I cannot say enough amazing things about my Sales Manager, Jimmy, and White Dress Bridal Boutique. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, and kind. He is very adaptable to what the bride has in mind for the experience-if she knows exactly what she wants to try on, if she is open to trying any dress on, if she wants opinions or not, etc. Jimmy quickly determines what a bride likes about a dress, even if the bride cannot pinpoint what she specifically likes about it, and he brings out more options. He provides guidance only when wanted, but has impeccable taste, knows which dresses look great on each individual bride, and also bases advice off of the bride’s reaction-he can tell when a bride loves a dress by her facial expression before she has even made up a decision in her mind. In a weekend full of bridal dress appointments, this boutique far exceeded the rest in their selection, staff savvy, and overall service. The quality of the gowns felt higher at this location despite being in the same price range as the other boutiques I visited. Working with Noel was so easy, she obviously knew her stockroom, listened to me so very well, and sometimes knew what I wanted before I did. She also gently pushed me out of my comfort zone to help me find my dress! Her demeanor was so very genuine and it never felt like she was working for a sale. I ended up ordering a dress with some customizations, and the team offered great advice and realistic expectations. I cannot recommend this boutique highly enough.

Tabitha is phenomenal. I had been to several stores and didnt love any dresses. My friend called White Dress Bridal Boutique and Tabitha squeezed us in. That was a life altering phone call. Tabitha asked what I was looking for and patiently listened. She took my vision to the next level. I was struggling to select between two dresses and she asked me, What makes you feel most bridal? What an amazing question! I had my answer in an instant. The store was so accommodating. My dress was stunning, I received so many compliments about it. I had a wonderful experience this past weekend at White Dress! It was the second store we visited, and I wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for after finding a dress I loved at the first store. AudriAnn did an AMAZING job of taking all the good things from the first dress and was so flexible and patient throughout the appointment. I ended up saying yes to a dress that checked every box, looks absolutely amazing, and was HALF MY BUDGET! I had such an amazing experience at White Dress Bridal! I walked in a little nervous and anxious. I was worried about not finding a dress for my timeline, I was anxious about seeing myself in a dress and all the fun self-esteem issues that can arise in those situations. When I met with my stylist, Jimmy, I immediately felt comfortable. He was so kind, so helpful, and so patient. He made me feel so positive and made the entire experience fun and special. After tirelessly searching for my perfect wedding gown I was so happy I found my dream dress at White Dress Bridal! I tried dresses at 3 other boutiques (two of which were in Southern California-which is where I live).The service was amazing, my girl was so nice and knowledgeable. This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I did indeed review this place because my experience with them was just amazing! I initially went and tried on dresses back in May 2020. Jimmy was my consultant and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!! He truly had an eye for what styles would look good on my body.Previous experiences at other boutiques left me feeling defeated/down about myself and “out of shape” because other consultants weren’t exactly listening to my requests, didn’t know what styles would look good on my body, or just didn’t have the eye like Jimmy does. I left these places feeling like I needed to change my body or lose 10 pounds to find the perfect wedding dress. Here’s where Jimmy comes in- he listened to what I truly wanted and found dresses within my price range that accentuated my best features and made me feel beautiful (like every bride should feel)! I was so impressed with him! Not to mention, he is literally the nicest, sweetest person you’ll ever meet!I ended up saying “yes to the dress” at White Dress Bridal Boutique and the follow up interactions with everyone at this boutique has been exceptional as well regarding questions I had, dress pick-up, accessories, etc. My wedding is in September 2021 and I can’t wait to wear my dress! From the start, the shop was very warm, clean, and welcoming. I worked with AudriAnn and she did an amazing job helping me find my dream dress. She was very willing to work with suggestions from both me and my party and presented me with several dresses that fit what I described what I wanted in a dress. I was worried I wouldnt find a dress I loved and was under a time constraint. The first dress I tried on had me in happy tears because it was so beautiful!!! I have to say I am disappointed in this shop. I went in for my fitting & that was wonderful, they helped me find the perfect dress & style I loved from a designer I didnt even know but am now in love with. The process seemed smooth but the woman kept insisting that I needed a dress FOUR sizes up. I know you typically must order up on wedding dresses but usually just 1 size (I wear a size 4 and they ordered me a size 12 ) & wasnt my size according size according to the designers measurements online.Needless to say I am currently struggling with over $600 in alterations to try & make it fit (as well as loosing a lot of the gorgeous bead work) and its not done yet! There is not an area that the seamstress (a seamstress they recommended) hasnt had to take in, the bust, the waist, the hips and the length all! Now she has to remove some of the boning also to try and make it fit because the boning sticks out and I am fuming. It has been a nightmare and looking back at other reviewers I see Im not the first person they have ordered too large of a dress for. They dont seem to know how to work with women who arent standard, and their policy is if it doesnt fit you are out of luck even if they are the ones who screwed up the sizing.

Id recommend White Dress to any bride! I purchased a beautiful Paloma Blanca gown from White Dress after trying on at 3 other stores. My stylist wasnt pushy to make a sale and made me feel like a priority/special even though she knew I had apts elsewhere (I had both of these bad experiences at other stores). She didnt make me feel like a pain in the butt when I asked to pull a lot of dresses, either, and made me feel comfortable at every point throughout my apt. Ill add that I had the last apt of the day, so extra props to my stylist for not appearing exhausted, even though Im sure she was! I live out of state, and trying on dresses was one of the few pre-wedding things I was able to do with my mother, and they made everything so special for us.

At my appointment I was there to look at the dresses they had, I have had other appointments at other boutiques and was starting to feel a bit defeated. I found my absolute dream dress at White Dress! They listened to my ideas and delivered based on what I said as well as, catered to my every need. I didnt feel rushed and appreciated the time Heidi spent with me, even when I had to try a dress on twice!

I had a wonderful experience at White Dress. I worked with Tabitha and she picked up on my taste immediately. She picked out every single dress I tried on and nailed it. The coolest thing about White Dress is that I was stuck between two dresses and they take a large picture of you in both and do a side by side comparison- it was the only reason I was able to make my choice. Plus they give you time to sip champagne and take pictures with the people you brought before you leave. I never felt rushed.

I am a professional dancer and I am highly aware of what looks good on my body and what I want my dress to look like. I was not finding any one dress that satisfied all my desires. I liked elements of every dress I tried on, but I hadn’t felt entirely right about one dress.I went on a weekday afternoon by myself so I could stay calm and find dresses to show my family later. I was paired with Tabatha. She was absolutely spectacular.She listened closely to what I wanted and offered incredibly helpful suggestions. She was honest when she thought a gown wouldn’t be the most flattering on me and she was always right. She was astute at picking out dresses that would work for me.I found my dress today! Absolutely amazing experience!!! Sarah was the person I worked with and she made everything super pleasant. I originally was going to have a party of 5 but ended up with 7 and they were able to accommodate us. I had no idea what I wanted and Sarah was able to pick out dresses that complimented me. My sister, mom, and sister in laws all came with me and each had their own opinions on every dress and what I should wear and Sarah was able to make everyone happy. Plus she was super professional throughout the entire process!! I never felt rushed or forced to buy anything at all. My experience at White Dress was one I will never forget. The shop is absolutely stunning! From the moment I walked in, Sarah and Christina were incredibly knowledgable and very kind. They made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. I brought 8 people with me seeing as my fiance and I have been together for 14 years, it was a long time coming and I wanted my favorite girls there with me. Sarah really listened to what I wanted and was able to narrow down what I envisioned. With the help from Christina they were both able to put me in MY dress. I still cant believe I said YES to the dress but these girls truly made it possible. We even got to pop champagne! I went to several stores when looking for a wedding gown, and White Dress Bridal far surpassed all of them- the store is immaculate, clean, and tastefully decorated. The store was easy to navigate and look through gowns. Heidi was my consultant, and she was very attentive and pulled several dresses based on my price range and styles I was interested in. I ended up with a dress she pulled out for me, and I couldn’t be happier! She also helped me pair a veil and other accessories with my gown, and she recommended a bustle style, seamstress, and a gown cleaning company for after the big day (Wedding Gown Preservation Co- I was very happy with them too). I did not buy my dress the same day as I had other appointments set up the following day, but Heidi did not pressure me or rush me to make a decision in any way. After my remaining appointments the following day, I was certain I wanted the gown Heidi recommended at White Dress. The dress even arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus! I would highly recommend purchasing your wedding gown through White Dress Bridal. Heidi made the entire experience so easy and fun, and I was so happy with my gown!

Had a very nice experience here. Good amount of dresses though a lot out of my fairly average budget (not the fault of the store!) the attendant was nice and helpful the appointment room wasnt entirely private but the store only had one other appointment so it felt perfectly private. The only downside I didnt realize until going to other bridal shops was that options for tailoring and changing features on dresses werent really discussed which could have helped me understand what could be done to a dress to make it what I was looking for!

Had a nice experience working with White Dress as their Milwaukee store offers a wide range of gowns and their staff are very personable. The boutique is tasteful and well laid out, facilitating easy browsing of the dresses as you select those to try-on. I felt comfortable from try-on to purchase and while I live out of the country and wasnt able to pick up my dress myself, it was no problem to send my mom.

I had a large group which always makes things difficult from the get go, but I never had a moment where I felt uncomfortable And had zero pressure. Not only is the space beautiful, but the options are endless. Heidi was absolutely amazing even while I took and an obnoxious amount of time to finally say YES to my dress here. If only getting married was a yearly ordeal, because I would honestly hangout here.

I felt like royalty here! My stylist, Lindsey, was more than accommodating and totally on the same page as me. From the moment we stepped in, the store was above and beyond all others. There were at least four dresses I could have seen myself getting married in, and the one I chose is absolutely gorgeous. I live in Chicago and was referred to White Dress Bridal Boutique from my friend who lives in Milwaukee. I looked at their website and saw that there were similar designers to the Chicago bridal salons, so I set up an appointment. When I arrived, I was personally overwhelmed by the vast amount of choices there are when picking out a wedding dress. I didnt consider I would have an opinion about buttons or lace. The process should have been overwhelming but it wasnt because of AudriAnn. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was so easy going as I went from dress to dress. When I am shopping, I appreciate authenticity more than anything and AudriAnn was genuine, authentic, kind, and patient during my entire process from making a decision to picking up the dress.
