Deli was entirely shutdown with all products removed. No explanation was given but it seems likely this was a food contamination problem. You may want to avoid buying fresh food from this location until management provides an adequate explanation for what happened

I found the people who worked here were very helpful. I had a lot of questions that employees didnt mind answering. The food is good quality and the prices arent terrible, especially if you have a card. It was clean, organized, and well stocked.

The store is always clean organized and always has attentive employees to help you in any area of the store. I have always had a great experience the prices are a little bit steep but via customer service for a grocery store is well worth it. I love that they have unique items to be able to try new things. The produce department is definitely something that is appealing to the eye

Its a Kroger store! What do you expect. It does have a Starbucks. Sunday afternoon shopping, busy workers restocking. As usual, with most stores baggers need to be trained. I watched a guy bag his own, you could tell he knew what he was doing, he bagged faster than the scanner could scan. And put cold items together, cans on bottom.. it was a real sight. Then I watched my box boy, he was to bust watching the girls go by...

I love shopping at Kroger in Milledgeville. They always having sales, the employees there are helpful and not trying to dodge you if you look like you need help and the store is spacious and always well stocked when I come. When I try to order essential online that is not showing up out of stock to pick up at the store, they never have it. It would be nice to put out of stock on those items as well when you dont have them.

This Kroger location always stays well stocked with any grocery items that I may need. They have a nice selection of fresh deli items and produce. The store management is very attentive to the needs of the customer at this location.

Check out is very stressful. We go for large grocery haul and have to wait up to half an hour to have a cashier check us out. There are way too many self check outs. Selections are good though.

Clean, unlined other stores. The produce is actually fresh as well as the meats and seafood. The employees are nice and helpful. A little more expensive, but well worth it.

I know for the people that use the online order and pick up its a great service. But for the people that actually shop in the store, its a pain in the rear. We were in the store on Saturday afternoon as one of the shoppers was filling her orders. Her cart took up most of the aisle, she was parked so that other customers couldnt get to the merchandise. Another customer was trying to let us get by, I thanked them and told them we were waiting to get to that section. The kroger shopper told us she would be there for a while. She made the comment that the aisles werent wide enough. She said, Im just doing my job! I told her that sounded like a Kroger problem! In my opinion, in store customers should take priority! Apparently Kroger doesnt feel the same way!

Could not find items since everything has been moved around. Go there twice a week.I will never go there again. Poor service

When I went to pay for groceries, the girl bagging the items was the sweetest girl. Her name was Savanna. She said, Have a great day! In the sweetest voice Ive heard.

Would leave less stars if I could. We called at 12:50am looking for pet aspirin for my dog that was hit by a car. The lady found it for us, and we said we were on the way, she never mentioned y’all closed in 10 minutes. We get there at 1am and the doors are locked. Another girl looked at me and mouthed we’re closed and walked away before i could even explain. Fix your hours on here if you’re not 24 hours.

I go every week need more cash register open but other than that it’s a good place

I usually have a great experience shopping at Kroger. The customer service there is usually exceptional. But I had the rudest, most vile cashier by the name of Ernestine. Her customer service is horrible and her attitude is disgusting. I would advise anyone shopping there to avoid her at all cost. You are better off at self check out.

Store has really gone down hill. Never enough check out lanes open and shelves not stocked. Was there 2 weeks ago on Saturday and there were only 2 checkout lanes open with 5 to 6 people lined up in each. (Only one side of the self checkout area was open).ON SATURDAY..RIDICULOUS. I am not using self checkout for $300 worth of groceries. Half the time I have to bag my own in the checkout line already. We dont have a lot of choice for shopping for groceriesbut it maybe worth driving to Ingles on 441 for better service.

For the most part its a nice store. Selection in certain areas is decent.The only detractors for myself are the prices and the distance to this store.The staff for the most part isnt very engaging, excluding the bakery section.

Went to get a sandwich at the deli but the customer service was horrible. They were more concerned about talking to each other than helping. Then seem irritated when I asked if they more bread choices than the three loafs they had on display. The lady sighed heavily and glanced under the counter and said no. How are you gonna sell sandwiches in a deli and only have three loafs of bread at 330 in the afternoon. Guess I’ll go to jersey mikes.

They have everything you could want food-wise, but not enough registers open. I dont mind self checkout when I have less than a buggy full. There were 4 to 5 people with full buggies at the 3 open registers. The sushi is very good.

The store has slipped from what I consider excellent in the years since opening but its still a good place to shop. On a positive, the sushi is outstanding!

We love Kroger and try to go at least once a month even if it is about 60 miles round trip. Their brand of smoked almonds are the best we have tried.

This Kroger has a sushi counter with fresh sushi and made to order rolls. The most reasonably priced sushi Ive found and the taste never disappoints.

Be careful going to this Kroger! They have the WORSE manager! She is RUDE, she has this TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, she got mad when approached because she was taken away from her phone that SHE SHOULDN’T have on her at work anyway, talks down to customers and rolls her eyes when you ask her anything! I had the absolute worse experience I have EVER had! Her name is AMBER! She shouldn’t be working with the with public if she can’t uphold the proper etiquette! There are plenty of other willing and kind people that could have that position..why on earth keep someone so horrid there just to ruin someone else’s day and this isn’t the first time this has happened when dealing with her!!!!

I love my Kroger. Some say it is a little pricey, but those are folks who dont really use there cards! Load you card up with coupons! this can be done on the phone or on line using IE. Kroger sends me Coupons by Mail for the stuff I PURCHASE! (Not for what they think i want) The Gas Points are Awesome!

Kroger is my go-to grocery store. The customer service is always top-notch and I get great coupons and deals through email. They also have certain promotions where you earn extra fuel points for purchases which really help with the cost of gas.

Very disappointed, my wife and I enjoy shopping late at nite, which make Kroger our store due to late hours you are open. We shopped to the tune of 432.00 dollars before discounts. What made our trip a horrible experience was the fact there was no checkout line and we had to ring all of those grocery items and bag them. The clerk tried to open a line but did not, stating he didnt have a till in the draw.Why be open to the public and not be able to service them, its like coming to the lake to fish just to find out they drained the lake.You can do better Kroger´s, we drove from Buckhead, Ga.
