I just recently moved to Georgia and I had my storage there for a while. I simply adore Anthony. He would always go out of his way to help me with anything that I needed. He was always kind and seemed genuinely happy to see me whenever I would go there. He always knew me by name. Such an awesome young man. The place is top notch and always very clean. I highly reccommend this location.

Anthony was amazing. Quick and easy service. This was my 3rd storage place I went to, I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a unit that worked best for me with a great price. I was in and out hassle free. Wish I would have came here first.

After leaving 2 years ago after 10 years at this location, I am back at this Miramar Public Storage facility for a few reasons. This was originally built as Tropical Storage before the Public Storage takeover and the builders put a lot of thought into this facility. Between the great location off of I75, the loading bay for a semi truck, and the construction to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, I would argue this is the BEST storage facility in Broward County. Beyond the building, the site manager Anthony is top notch, he maintains this location impeccably, is professional, friendly, and knows this building like the back of his hand. Knowing that Anthony was still the manager essentially sealed the deal for me. Im happy to drive out of my way knowing each trip to this location will be a pleasant experience with Anthony at the helm.

Of all the storage facilities I’m so grateful to have found this one. It is centrally located right off of 75, it’s absolutely safe and pristinely maintained. Most impressively is the personal reception I received from Anthony who manages the building, we spoke on the phone weeks before I moved in and he remembered me when I arrived, how he knew I don’t know, but with that attention to detail I feel extra peace with storing my belongings at the Miramar Public Storage.

I worked with Anthony for more than a year and his professionalism is personified in his complete attitude toward his customers. Specifically I came out of my way to work with him. His attitude exemplifies what true customer service should look like. Great guy.

When I arrived to the facility I met Anthony who is the property manager, he was extreme nice and helpful. He made my move in very easy. Im pleased with the service I recieved.

Very clean and well maintained building and area is super safe. Very private as well with security cameras all around forntour safety.

Our experience has been quite amazing. We moved from a 3 story w/basement (in Va) to a single story w/out basement (Fl); we needed extra storage! We price shopped around for the best price and Public Storage is saving us approx. $40/mo on a 7.5x10 unit. Anthony and Martha were both knowledgeable and professional. They may not honor a military discount for AD, but the savings surpassed our expectations. Thanks so much! The Zoellner Family!

I love Public Storage immensely!! You fit my needs all the time. Dont matter where my location is I would always use this location because of the service I receive here. Anthony and Claudio are two selfless workers. They are kind and hospitable and it doesnt matter how many times I bother them they will always have a smile and be pleasant and will offer courteous help. They make you feel welcome and they are delighted when there are $1 for the first months deals to share with you. I feel welcome here. I would not use any other storage space.

The receiving dock with the hydraulic lift is a huge plus! Would like to see more carts available, but that is no fault of the staff, who are always courteous and helpful. I came in this week with the intention of moving to a storage facility closer to my residence. However, I have been working with Anthony and Claudio since this location was Tropical Storage and decided the drive to this location was worth it because of them. Their customer service is fantastic. I am thankful for all they have done to help me in the past 5 years! They are the only reason I have kept my things at this location for all these years!!!

I have been using this storage place since I moved from Colorado in 2012. Excellent location, super clean, and excellently located right next to 75. Easy dock to unload your furniture and big elevators. I was a little worried that the prices would increase due to new owners, but no so far they have been the same, which is great because they are reasonable. The staff is courteous and make you feel welcome when you visit them. Would recommend this to anyone.

The service provided is bad, the associates charge for locks and extra services without even asking if you need them and when you call to ask and follow up to make sure when is the last day to move out to avoid extra charges they give you the wrong information without even looking at your account to charge you more and put an extra buck in their pocket. Although the new management have change many of the great benefits I had in the past, one thing that has remain consistent is the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Claudio and Anthony.
