Had the best service by Jason at AT&T!! He definitely needs a promotion!!!! He was absolutely AMAZING!! Great personality, very helpful!! I can honestly say I have never had such a good sales rep help me! Anyone should be extremely happy to have this man work them!!!!! THANK YOU JASON!!

Love AT&T service and Millington, TN store!!! I couldnt ask for better service at all, I hardly ever dont have signal wherever I travel to or what not!! As long as I can afford it, I will remain a loyal customer! They also have great options on phones, accessories, service plans, and payment plans!!! If you cant find something for you, its your own fault!! Also, if you might not be able to make your bill on time, all you have to do is call 611 and let them know what is going on, they will work with you as long as you have good history!! The benefits of being with AT&T are amazing as well!! Just wish I wasnt charged for adjusting some account things, but other then that I have no complaints!!! Thank you so much AT&T, literally yall are amazing!!!

I purchased several items from this store. After arriving home I discovered the items were not in the boxes. The sales person had given me empty boxes. My sales person contacted his manager Cory Bounds to contact me back. After 1 week I had to go back to the store because no one was calling me. Cory was not available again so I had to wait for the call. When Cory did call he stated he watched the video and the boxes were put in the bag. He then said he could not help what happened after I left the store. Yes Cory the boxes were put in my bag. They were empty boxes. Check your boxes when buying accessories from this store. I was given 2 out of 3 boxes with no contents. Cory refused to help and refused to give contact info for his boss. He said his manager would call me back in a few minutes. 2 hours later nothing. Poor customer service.

I also had a great encounter with the store manager Tiffany, she came over to ensure the transaction was great. I will definitely continue to use this store as my primary AT&T and recommend it to others. Great job !

I got to the store 30 minutes before closing hoping to be helped. Not only did the young lady help me but she also stayed pass closing to make sure that I had everything transferred to my new phone and I had no questions. Great customer service

The employee messed my phone up completely and tried to tell me that it wasnt 4g when it was and he put some numbers in my phone and instantly after he done that .It wouldnt work .and the whole reason he made my phone locked or whatever he did was to get me to buy a phone from them !!I didnt buy one from them I actually had another phone at home thank God . He tried to push u to buy there products and district ur phones up so watch out.

Last time I was at the store, they werent letting people inside. I just checked online and it says in store is an option. Since Ive been burned by COVID misinformation before, I called the store number that is listed online. But I didnt get connected to the store...No, I got routed to a national automated network. After pressing several keys, NO ANSWER. I just want to know if I will be wasting my time by driving in to town, or if I will be able to purchase a new phone today. This should not be this difficult. And if you are posting a local stores phone number, how about having it ring At The Store?

Worst customer service ever. Super Rude Employees including the “Manager”. After 30 minutes of waiting for help, one employee asked what I needed and said ok, give her just a second and never returned. 15 minutes later, The next person was supposedly the manager, he is the rudest arrogant person there. Will never do business in the Millington Location again for my Business or personal account.

My time with this company has been terrible.... they have repeatedly messed up on my bill over the years and and we will have to argue each month to get the problem fixed that was supposedly fix the month prior. This year has brought a whole new form of crazy to the game though.... I had spoken with a rep a few months ago and she offered me the internet and cable package, but I declined. Come to find out the rep edited my account without my consent and charged me for it the next month anyway. Well I called and argued with them to have it taken off only to be told I am sorry. We do not offer that original plan anymore. I kept arguing and they finally fixed it, or so I thought. Then today I found out my bill is supposed to be $115 and some change, but no, it is $143!! I call at&t and argue on the phone with multiple Representatives, that state the only thing they can do to fix this is give me a plan that is $10 less at $133 per month and they will not credit me the $10 difference for this month. So, I am basically being chastised for some unethical representative that edited my account and added to my bill without my consent and apparently theres nothing they can do about it... Supposedly, they are going to have a manager call me back as soon as they can, but we all know how that really goes.... As soon as my cell phone that is financed through them is paid off Im leaving and Im done. I also let the representative that I was talking to know that I wont pay the extra $10 and if they want they can discuss it with me in court. I understand that it seems unreasonable to argue about $10, but it is the principle of the matter. I honestly am floored that they have an A+ rating on the BBB with how many negative comments Ive seen on its page, alone... Working with AT&T goes about as well as arguing with the IRS, you dont get anywhere, you still get screwed, and any complaints you have fall on deaf ears...

Im so glad they were able to sign me up for DirecTV. I was already planning on getting, but had an issue with the order through customer service and was told to go in store. They were very professional and had me walking out with it working on my phone and everything! It was awesome! Learned tons of features I had no clue about. Highly recommend.

If you want to get shafted while buying a phone, then go here. They dont tell you about all the hidden fees attached when you sign up for service. You leave thinking you just got a deal until a month later when the bill comes in with an added 60$ a month fee!

People at AT&T are obviously berry trained skilled and they usually can answer any question you throw at them within reason and all the mainstream and popular info they eather no or have someone at evry store who will no unless its a super rair complex thing then they have called a specialist on the phone directly and on the spot while I was there so these guys are a 11 out of 10 overachiever bunch of people Im AT&T for life

I actually dont hate it but I only wanted to give it one star because most of the people there are rude there are some very awesome employees there but if you dont get one of. The like 3 awesome employees you get stuck with the rude ones who refuse to help you unless you are planning on spending 700+ on that visit

Very professional employees. I have used AT&T for upwards of 20 years. Although they are expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. Always ask about deals when you go. If they can cut you a deal, they will.

Due to the employee we dealt with inability to properly process our request, our business lost out on a little over 8h of phone service. He couldnt or wouldnt complete the update process and it took a customer to email us and report the phone wasnt working.Horrible!!

Jodi did a great job helping today. My first visit about 6 min before with someone else I wont mention his name, resulted in no help! Didnt even touch my phone. He gave me the sales pitch about a new phone and changing to ATT internet.Jodi took my phone and workd on it for a good 30 minutes and fixed my problems!!! Great service from Jodi in Millington!! Only reason I gave a 4 star was because of the terrible service my first stop.

I waited over 1 hour for a new Sim card, which when she got to it took her less than 5 minutes. During the last 30 minutes of my wait I observed 2 representatives, including the lady that finally helped me, doing absolutely nothing. Also a third lady that was checking people in, did nothing allot, except help her friends when they came in. Very poor management of employee time. There were 3 of us waiting for Sim cards. Very disappointed! I even watched a Lady and daughter come in way after me to get her daughter a case, she was helped by the lady that helped me right away, then, because they were able to up sell her other things including a new phone, she passed them off to another representative. They were still there after I left. I certainly hope you see my frustration and it makes me want to change carriers. I have been with AT&T for over 25 years and it just keeps getting worse.

The absolute worst at&t store you could go to. The sales people are rude and The manger / GOD named Don is as friendly as the Taliban. You are right there at Walmart. Go to them and get your phones and supplies. They have everything the store has and more. I finally got the service I needed on the phone from 611 service. I wouldnt wish this store on Bin Laden.
