Great hospitality. Both ladies helped me. Alex showed me the space when I first came and Jen helped me sign up when I was ready to move in and it was all so fast and easy. They accommodated me when I realized the first unit was not going to fit everything and transferred me to a bigger one closer to the elevator right away.

This Location Is Amazing. I Had To Store Some Things Here Over a Year Due To Covid-19 and I Must Say All My Things Were In Great Shape. Crazy how people are paying over 200 every month to store clutter, that they should be ridding from their lives. The first month free in these places is never really free, by the time you pay all the fees and setup you already spent a bunch on the alleged free month but at least its a nice place to spend thousands storing nonsense.

What better way to end the year than moving huh?Thanks to Jennifer the manager who helped me and my wife with a fast easy process to opening up a space so I can put my stuff while my house is getting made. I had been shopping around and found that the prices at Cube Smart were reasonable.Alex explained the purchase process. She informed me of the storage insurance requirement and all of the other particulars that I was not aware of. This is a great storage place. I went to a couple in the area but nobody was as nice as the girls here in this one. Even when i was a pain because i absolutely do not care about any plan or insurance to protect my items these are just extra stuff in the house. the girls were still so kind and explained everything to me. great job picking the right people for the right place. Great location to store your stuff. They even have a truck you can use if you happen to fall at last minute you don’t need to go anywhere it’s right on the property. Super clean and friendly staff. Thank you Jennifer the general manager who was kind enough to show me a bunch of sizes to fit best my furniture.

My experience was great thanks sooooo much to Jennifer at the front desk who helped me out during my last minute situation!!! She helped me at the very last minute of the day and also helped me the next day when I noticed I needed a bigger unit. With no hesitation she helped me change the unit without mymovers wasting any time. Would highly recommend you go and see her when you want to get storage.

Rented at this storage place today and it was the easiest thing I have ever done. Stored my Class B camper van in a minute!!I had no idea that they stored RVs but they do — I now have my van in covered, secure store and can get at it daily!The process was instantaneous :-) Alexandra just made it happen smooth as silk.And the price is definitely affordable!Love it!

Friendly, professional service. We had no lights as we were trying to move our things into our storage space, had to wait a couple of hours to get going, staff was patient with all of the questions being thrown at them when this ocurred. Any time you call their number and they answer if theyre not showing someone a storage space, they are always very helpful.

My mom has a unit already at this location, so when it came time for my boyfriend and I to reserve a storage unit we knew exactly where to go. The service here is always very helpful! Theyre always willing to give information and make sure you feel welcomed. They provide great service so that you are in and out as quickly as possible. This is definitely the place to store your personal items.

I spent sometime at their lobby and loved this CubeSmart location. Everything was so clean and organized. All three managers are very professional and helpful. CubeSmart has many locations in Miami, but this one is specially nice. Their rates are good, and they have free wifi! I highly recommend this site.

This site is one of the best! Steven and Ralph were great, helpful and courteous. They made checking in simple. This site has plenty of large dollies/ handcarts and two huge elevators which makes moving your belongings so much easier.

Due to the Hurricane, I was not able to access my unit at Public Storage since they had no power. I had movers coming on Saturday so I needed a solution. Public Storage was not able to find a solution other than charging me full price on an additional unit. I went to Cubesmart our of desperation and they were great! I wish I had come here 1st. Stephen was super helpful and I was able to secure a unit same day for little over $50 (first month free). The facilities are super clean and are new. I would highly recommend this location, its close to the highway and have top notch customer service. Thank You!

I have been a customer for 4 months. I love how clean their office and facility is all the time. Their rate are also good, because they keep the place very nice. The managers are nice and attentive. Great customer service. They have helped me switch units and find the best rates. I also get free Wi-Fi and coffee every day!! (although I miss the cookies). I recommend this site!

For a whole year I paid the rental insurance to CubeSmart through GAIG for my storage Unit 3003 . I had stored two large flat panel TVs and the TVs were stolen from the unit towards the end of June 2018. I lived in MA. at the time and the last time I saw the storage unit was at the end of May and I only discovered the robbery April 24th 2019. I did not get much satisfaction from the manager and employees of CubeSmart, Miramar, FL. They were trying to divert the issue to me and were not very helpful. I put in a claim with GAIG and now they tell me that my claim is invalid because the lock was not tempered with. How am I supposed to know what happened! It could have been an inside job, thieves are able, so they tell me, to unlock a lock through a code... why am I supposed to be responsible for the loss of property only because there is no apparent break in? Whats the use of having a rental insurance?Im not going to accept GAIGs very convenient decision lying down, Im going to fight it and Im going to put the blame squarely on CubeSmart and GAIG, FOR NOT PROPERLY PROTECTING MY PROPERTY.For a whole year I paid almost $200 for the unit to be treated like this! I think both CubeSmart (not too smart) and sneaky GAIG should shoulder the blame for the outcome. Im not going to take the loss lightly!
