I Was at this Minnetonka fedex yesterday around 1:37 pm 10/16/2021, two male customers service representatives, I waited 25 minutes in-line, they didn’t even ask me why I was there, I was passed over and they served 5 other white customers that came 15 minutes after I was in line, I left the store went to Office Depot and was done in 5 minutes, fedex and its employees are horrible human beings, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I could given negative zero if that was allowed.

No Cust Serv - not printing. Transferred to Cust Serv, but they couldn’t schedule a pkg pickup for a parcel we didn’t order to an address that wasn’t ours from a person whose name was similar to our daughters who hasn’t lived w/ us for 15 yrs. And the tel # for the person who ordered lacked a digit. Spent hours trying to get this to the right ppl but their address on label was invalid!?$&€#%

On 8/22 at 3:00 Assistant Manager printed a black on white and trimmed it wrong. When asked if he could reprint and trim according to file shown, he said he had other customers and can write up order for next day completion. It would have taken an additional 5 minutes. Is this the new norm for FedEx customer service? OK, went to the competition.

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter ignored me while he stared at a screen. When he finally acknowledged that I was standing there, he just stood where he was, about 30 ft away and didn’t bother to walk over to help me. He just dismissed me to go figure out myself. One of their printers was jammed, the other wasn’t working. I used their workstation to print what I needed and got absolutely terrible images printed off. A huge waste of my time and money.

Christine S provided us exceptional service and customer care last week. We had a bit of a printing crisis and she was extremely professional and efficient, not only solving our problem but then going above and beyond to fix the mistakes made by a different FEDEX branch. She was extremely thorough and provided great communication. Thank you so much for your help Christine - we will be back!

I suggest that this store communicate with customers. Especially waiting customers who already paid for the work to get done.I dropped off a small 8 x 5 book about 40 pages to be cut and re-bound. They said it would take a few hours, and it took them three days Also, no one mentioned they are closed on Sunday (so there was even an extra day in there. If you can’t be trusted with a very small job, how would anyone trust you with a larger one?

Horrible customer service. Oh, wait, there is NO such thing as customer service at this location. The most arrogant and unprofessional behavior toward customers Ive ever experienced in MN. Even one star is too much for them... Its a short story. If you want details continue reading. Have to warn though, its lengthy.I just needed simple prints but wanted to understand the price for 5x7. A representative, after hearing what I need, asked what Im going to print. However, when I opened my mouth to answer, the phone behind her started ringing. She didnt allow me to answer but pointed a finger and said Wait a sec, I have to take it. Seriously? Well, rule #1. You have to let a customer to finish a sentence. Especially, after you ask a question. And only after hearing a customer out, you may excuse yourself to do another task.Anyway, while waiting her to finish, I saw a nearby another store representative who just wrapped up with his client. So, I used this as an opportunity to get finally served. I turned to him and explained what I need to print and asked my question about the price. But once he started looking for this information for me, this woman returned, interrupted our talk and pulled me back. Rule #2 if you couldnt help a customer, let your colleagues to do it!She continued asking me what kind of material I needed to print and strongly recommended to print on another paper. I asked a price difference. She said she has to look but gave me a minimum. I said that its beyond my budget so lll do just prints as initially planned. She seemed offended by me for not wanting to print on the offered paper. She goes with irritation: Are you done with me or what?! I couldnt believe my ears... Is that how you talk to people who are buying services from you? Rule #3: Rudness will never make your customers to come back. Rule #4: Products and services exist to address the customer needs but not the opposite. If I need simple prints, it isnt very smart to continue convincing me to use another printing service, and feeling offended if your offered service is not bought. So unprofessional.I shouldve left at this point but I really needed my prints. So I stated that this price is too high and asked whats the price for 5x7 prints? She said around 60 cents per each that was ok with so I asked her to show me how to use the self printing station.She advised me to have a seat there and wait for her as she has to help other customers. And she wasnt kidding, she run away to greet other customers and asking what they need. Rule#5: Finish with one customer if the process is fast and clear, and then move to another one.I looked at the self-printing station. The setup seemed pretty straightforward and simple. So, I went ahead, inserted my USB device, provided credit card info, selected the file,...but when I chose the needed 5x7 size, for some reasons I saw the cost of $2.99 instead of told $0.60. Why is that? I started looking for this woman that promised to show me how to use the station about 5 min ago LOL. She saw me, approached and said Oh, I see you already set everything up. I asked her why is the price so different? And what did she do? Bingo! She said that she will be with me within the few seconds...Oh, my! This is not happening again, I thought. Another 5 min have passed. No help. In a meantime, I was trying to figure why is the price so higher than I was told? Maybe something is wrong with setup? Maybe I have to choose another format?...No luck. And then, this woman, The Most Caring Rep, is coming back. Im showing her the price and asking why is it so different from what she provided me 20 min earlier? She said The amount you see on the screen is the price you have to pay. So, instead of admitting that she made a mistake and gave me wrong information, the Miss Arrogance stated that I have to pay the amount I see in the screen. It was enough. I just walked out, without prints but with the screwed mood. Will never return. Fedex, what are you expecting by treating customers like a garbage?

Dont believe the people who have dealt with one employee at the store and write a bad review, this store is awesome. You cant possibly rate a whole store/company based on one interaction and one employee.I have been shipping with them for nearly 4 years as I am an eBay seller. Once I learned how to correctly package items, with the help of the employees at the FedEx store, I have had no problems shipping with them. Ive shipped hundreds of packages and all good experiences.They have box policies and standards when shipping through them because when a shipper has to insure them, they want to make sure the items you ship do not get damaged. You could go ship UPS, pay more, deal with the unhappy fellow who owns that UPS location, and ship it in a plastic bag wrapped in newspaper for all they care. FedEx cares about their customers, so they require them to be packaged properly.Darcy is awesome to work with, and they used to have a manager named Christina who was super helpful. They have a younger guy who works at night who is also very kind and helpful. I love stopping in at this store, they are always happy to see me and glad to be of help. Highly recommended, Thanks FedEx Ridgedale!

Just tried to print a simple label. Four employees, one other patron, so three employees behind the counter working on their projects including the manager. No one greeted us, said hold on a sec, anything. Ten minutes waiting. Just waiting behind the lady being helped with a print job. Guy walks in with a package, someone helps him. Still nothing. We left. This is BS. Learn how to greet a customer. Were going to another print shop.

Strictly based upon printing services I ordered, this was a highly disappointing experience. The product I received had terrible coloring and the image was cut off on half of the prints!! I needed the invitations in a rush but honestly I would have had a better outcome if I had used my own printer. The price was steep for such poor quality. Not only was the printing terrible, but they wanted to charge more than a dollar per cut to cut the pages for me! So I ended up having to cut them on my own anyway. Such a waste of money. If I hadnt been flustered and rushed theres no way I would have paid for this service. I would advise you look elsewhere for full service printing.

Mike, Jeanne (Sp?) and Brooks were all AMAZING to work with! I was surprising my husband with a canvas print and the print got partially cut off with the file I submitted...I guess I did not format it properly to not allow part of it to get wrapped around the frame. This particular Fedex Kinkos location was so quick to respond and help me out to get this fixed and help format the file correctly. They were all very kind and professional and really helped me get the product that I was hoping for. I really appreciated their grace and kindness. I will definitely buy more from this business in the future. THANK YOU MIKE!!! P.S. Thank you also Jeanne for being willing to bring the canvas out to my car when I had 2 screaming children in the backseat. ;)

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to the store and emailed them something to print and they said they couldnt print from a link, even though I did exactly this only a day ago in the same store! The guy didnt even know their email address!!! I RECOMMEND GOING TO OFFICE DEPOT thats less than a mile away (beside the Whole Foods on Plymouth Road) - their service is more reliable, faster, and CHEAPER!

After assuring me my package would be delivered on my timeline, for $37.75 for a 7 pound box, my package has been sitting at the delivery center in New Jersey for five days.I have tried to get help from the 800 numberand from the Minnetonka store where it was mailed and nothing. They could not care less. Customer service is not a concern at FedEx, it’s infuriating.

Totally rude and unwarranted condescending behavior by a store person named Luis ( sorry not even worth to say customer service person as there is no customer or service mind intent at all from him). When asked for assistance to show on how to operate a machine for once, Luis was extremely unhappy and rude. He made comments like you dont need to be smart just common sense to operate, etc.,We never had any bad experience with other FedEx locations, but this location was the first time we went. Maybe he was having a bad day or he always felt that he is the super smarty than customers. Whatever his problem is, please avoid this location and go to other locations. I did highlight his behavior to the manager Emily, hopefully she address this issue. There are other reviews also about the rude and condescending behavior at this location, maybe it is from this same Luis person.

Take this with a grain of salt, as I am still fuming from the experience and normally I would wait 24 hours before making a decision to post a poor review. I called this Fedex location to get their email address to send a presentation that I needed 4 copies printed and bound for a very early am meeting I have to drive to Des Moines for. I asked them if they could have it ready tonight, the employee talked to their manager and they said it would be done by 8:30, and closing time is 10. I double confirmed this and confirmed the email address because it was really important I have these presentations because I’m waking up at 3 to drive south. I should have called to confirm earlier, but I didn’t. I showed up at 9:15 and they had scheduled the presentations to print tomorrow. He could not bind them tonight. Manager and employee were gone for the day. I am making alternate plans but I’m tired and it is painful to know I will not get much sleep tonight and I would not want someone to have this experience. Go to the uptown or Edina location - they have never screwed anything up for me. I’m really disappointed.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at this Fedex. I work for a local non-profit and we have printed a few jobs here. Yesterday I wanted to print an 8 page booklet. I was told by Aaron to setup the booklet in spreads with pagination. When I asked for assistance he was extremely rude and condescending to me. He told me I need to figure it out on my own and he cant help me.I have been working as a graphic designer for 10 years, and have printed thousands of jobs with many printers. This is the worst service I have ever received and my company will never print there again.If you want professional printing this is not the place.

Horrendous! 2 people behind the counter, 2 lines- printing line and shipping line. One employee working on orders, doesnt even acknowledge anyone. The other doesnt say anything and only helping people on the shipping line. Walked out. Totally rude and horrible customer service.

Would not accept my package for shopping, said it was not a congregated box. I told them the item was double boxed using the manufacturers box with all its padding inside. they still refused, suspect they wanted to sell me a box.from now on I will be using the UPS store for all of my business shipping needs

After deciding to try fedex for my Amazon shipments, I meticulously measured, weighed and boxed up two packages, purchased fedex online shipping and brought them to fedex to be dropped off. As I approached the counter to drop off the packages, I was informed that company policy doesnt allow items to be shipped in shoe boxes (just what I happened to be using that day) and that both my packages would have to be re-packaged using THEIR boxes, which they would charge me for. I wont repeat here what I told them as I walked out, but guess what? I was relieved to discover that I didnt have to re-package my shipments for UPS, as they dont have such a laughable anti-shoe box policy. On top of this, UPS is also cheaper than fedex to ship with. Being a Seller on Amazon, I am a regular shipping customer, but I will NEVER even consider using fedex.

Took me 30 min to ship an envelope to a neighboring state. The place was disorganized. The fedex staff at the counter helping me the people in the line was a new employee and he was simply inexperienced. Fedex needs to really train their new employees before they are asked to handle customers. USPS location near my office is much better organized than this Fedex.

I had a very poor experience at this store. I was not welcomed when I walked in and then after about 5 minutes someone finally came to help me. When they did help me, they did not have the service that I wanted and then he kept changing the pricing. I would not go back.
