We worked primarily with Patrick but did have someone else assist before he came in. The staff was courteous and very helpful, even telling us about a discount we didnt know existed! They dont go overboard on selling accessories eithet, which I appreciated. Great place!

Shelby went above and beyond to help find the best solution for getting a new phone and accessories after mine was stolen, all with such a positive attitude! Her genuine care for me as a customer, despite extra regulations due to Covid and my unanticipated need for a phone in the middle of the afternoon, really turned my day around. It is people like this that make it easy to do business with.

So let’s see, right now I have been waiting for 2 plus hours. There is one person at the store just like there was one on Wednesday when I came in to just get my two phones. There is a group who is literally syncing three iPhones and updating to the new software. As well as another group unpairing and pairing their new watches. Your Verizon employee literally is so flustered that she has scratched herself to the point of bleeding. She has called two Verizon individuals to come help and no help has came for as long as I have been sitting. Guess this is how Verizon operates.

Shelby was amazing. Very knowledge able about the phones and set me up pretty quickly. I was able to get a new phone and everything swapped over from the old phone within 45 minutes. Which is pretty fast at a wireless store.

Absolutely love the store the staff. The manager amber is the best always helping with any issue I have ever had and went over and beyond when I got my nephew a tablet helping me back up all his stuff so we didnt lose anything.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life!!The workers were rude unprofessional and rude. They wanted me to log in with a phone scan when my phone was dead. They made me wait in my car for over 45 minutes. They took another customer before me. They werent friendly at all. I received the best help at the Verizon store on Stage from Josh. He was awesome!! Do not go to Millington Verizon!!!

Although sometimes this store can be very busy, the staff in there is wonderful. Every time I’ve went in with any question, concern/ or issue they are there to help. The only thing I’d like to recommend is possibly bringing someone in part time to help with the busier times. Other than that I have zero complaints about this store. Very friendly, it’s clean, welcoming and you feel like your apart of their family when you walk in!!!

We went in yesterday to inquire about getting new service There was only one person working and upon our arrival, she was with another customer. She interacted with us as she could and we remained patient. We wound up being in the store for a total of 6 hours waiting on new phones! This may seem crazy to some of you, but had it not been for your amazing employee, we would have left and went elsewhere. Danita Parr is the epitome of customer service. While we were there, the internet kept coming and going. She remained delightfully pleasant, even as several customers left because of the wait time. Your store closes at 6 and Danita stayed with us until nearly 8 to transfer content from our phones, one which was being extremely difficult. This is the absolute best customer service I have encountered in my life. Danita deserves recognition for OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!

Only go here if you plan on paying more for a new line of service, or a new device. They charge a $20 nonsense fee to help you set the device up(even if they are activating your own device), and a $10 SIM fee, neither of which the Verizon store charge. Total ripoff.Edit: Based on the response below - they arent contesting my comment, they want to fix it for me. My words stand, they will charge you a $20 fee to setup your device(fee is called Set up and go - look it up), in which at the time, for me personally, I was told it was an activation fee. The $10 SIM charge also exists. NEITHER OF THESE EXIST IF YOU GO TO A VERIZON STORE. If you want to not pay more, dont go to this reseller. Yes, they sell the same service, they just nickle and dime you to make more money.

Rude, inconsiderate. Travel to Brighton if need assistance. Person travis sitting at desk said contact customer support or go elsewhere, not my prob said he doesnt rep Verizon and cannot help. He never looked up from two flip phones.I Drove to Brighton - polite, professional, courteous,knowledgable. Took Brighton only 10 minutes to resolve the issue w voicemail etc (update prob w samsung) - the man in Millington never looked up from his two flip phones - note to travis - pic in trash can be retrieve for 30 days

Ordered my phone on Saturday, they stated it would be here Tuesday. Went to the store Tuesday & my phone wasnt there! Which was fine she told me to check the tracking to see when the phone would be delivered, it said it was delivered today which is 3/7/18 I went to the store the lady didnt even move she just said it wasnt there I even called customer service & they said it was there this is how you lose customers I have no phone to use & I was really hoping my phone came when they said! I will be handling my business in another store and not this one!!

This Verizon authorized retailer was very friendly and attenative to my needs. Although I am not happy with verizons shady practices such as the 65 dollar plan is really 85 if you want to have a smart phone due to a 20 fee for a smart phone. But this branch is definitely one of the exceptional ones to visit if you do have to go to a Verizon store.

They Won’t warranty a phone because the charging port it to loose which I’ve never used the charging port cause I have a wireless charger. Made a relative of mine buy an accessory before being able to upgrade there phone I’ve never gotten a good phone from these guys and have always had bad coustomer service. Except for one lady that’s no longer there. With all this being said it’s $400 either way it goes to fix my phone ungrade my phone or get rid of there service. I hope they dont Rip any body else off like me these companies now a days are only out to get your money and not give good quality products

Very few choices for pre paid phones (2 to be exact). Took about 45 minutes to purchase a prepaid phone (should have been about 10), and then there were no cases for said phone. Lady told me shed have it for me by Monday from another store. Showed up and she forgot to get the case. Drove to the other store and got it myself.

Had troubles with my wifes phone. Talked to tech support several times and not foxed.Finally got tired of the problem still bring there so I took it to the Millington location where Eric was able to get me to someone who could reset her phone and informing me that it was covered under the manufacturer warranty. So if this happens again to call back and a replacement handset would be availableThank you Verizon

I used to use Amazon to buy my phones since it was less expensive. Now I find the same deals if not better through the store and Verizon. Plus it is nice to speak to someone in person and having the phones in hand to help choose.

My husband and I went in to get me transferred onto his plan and ask about home WiFi. We were misled MULTIPLE times by the salesman James. Primarily about the WiFi and streaming limits of the jet pack. It resulted in us discovering all of these mis-representations after the 14-day return deadline. When my husband went in to try to get it resolved, James still tried to up sell him to the upper limit, knowing it still wouldn’t meet our needs. I had to call Verizon Corporate customer service and explain to them my experience and they fixed EVERYTHING in a 20 minute phone call. They advised AGAINST VICTRA/authorized retailer locations. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS. awful experience and will never go back. James is the worst salesman I have met in a long time and I would steer clear! Been with Verizon since 2008 and would recommend their true Verizon locations.

Do not go to this location. Take the time to visit an actual Verizon store. This place is a third part dealer. The employees are rude, slow, and generally do not know what they are doing. My husband and I have given this place several chances, each experience was worse than the last. I will never set foot in this place again.

This place is a joke. I talked with Verizon Support, I was told I could go into any Verizon Wireless and get a free sim card. I was also told that if I had an unlocked phone I could use it with Verizon. Today I went into this location, they wanted to charge me $25 for a new sim card. Thet said at first yes i could use the phone I had was going to unlock it. When they discovered it wasnt an iPhone all of a sudden they couldnt use my phone and unlocking was illegal. I am not sure where they got their information from but its not illegal to unlock a phone. I recommend people go straight to Verizon on Germantown Parkway and not mess with these small franchises.
