Miss Ruby was the first and only place I shopped for wedding dresses. From the minute I walked in to the time I left, my friends and family and I were so happy with the overall experience! Everyone was so nice especially, Gabriella and Hannah! Both of these girls were great! They were so helpful and made it so easy for me to find my dress. I told them exactly what I was looking for but was open to everything. They made me feel so comfortable. I fell in love with the first dress that I tried on but tried other dresses as well. Once I put the first dress back on, I knew instantly it was the one. Although I had another appointment in the afternoon, Hannah and Gabriella didn’t pressure me in any way! I knew I wasn’t going to find anything better! They gave me some time to celebrate and enjoy the dress with my friends and family. Everything about Miss Ruby was great and I highly recommend!!!

I had the best day looking for and ultimately purchasing my dream dress at Miss Ruby’s yesterday. Cassie was fantastic to work with and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Unlike some of the other shops I went to first, I didn’t feel rushed at all, and the appointment was long enough for an indecisive person like me to be able to pull the trigger on the same day I tried on the dress for the first time. Theres no way I can find all the right words to praise Hannah at Miss Ruby enough!!! (She needs a raise). She was so patient, she very quickly got to know my personality and my likes/dislikes. She really understood me and offered helpful tips, advice, and ideas. She took the time to ask me how I felt about each dress before showing my family and that turned out to be extremely helpful. This was the first bridal shop I had ever been to and after trying on a dozen or more dresses it turned out that I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on. This made me a bit hesitant to purchase it and Hannah completely understood my reservations and never rushed me or pushed me in any direction. She knew I needed to try more shops before I could confidently decide. When I went back 2 days later to get that very first dress she said I totally understood what you needed to do... but I knew Id see you again real soon :) By the end of everything we celebrated together with Hannah and she felt like she should be coming to the wedding! It was nothing short of a perfect experience for me, as well as my friends and family. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I bought my dress today at Miss Rubys Boutique and I am absolutely in love 😍. Not only is my dress amazing, but the entire experience was everything I could have asked for. My consultant Hannah went above and beyond to make me sure I was comfortable, having fun, and that everyone felt included. She was outstanding 👏. Dont waste your time with this place. First of all, the location of this place is strange. Youll have to navigate a maze throughout the building just to get to the store. Once youre there, they lie and tell you their dresses are custom made to your measurements. Lies. They measure you and try to align your measurements with their sizing charts. If you get lucky, the person assisting you with your fitting might measure you accurately. In my case, I ended up with a dress more than one size too big. By the way, they sell you the dress as is so when they suggest the wrong size youre stuck with it. They dont pay for alterations or order you a new one. Youll talk to one representative and theyll say they order based on your hips and others will say its based on your bust because those dont change. My dress doesnt fit at all and I havent changed weight or sizes in all my other clothes. Dont just take me word for it, heres pictures. Do you think this dress is a good fit?

Miss Ruby made dress shopping and buying easy for me! I was dress shopping in the thick of the pandemic and took advantage of their at-home try-on experience. I ended up choosing a dress during my at-home try-on and then scheduled follow-up appointments to finalize the next steps. Everyone I worked with at the store was so kind and bubbly!

When I started shopping around for Bridesmaid’s dresses, I needed to find collections that included Junior Bridesmaid sizes (which aren’t easy to find). I was hoping to find options that were elegant, flattering for all body types, and affordable too. Miss Ruby’s did not disappoint! I needed a specific color, and I was able to get exactly what I needed, even for my Junior Bridesmaid. I had such a great experience at Miss Ruby’s! Steph was the perfect person to help me find my dress. She was so friendly and personable that the initial pre-wedding dress jitters melted away almost instantly. I found my dress in no time and Stephanie even got creative with making straps to help me envision myself on the big day wearing it. Lauren at Miss Ruby truly made picking out my dress so easy and so much fun! They were super accommodating, on time, so friendly, and really knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. I worked with Regan and she was so helpful! Finding the dress can be stressful, but she was patient and helped me find my favorite style dresses even though I didn’t find the one. I worked with one of their preferred seamstresses to figure something out and found out everything Miss Ruby promised was a lie.If you want your dream dress, please take your business elsewhere. Seems like the ladies here are out for one thing - commission - and will drop you right after your order clears.

I can’t say enough nice things about this boutique! We called them last minute after my sister didn’t like her original dress from a different place and they got us in that day. I had an amazing experience at this bridal salon. This was our first visit of the day and it was quite honestly the best. Walked in with 3 of my bridesmaids and all 4 of us were treated great. Our consultant, Megan, was so understanding as this was my first appointment ever. She really took the time to understand my style and involved my party in all dress opinions. We ended up leaving with a favourite, but not a decision and proceeded to 2 other appointments - neither of them as great as the first. Not only did I keep coming back to the dress I eventually said yes to, but the experience is really what had me saying yes. I cant wait to receive my dress in May and go from there!

Miss Ruby was the first bridal shop I visited during my dress hunt. I had a private appointment after store hours and it was such a great experience! I got to try on roughly 20-30 dresses, had some champagne/ horderves, and got to really figure out what I was looking for! The dresses are beautiful and the two Hannah’s helping me were so nice, relatable and made me feel so comfortable. Needless to say I had a blast! Although I didn’t end up finding “the one” there, I would recommend this boutique be added on every brides list!!

Their caring, stylish and affectionate stylists will leave you speechless! When I scheduled my bridal appointment I had already been to 5 other salons and they by far had the best customer service. They also had the most stylish and modern dresses in a wide range of prices. I had a specific style in mind and they were the only salon that had erases I loved and also encouraged me to buy what I love for me not what others think. They really keep the focus on the bride! I scheduled a second appointment to find a belt/sash and their stylist helped me to realized that I actually didn’t want to spend even more to get a belt and loved my dress as is. I got my wedding dress at Miss Ruby with help from Glo and had an AMAZING experience! Glo was determined to get me exactly what I was looking for and tirelessly pulled options for me to try based off what I was gravitating towards. She could tell I was getting discouraged halfway through the appointment, and was my hype woman when I needed it. Appreciate her going above and beyond for finding me the perfect dress!

I would not trust Miss Ruby when purchasing a wedding dress. After my appointment, I realized that I left a necklace of value in my fitting room. I immediately e-mailed and called Miss Ruby to see if they had it and two employees responded saying that they did have it and that I could come pick it up. A few days later, Miss Ruby closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, which is completely understandable. Miss Ruby re-opened a few weeks after, so I called to see if I could stop in and get my necklace. That’s when I was told that they no longer had it and that it had been either thrown away or misplaced. They offered no consolation for my necklace that they had lost. It was a huge disappointment. For this reason, I would not trust them with something as important as a wedding dress.

I really liked Miss Rubys! Unfortunately, the dresses were way way above my budget, even though I went specifically on the day of the flash sale for my appointment. However, they are beautiful and high quality.The staff is fantastic -- my stylist was Hannah, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She asked me my budget and the styles I was looking at, told me to look around, and found some dresses herself based off of what I told her.I did find a dress I liked here, but I told her that there was another dress I was looking at that I fell in love with at another store. After I told her that, she kept telling me that shed be more than willing to continue and would love to help me be a Miss Rubys bride, but that she had been working in the industry long enough to know when a bride has found her dress and it sounded like I had found mine at another store.I was taken aback by her kindness and surprised at how NOT pushy she was. It was such a nice change of pace!Even though I didnt end up getting my dress from Miss Rubys, I will absolutely without a doubt be considering them for accessories and bridesmaids dresses because of the great customer service experience I had. I was thrilled with my bridal gown experience at Miss Ruby! The space is absolutely lovely, and the selection of dresses is ideal. Each designer brought something different to the table. Every gown was such beautiful, unique quality.The stylist I worked with was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She got what I was looking for right away and honestly everything she picked out for me to try on was gorgeous. In about an hour I had found my wedding dress!About finding the boutique: I would recommend planning a few extra minutes for parking and then getting to the boutique. Its on the second floor of a post-industrial renovated building with great direction signage, but it does take a minute to go up a floor and then through the hallways.

Working with Miss Ruby has been a dream! I bought my dress from them in September, and they were so helpful in the whole process. I had an instant connection with the staff, and I truly feel that they care about each bride that walks in!Recently, I ordered a cover for my dress through them, and they have been just as helpful as they were when I tried on my dress! Even though they are doing everything virtually during the COVID-19 outbreak, they have been helpful and supportive. I cant recommend them enough!

Phenomenal! Miss Ruby has been extremely helpful from the second I picked up the phone to make my initial appointment. I live in Oshkosh, WI and decided to make the trip to this adorable boutique in Milwaukee, WI because my sister-in-law purchased her wedding dress there. I enjoyed that experience so much that I wanted to give Miss Ruby a try when it was time to find my wedding dress. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy and we hit it off immediately! He is fun, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Due to my indecision, Jimmy recommended I try on different bridal gown styles (a-line, ballgown, etc.) along with those that fit the description of what I thought I liked. After listening to what I liked and didnt like about certain dresses, Jimmy picked out the dress of my dreams, and I did not want to take it off! He then picked out the perfect veil and accessories. I cannot praise Jimmy enough for having me try on several different styles, because in the end, it reassured me that my dress was the one and only dress for me! I found other bridal places to be pushy and impersonal, this is not the case with Miss Ruby. Ever since I said yes to the dress, Miss Ruby has kept in touch with me to see if I had questions and to keep me updated about the arrival of my dress. Their 10% discount on bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom dresses is also a nice bonus. Jimmy helped me find a bridesmaid dress that complimented my dress and in the color I wanted too. He then mailed swatches of my dress as well as the bridesmaid dress to me in a timely manner. The list goes on! I could not be happier with my experience at Miss Ruby, it has been one of my favorite parts of planning my wedding. Go to Miss Ruby, you will truly be taken care of during one of the most important times in your life!

I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience was here picking out my girls bridesmaids dresses and my moms dress for my wedding. After having a really horrible experience somewhere else looking for bridesmaids dresses, I called Miss Rubys a couple days before and explained what happened and just asked if they could be sensitive to certain topics during the appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was so empathetic and kind, and said he would make notes so the stylist for my appointment would be aware of this. Our stylist was great. She let us pull dresses we wanted, but also offered her thoughts and ideas which was really helpful. She sized all my girls and was sensitive to differences between them. It was a great experience.When I went to go look for a dress with my mom, yet again we had a great experience. We had enough freedom to try different dresses we wanted my mom to, but also were given suggestions and ideas that we never would have though of- and my mom bought one of those! Again great when talking about sizes. Her dress needs minimal alterations in areas like hem that couldnt be changed by ordering a new size.Pick up of dresses was easy and simple. Thanks for such a great experience!

Hannah and the staff at Miss Ruby were absolutely wonderful! I tried on multiple wedding dresses (multiple times) and numerous accessories and ultimately settled on a beautiful veil that I could customize the ribbon trim thickness. It turned out gorgeous!

Erin was an absolutely phenomenal stylist when I was looking for my wedding dress! She didnt just what I wanted in a dress, but asked about my wedding as a whole. She did a great job of involving the girls that were shopping with me which meant a lot. She never pressured me to make a decision without being certain. I ended up saying yes to my dream dress!The boutique is a bit difficult to find in the building (thank goodness for the signs on the way!), but worth the maze to get there!

The experience of trying on my dress was just fine at Miss Ruby’s, however they ordered a dress so big for me we’ve had problems getting it taken in because of the amount of extra material. I told them the size they wanted to order was way too large but they said they had to order off my hips, being my largest area. Well when the dress came in months later it was 6 inches too big on the hips, the area they ordered for! Imagine how large it was on my waist and chest when those are smaller. Complete disappointment and has made the process extremely stressful and not something you want to deal with for your wedding when there’s plenty else to be stressed about. Your wedding dress is something you should feel joy about.

I just got married this past weekend. I purchased my dress, veil, and jewelry from Miss Ruby. My experience shopping there was absolutely wonderful and I felt so gorgeous on my big day. We had a 2:30 appointment and were not taken care of until I went up to the reception desk and asked. I stood there for minute and no one even cared to look or ask me if I needed anything. Granted, it was a busy day. I get it, but not even a simple “someone will be right with you.” This one lady with curly hair didn’t even look at me while she was typing some stuff down and she was the one directly in front of me. Super disrespectful. I don’t care what she was doing. So rude! Anyways, a really nice lady, Kylie, finally came and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that it was 2:50 and my appointment was 2:30. Right away she took us and apologized for the wait. She definitely changed the day for us and made it a lot better! Definitely recommend her as a stylist. She’s the best! Although I didn’t say yes here, it’s a cute boutique nevertheless. Only wish some of the staff were more attentive and acknowledged me.

I had the best experience at Miss Ruby! Meredith was my stylist and she was so bubbly and excited that all my nerves went out the window as soon as I met her. She really listened to what I was looking for and picked out excellent choices to try on. You also get to browse the store and pick out choices as well. After every dress I tried on she had me talk out loud on how I felt in it and what I liked or didn’t like. As silly as that sounds, it really helped me decide on what I didn’t want and made it so much easier to pick THE dress. I actually had another appointment after this and I knew I didn’t want to try on any more dresses and just had to say YES! to my dress! We had a champagne toast after and then went over alterations. They made sure that any slight change I wanted to be done to the dress could actually be done before the final purchase (which they could!). I would absolutely recommend this place and will be telling all my friends to check this place out! Thanks for making all my wedding dreams come true!

I want to preface this review by saying that I enjoyed the experience of picking out my dress at Miss Ruby - so much so that I purchased my dress through them. However, when my dress came in, my excitement quickly turned to stress because my dress was so tight that I could barely breathe. We asked the staff to show us my measurements that were taken at ordering and the designers size chart, to which they only pulled out my measurements and would not show us the size chart. They claimed that they ordered the size they did because my bust and hips measured under the sizing chart, and my waist measured at the exact measurement. The manager themself told me that if they were the one to take my measurements that day, they would have ordered the next size up, due to the structure and boning of the dress, and allowing for incidentals. That made me feel worse and proved to me that their staff was not well trained. I then asked them what could be done, to which they said they would keep the dress and send the seam allowance and my dress details to one of their own trusted seamstresses and report back if something could be done. I agreed and asked them to CC me on the email communication with that seamstress, which they did not. Over the next 24 hours I waited for the manager to respond back to me, while also calling around to the designers other trusted boutiques in my area that carried my dress. I asked for their unbiased opinions and they all stated that the boutique was at fault and the dress should have been sized up due to the style of dress. The manager of Miss Ruby finally got back to me the next evening (at her convenience) and stated that their trusted seamstress could help me take out the dress. By that time I already had scheduled an appointment with another boutiques in-house seamstress, who was more than happy to help me, despite not ordering the dress through them. Its clear to me that the staff at Miss Ruby are not being properly trained on measuring (you can see that by reading through other reviews below, as well). The contract you sign at purchasing states that you have agreed to the measurements ordered and that the boutique is basically not at fault, should there be any issues once the dress comes in. The problem with that is that I trusted the stylists at Miss Ruby to take the correct measurements and know my dress so well that they would order the right size. I am not an expert in wedding dress sizing (like they should be), so when the stylists said I should order the size they recommended, I ordered it. There was no push back or fight on my end to get a smaller size - I simply took them on their word. Despite the fact that they helped me find the right dress, theyve made the next few months before my wedding absolutely dreadful. Because of their lack of training and remorse, I will be spending the next few months worrying over alterations and dieting which are completely unnecessary stresses for brides - particularly for a petite bride like myself who does not have much they can loose. I can see that other reviews have been responded to with a manager will be in touch. Now I dont know if thats true for those other reviews and if they truly were contacted, but please do not bother with me. I have already spoken with said manager and found them to be extremely unhelpful. For an organization that prides themselves on empowering women and helping brides find the perfect dress, youve truly ruined the experience for me.

Highly recommend this place! They opened up their shop early to accommodate my bridesmaid coming from out of town. They gave us undivided attention and helped me make sure I could get my unique color. They even gave me information for out of town bridesmaids to look at the styles in person. They called me a few days after the appointment to check on me. Beautiful store and great customer service! Made my job as a bride very easy and fun.

Miss Ruby is the best bridal boutique in the area! I discovered the boutique when my sister-in-law brought us there for bridesmaid dresses. I ended up returning for my own wedding and had the most enjoyable and easiest experience out of all the boutiques we visited. Every single person we worked with was warm and welcoming and seemed just as excited as we were! They also have, in my opinion, the best selection of wedding, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses. They also carry amazing accessories by local artists (at a reasonable price!). I loved being able to support all these local businesses in one boutique!

My experience at Miss Ruby was better than I could even have hoped for! Jimmy helped me find the perfect dress by taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and showing me several different options, which fit my vision. He was also patient when I was feeling indecisive or unsure and knew exactly what to say to reassure me of my dress decision. Since purchasing my dress, he has answered every question along the way and made himself available to help with bridesmaid dresses and my moms dress whenever it was needed as well. His customer service skills are top notch. Plus, he makes every appointment fun too! Im so grateful to Jimmy Miss Ruby for such a wonderful bridal gown shopping experience!

Miss Ruby has been the first place to shop for both of our daughters dresses. Its a small but well defined collection of the most current styles. Erin, the owner is extremely personable and easy to work with. They are not at all pushy and patient while the bride tries on numerous dresses. Her shop is very welcoming and accommodating to our daughters special requests. Milwaukee is very luck to have such a shop. We traveled about 2 hours to say yes to the dress!! Thank you Erin.

This place was everything I ever wanted while searching for my wedding dress. Jimmy was amazing and actually picked out my dream dress for me. The lighting in your store is very very poor! Ive been to 6 different boutique dress shops and the experience at yours was probably the worst I had. Your staff was just as dull as the lighting. The overall vibe of the store is very hodge podge. When I tried the dress on and stood on the pedestal, the mirror was not large enough to see my entire body in. Half my height was cut off. I just dont feel like it was an optimal environment to buy a dress. Most importantly, the lighting was awful! Please please fix this for future brides. I could not get a good idea of what the dress looked like in pictures and in person. Drastic shadows do not flatter anyone or give an accurate representation of the dress.The store is VERY confusing to get to. I feel like it was a maze, and a chore just to get to your location.Word of advice - don’t waste your time shopping hhere.

I went to a handful of boutiques, but ultimately came back to Miss Ruby. My group definitely had the best experience here. The staff was so enjoyable to work with and the store itself is super pretty. Though the selection isnt as large as some of the other stores, I found multiple dresses I loved here. When you pick your dress, your group can celebrate with champagne. Its a great experience overall and Im so glad we went back.

This was my first appointment anywhere for finding a wedding dress, and I dont make decisions very easily, so I was very happy that I found a beautiful dress at Miss Rubys. My consultant, Sara, was sweet and listened well to what I liked and disliked about the dresses I was trying on. They let me and my bridesmaids browse through the dresses that they had so we could pick a few on our own to start with. I think they have a good selection without it being overwhelming.Sara let me know what kinds of options I could take advantage of to customize my look (such as having the sleeves altered later and adding some sparkle with a belt). I didnt feel pressured to like anything that I didnt actually like, and I left the shop feeling like I had found a dress that was really me.I felt bad about coming in to my appointment late (due to a wrong turn and then a train crossing the road), but the staff was understanding. And I believe I was in the shop longer than my 90 min. appointment slot, but no one ever said anything or tried to push me out (but I hope I wasnt too much trouble for them!). So, I wouldnt suggest coming late or overstaying your welcome, but they are very forgiving and understanding if circumstances mess with the schedule.I wont pick up my dress for a few months still, but I have high hopes!

I had the best experience at Miss Ruby! Jimmy my stylist was amazing! He really made my dress shopping easy and fun. He never pressured me to try anything I didnt like and gave me great suggestions and feedback. After trying on about 7 dresses it was clear to both him and I the winning dress! I couldnt have had a better experience buying a wedding dress and cant say enough good things about Jimmy. Miss Ruby Boutique itself was so darn cute. It was modern, clean and made looking at wedding dresses easy. I highly recommend making an appointment to look at dresses. Thanks so much!!

I went into Miss Ruby with my mom and sisters. We worked with Sara who was very personable and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. Although my sister didnt find her dress there, we loved the selection and the overall experience. The store is beautiful and really focuses on the small details to make it stand out.The only draw back about this store is that the store is difficult to find. Once my family found street parking (which was difficult) we had to navigate our way through the entire building (it felt like).

I have never written a review before, but felt very frustrated with my experience with Miss Rubys. On the one hand, they have beautiful dresses and they are very helpful and good at picking out styles that fit what you are looking for in both bridal and bridesmaid dresses. The employees that I worked with have all been accommodating and positive. The bad, and it is turning out to be very inconvenient, is that nearly every single one of my bridesmaids have been measured very incorrectly and we have received all of their dresses in sizes WAY too big. Its not the standard need to alter the length or take it in a little bit, I am talking 4-6 sizes too big. I just dont understand how it could be so far off. We dont have a lot of time before the wedding and now we are having to deal with a lot of alterations that are increasingly becoming more expensive because of how big the dresses are. I am so disappointed because everyone was in love with their dress and experience until actually receiving the dresses and now it is a big inconvenience and everyone is disappointed with their dress. Its unfortunate because up until this we really loved Miss Rubys! If you are looking to go here, please double and triple check what size they are determining. You may be better off going smaller than they estimate if anything.

Super nice staff, I worked with Hannah for my wedding dress and again when looking for bridesmaid dresses. Really nice modern feel to the store and a good selection of dresses without breaking the bank. So far I have been super happy with every experience Ive had!

My best friend and I were just at Miss Rubys trying on bridesmaids dresses. The selection is great for bridesmaids dresses and this boutique is gorgeous!!! And the lovely Ms. Meredith was oh so kind, helpful, and cheerful! What a great experience!

Had the LEGIT best experience finding my bridal gown today at Miss Rubys! All of the girls were fabulous but a special shoutout to Meredith and Grace. We laughed, we cried, and we had the best time! So thankful that these ladies made this day so special and wonderful for me! Ill never forget it!

I went 4 years ago when i was getting married and had so much fun! Went back for a friends bridal shopping and they have moved to a larger spot and they have gotten better with age. Larger selection great service and just overall lovely shop.

I loved getting my dress from a female-owned, local boutique. Erin made the experience enjoyable, special, and personal. I never felt pressured to buy like at other stores and I never felt like she was trying to churn me out like other stores. There were modern, simple, and traditional styles available. Im so grateful someone recommended Miss Rubys.

This place was incredibly hard to find !!!!! A man on the street had to point us in the right direction because the sign for this place was so very small !!!!! Plus walk a mile through a old rotten building, taking a elevator up to where they were located. Huge let down !!!!!! Dresses where not impressive at all !!!!!! The Girl that helped my Daughter seemed very fake and over powering, asking her what her price range was, and what she wanted in her Wedding dress as to if she wanted a lot of bling, plain, form fitted etc.....My Daughter found another dress at another Bridal Shop. Nothing at Miss Ruby’s compared to it !!!! This girl at Miss Ruby’s knew she had her heart set on another dress, but helped my Daughter try on a few dresses. Nothing popped. She suggested we go back to the place where she found her dream dress. Didn’t walk us out, say anything other then goodbye, went in the back room and shut the door !!! Extremely rude and unprofessional !!!!! Never would I recommend this place !!!!!!!!!!😡

I went to Miss Ruby to look at wedding dresses. My consultant was extremely sweet and helpful. I explained what style I wanted and she chose some very beautiful dresses. I finally decided on a simple, but gorgeous dress for my special day. It was a fun, exciting experience and I am so glad I chose Miss Ruby!

This little boutique provides the most personalized wedding experiences. Sarah was awesome and spent time getting to know us rather than just bring dresses! Found all of my bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress there. They have great recommendations and really provide a unique shopping experience. Definitely worth it!

I went to Miss Ruby for my bridesmaids dresses. The first time we went we had an alright experience with our consultant and decided on Bari Jay dresses..after the next time we went we found out that the first consultant didn’t give us accurate information on the dress options..she didn’t seem very knowledgeable in that designer though she claimed to be a manager. The second time we went we had Kylie. We couldn’t have asked for a better consultant than her. She was soooo patient (let me remind you, I have 10 very opinionated bridesmaids) and she did everything we asked, she went above and was very knowledgeable in my designer of choice. We went to the store 5 different times (4 of which were with Kylie) for people to get measured, try on and pick out dresses and everyone loved her!! I would highly recommend Kylie to any brides or bridesmaids!!

After having everything else related to the wedding being so super hard... it was a blessing it was to end up at Miss Rubys for my girls dresses. Very helpful and pleasant experience. And the price was right! I only wish I would had bought my wedding dress there too.

Bought both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dress here. Great staff that really listen and care about your big day. They are also really great about communicating with you about anything concerning your dresses. I loved it. I recommend highly.

Nice staff!! But didnt seem to have a wide variety of wedding dresses. Some of the dresses I tried on were dirty and had make-up on them from the last bride to be.I did find one I really liked but it just wasnt the one. May be good for some people, but was a miss for me.

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Miss Ruby. Hillary, my wedding dress consultant, was fantastic. She always knew the perfect accessory to grab, was extremely accommodating with the group I brought and had useful feedback for every dress. The boutique itself is stunning. Both the wedding and bridesmaids dresses are gorgeous and we are lucky to have this gem in Milwaukee!

I had 5 bridal appointments scheduled for this weekend, after stop number 2 at Miss Rubys I was done. Jimmy who was the one that assisted me with my appointment was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient- he really made my experience there out of this world. I found THE dress and I couldnt be happier. Any soon to be bride should make an appointment at Miss Rubys; it was obvious that anyone on staff there would make your appointment amazing too.

They are so nice and professional they are very in tune with not just the bride but the whole bridal party.

The only reason Im giving 1 star is because the store was nice. If it werent for that I would be giving ZERO STARS!! Avoid this store at all cost! This place is hard to find and you have to follow a million signs to hopefully get to the right suite. What a total rip off and waste of money this place is! My experience started out wonderful, I even found a great dress- I was going to buy the sample off the rack and while I was looking it over there were makeup stains, pulls, and rips all over the dress. They tried to assure me it was an easy fix, I face-timed my seamstress and she assured me that it was basically a remodel of the dress. If you dont know that its an easy fix- DONT LIE ABOUT IT! So I said ok, Ill order a new one. I added on a bow to the dress and they tell me it is $250- ok no big deal. We signed a contract and give them payment. They call me back the next day and tell me that the bow is actually $700+! THREE TIMES the amount I was quoted and paid. They would not abide by the contract we signed and told us there was nothing they could do for us, all I could do was cancel the order. Not to mention the stylist was pulling dresses that were everything I didnt want! She was trying to talk me into every single dress I put on saying not everyone gets that perfect moment I drove to downtown Chicago so I didnt have to deal with these crooks! They ruined my entire dress shopping experience!

One thing which was pretty major was when I went to get sized the lady told me I should get a size 20! Im usually a 10-12. At first I was like okay maybe there sizes are way off. But my gut told me to try the sample on again (which was a 10) it fit almost perfect just a little tight in the chest. Went with my gut and got a 12. Just got it today and is actually a little BIG! They wanted me to get a 20 which is 3 sizes bigger I would have been drowning and wouldnt have been able to get a new dress in time......So make sure your size is correct

I cannot speak highly enough of Miss Ruby. While I didnt end up getting my dress there, the consultant I worked with--Chanae--was truly invested in make sure I ended up with the dress of my dreams, and not just a dress from Miss Ruby. Fantastic experience, truly supportive consultants, everyone was so welcoming--I will definitely be sending people to Miss Ruby!

When I called to make an appointment for my bridesmaids, I was asked what type of dresses I was looking for and what information I would like the consultant to know before the appointment. I let them know that one of my bridesmaids is young and another would need plus size options. I was told the consultant would have some selections prepared and would be discreet about sizes. However, when we arrived for the appointment the consultant simply showed us to a single fitting room (to be used by all three women) and told us to look around for dresses and start trying them on. Then she walked away and we were left on our own. I had to actually track the consultant down myself to ask for plus size options as she didnt take any of the girls measurements or provide proper sizes. I was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of assistance, especially considering how expensive all of their products are. I would not recommend Miss Ruby to anyone else and they certainly wont be receiving my business.

Erin was absolutely incredible - prices were more than reasonable and it was an adorable shop. I found the perfect dress and never felt pressured to purchase something or to speed up the process. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially Erin - she is the best!

After reading the reviews, I was extremely excited to go to Miss Rubys to try on dresses. My mom and I went and we were beyond disappointed. This was the second shop that I was at and the experiences were night and day. The woman who helped us here, seemed very bored and not interested in helping me find a dress. She had us search the racks ourselves, as she stood there and watched and then she put the dresses in the room. Basically, the only thing she did for me was close the curtain to the dressing room and zip/clip the dresses for me. Very disappointing. When I had a dress on, she would stand there and just seem bored. I did like a dress there but would never have gone back to buy it from them, as the customer service was awful. If I am spending that much money on anything, I expect good customer service (which isnt even that hard to do). I ended up buying a dress I loved from a store in the Milwaukee area where they were able to provide an experience that far surpassed that of Miss Rubys.

Sadee was amazing! She was professional, accommodating, and very sweet. We ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses and the process was extremely easy due to Sadie being so helpful. Definitely would recommend!

The location was nice and the stylist was sweet and helpful however the place where you try on dresses was less private and their selection was smaller than I hoped.

They dont have a lot to choose from, the dresses remind me of goodwill dresses..picked over and not a lot of flits and glam if thats your thing... the staff is friendly tho so customer service might win you over idk lmfao
