Good customer service. My double smoke was cold and hard even though I picked up within 10 mins of placing my order. My coffee wasn’t even started when I went to the mobile order desk, so I’m not sure why the sandwich was so bad.Finished my coffee just now and it had grounds in it. Why is it so hard to get a cup of blonde coffee from Starbucks without grounds in them? Is it because they went to pour overs on them and lack the patience to keep grounds from spilling over?At least this time I wasn’t driving and didn’t get a mouth full of grounds I had to spit back into the cup.STARBUCKS….Please train your employees to care about the product they serve!!
Went in just before close last week and there was a swarm of flies by the register- I have never seen that before in any eating establishment. The person who worked there didnt even seem phased by it. I left and went to another, more clean Starbucks location.
I just visited this Starbucks today and WOW! Wonderful customer service. I want to do a special shout-out to Ricky 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 He is doing a wonderful job there at providing fast and efficient service in a friendly and professional manner. Kudos to you!Plus, as I looked around while waiting for my order - there were about 7 people working behind the counter and EVERY ONE was doing something productive. Kudos to management! Keep doing what y’all are doing.PS: I saw there was also an inspirational poster by the restroom/eating area from employees. What a great thing to see especially in a time like this.

I love Starbucks and their coffee, this review is more customer service related, there is this rude young lady that thinks deserves the world and treats their customers horrible, I actually left my coffee there and left, it doesnt matter if she is right or not is the way she speaks to customers, Ill never be back at this location! I dont know what happened to this starbucks but the quality has gone down drastically in the past months. I recently ordered a frapuccino and it was so watered down it tasted nothing like coffee. I asked for another espresso shot and never got it. Im a dunkin guy now.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. First time we went they were rude and took forever. Thought they may have been having a bad day but when we went back we got the same thing. The next two times you went back there a little nicer but still take forever.
Today I asked for three drinks through the app it was with a baby that is one year old, it is obvious that I have to carry him in my arms and when they serve me the drinks they give them to me separately I have to how he wants me to take them if I do not have so many arms they can put it on me in a well-organized bag and what they did was give me a cardboard to take them with the danger of spilling and indeed they all spilled ... that bad but very bad service today does not have the dedication or the correct attention I would like to know who will be the manager of today why from what I see they do not have a good education
This Starbucks is literally 2 minutes away from job so its convenient. But i rather drive to the one in Dikes and miramar about 5 minutes away. Every time I ask for sweet cream foam, there is no FOAM????!!! ive had to come back to the store and have them redo it but its still not done properly. I dont know if it because they are always busy but when that doesnt happen then the coffee has a burnt taste. I rather take that drive and get my coffee done right even after i pay extra for it.

Starbucks is my go to breakfast! It is so nice to have a nice coffee, especially with their variety of flavors for everytype of coffee! They also have very nice pastries to tie together with the coffee!

Today was buy any holiday craft drink and get the holiday festive cup. I had to order a Grande in order for me to get the cup, I pointed out the wording she told someone else but they chose to avoid it. If you are running a promotion you should know the aspects of the promotion. I had to spend extra but will take on the experience of retail.
I used to work at Starbucks for a year so I know how it is, this store was dead and cashier doesn’t acknowledge you or say hi, my drink was completely wrong. Average Starbucks, maybe just a bad cashier.

Delicious hot tea chai latte
I am not sure how to start, I am not happy with this store at all. This morning I ordered a magical ball tea not only it didnt taste good. When I ask for it to be stronger she charged me more without telling me. To make matters worst the cup was dripping and she did wipe it a little but once i got ready to drink the HOT tea the top came off and spilled all over my car. I had to go back and ask for napkins to wipe the tea off. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! this is not my first time going there but its my last. I am a Starbucks junkie and now I will have to drive further to get better service.

Starbucks is a very consistent product across most of its locations. This one is no different. Only visited once but I think no less than 4 people welcomed me and two thanked me for coming. Maybe its all the caffeine that makes them so friendly and nice. This location has a good size to it and very clean. I would definitely drop by again next time I am in the area.

The staff at this Starbucks moves very fast so even when it seems like lines are long, youll actually get through quite fast! Theyre also extremely friendly - yesterday they were out of something I ordered but the gentleman who took my order got me something else quickly and had me on my way with almost no delay. This morning I was having a rough time of it and the nice girl at the drivethru was just so kind and complimented my hair - which may seem small but she could tell I was having a rough morning so her kindness and bright attitude totally changed my day!

Just went to this Starbucks. A girl at the register got my order wrong and was not nice. I wasnt going to say anything, but glad I did. The assistant manager who was very sweet fixed the issue and went above and beyond by giving me a BIGGER CUP AND GIVING MY SON A CAKE POP. Awesome service🎉🎉🎉🎉

I love their coffee; generally I have lovely chats with people and even alone, the atmosphere is comfortable and safe, warm and welcoming. Depends upon location how down to earth the employees are; some stores are full of warm employees; some are less so. Theres always a possibility to chat with another person though; employee or customer. I recommend the Bento fruit and cheese box. Great cheese, delicious and fresh apples and grapes and THE BEST whole grain crackers Ive ever had.

I’m not sure what’s up with their service lately but I called today to ask if we can pick up in store ? The barista on the phone said only if we order through a mobile app. I told her I’m a healthcare worker and I have my ID and if they were still giving complimentary coffee to healthcare workers at this time. She said “at this time no but if you go to the drive through yes”. I felt this was strange so I called another location and they happIly allowed me to pick up my complimentary coffee in store pick up lol.Terrible service and the workers seem unnecessarily dramatic or wanting to cause drama with the customers vs trying to give them great service and kindness . 0/5 for me.

Got my drink and food on time. A satisfactory experience. But, there was no attempt to make my purchase special. It was just business. Starbucks is expensive they should always reach out and add a personal touch fr every customer.
I have been coming to this Starbucks since it open. Its really the closest one to my house and its on my way to work. The location is very convenient but on October 3, 2015 I had a horrible experience there. They open at 6 AM on Saturday and it was already 6:30 and they still werent open. Two gentlemen I were knocking on the glass window and the guy that works in there look at us and continue on working like we werent even there. One guy got in his car and drove away but the other guy and I continued to tap on the window. After about what seemed to be five minutes one of the staff members that work there came and unlocked the door and he didnt even welcome us in. She just pushed the door open. Whenever I walk in there usually get a good morning or welcome to Starbucks but not this morning. The shift supervisor named Ashley didnt even greet me with a smile, she just looked at me and in a dry voice said what can I get for you. Ive honestly havent had any real problems here, and if I do the manager seems to fix my problems without any issue and within a reasonable time. But after this incident this morning I will definitely reconsider going to that Starbucks. Even if have to drive 10 minutes on my way to get coffee I will do so from now on. I am a gold card member, which means I drink a lot of coffee there. Not just drinking coffee, but I spend my money, and I definitely feel that I should be greeted with a smile always.

With the overwhelming amount of gift cards that I received for Starbucks (it was only two; I’m being dramatic), I decided to get a drink this morning on my way to work. I saw that this location was right before I-75, so I thought to myself “perfect!”. I placed my order while I was home and headed to the store.Upon walking in, the young lady that was working greeted me as soon as I walked; which I appreciated. Since it was my first time there, I had to orient myself as to where the pick up drinks where. Once I found it, I walked over and read the receipt to make sure it was mine. Meanwhile, the young lady said “Have a nice day Brittany”. I felt like such a super star. And please so what it was early in the morning and I was probably her only mobile order at that time? The fact is she remembered my name and I was impressed! I was feeling good!Now for the reason for the 3 stars. I get to work and prepare my palate for the deliciousness that awaits because I know what it contains. I order my drink a certain way that differs from the standard recipe for a Grande White Chocolate Mocha. So I take ONE small sip (you’ll see why I emphasized that in minute) because since I asked for it extra hot, I don’t want to burn myself. It tastes like straight syrup. Literally. As if she added more pumps of white chocolate than I asked for. Or since I only asked for one shot that she forgot to put on in there at all. Again, I order this drink this way at every Starbucks I go to so I know exactly what it’s supposed to taste like. I’m leaning towards she forgot to add the one shot.So I decide to open the cup. Below is what I saw when I opened it. Keep in mind as I said above, I’ve only taken one sip expecting it to be extra hot. I have never in all the Starbucks I have gone to received a drink like this. This is practically a half of cup of coffee. However that’s my fault for not checking it. Because I am used to have my drink made to perfection, is not an excuse to not check my drink.In short, I received basically a half a cup of coffee that was not extra hot as asked and possibly missing the shot of coffee. So basically I received a cup of lukewarm milk and white chocolate syrup. At least that’s what it tastes like.I’ll take my gift cards and try the one on the other side of I-75. At least then when I get ready to get on I-75, I won’t have to wait at the light. And yes by the time I got to the end of this, it made me mad again that I took away one star.
I normally love this place. But the last few times, my drinks have had something wrong. Light ice is absolutely not light. I asked for a mango Dragonfruit with lemonade and can only taste the lemonade. Got another one with coconut milk and the drink is literally white. We got extra coconut milk because last time we said coconut milk and there was almost none. Two extremes. Please fix.

Been here a few times. Not bad, great place to hang out... butWhen you order a late or cappuccino WITH sugar, you would imagine it being commonsense to STIR the damn sugar. Guess not!
Yesterday had to get breakfast. Sandwich cold and service slow. Today took almost 15min to get a grande latte w/ which when came was small +¥÷€÷*+... didnt bother to complain - they just serve the drive through - avoid!

The customer service needs to improve, especially who the manager decides to put to greet customer at the drive thru window. Some employees come off so miserable that they really should not be working there at all. Manager needs to do a better job and either hiring or moving employees around.
Your standard Starbucks location with your typical Java selections. Be prepared for quick lines and friendly service. Drive thru was empty at 7:45am.

Today was really amazing. The employees there may not realize it but the servuce was better than awesome. To start, I did an online purchase. The app said this store was out of blueberry muffins, so I ordered the banana nut bread instead. When I arrived Stephanie greeted me by name and advised me my coffee was on the way. Next I noticed the store did have blueberry muffins. The other young lady (sorry I did not get her name) exchanged my bread for a muffin. But heres the kicker... she did it with a smile. She did it like she was more than please to help me. As I waited on my coffee (only tok a sec) Stephanie asked me about my choice of flavors added. We talked an she made a recommendation for tomorrow. As I left both ladies told me bye and have a great day, AGAIN with a smile. That was the best service I have gotten at ANY Starbucks hands down. They were there to take care of the customer, lucky me.

Have been here on multiple occasions, and Ive had to wait easily 20 minutes in the drive thru every time. If you go in, youll find that there will be at least 5 employees working, all chatting away. Only reason come here and take a gamble on my service time is because they have a drive thru. Most of the time I end up going somewhere else. Its such a shame
This Starbucks might as well say we are closed. Since there is literally no parking spots between them and the other businesses. You will be driving around for hours at times.

Worst experience ever! I just waited 10 minutes at the speaker box to order (with no one in front of me). I then waited another 10 minutes for one coffee at the window, when you could clearly see no other customers inside the store or in the drive thru. And then, my order was wrong. I got a completely different coffee. I can understand making a mistake during rush hour, but this is unexceptable.

This location is always busy. Employees that I have encountered with are nice and I come back here because they make my drinks good and the right way. Their food selection is always great and always in stock with lots of varieties. The thing that turns me off with this location is its pretty dirty. I know they cant control customers doing but all those employees that work there not one person willing to wipe the tables and chairs. Luckily I dont stay there long. But they do take a bit long to make drinks.
