I was offered a 10% discount for providing an email which I believed to be for a store account. It was instead for a bunch of monthly subscriptions that I did not ask for. Months later I am still having to cancel all the ridiculous subscriptions that I did not ask for.

Havent really shopped here in a couple years, but came in, and I unexpectedly came across a manga that I did want. The staff was friendly and communicative, which I havent really had before in a FYE.

Staff is great, wasnt this way maybe like 3 years ago so its a breath of fresh air. Great selection of horror movies and vinyl records too.

My daughter absolutely loves this stores.

FYE is fantastic. The employees at this location were attentive and helpful when needed, and when not needed hahaI was able to find alot of what I was looking for and they were running multiple deals during my visit.

These guys said “if you give us your email I can give you 10% off” so I went with it, because why not. WHAT I WASNT TOLD is that they will bill me $11.99 for something I wouldn’t ever need to use. They literally signed me up for something without my consent! Don’t go here unless you want to be scammed

This store is awesome went in for a book and left with anything but.This is the place to go for music items and they had a great selection of bluetooth headphones.I will be going back for sure🤘🤘🤘

I ordered products online and paid for the 2-4 day shipping and they have yet to answer me back on the request. I didn’t pay extra to get my package a week later. I paid 15.99 extra for fast day shipping. They could at least send an email about my order being shipped.

I am extremely displeased with the experience I had with this store. I went to the mall to buy a christmas gift for my sister. I enter this store and decided to grab a quick pair of earphones for her as a small gift. I go to the counter and expecting a quick checkout process, but the guy at the counter (brian, is the name on my receipt) talks to me for the next ten minutes about reward programs and sales. He starts asking for my email and number which are generally normal things for a store to ask so I didnt think anything of it. But then he asks for my birthday and once again I think he is just asking for their customer account. Finally to make a long story short Brian signed me up for a VIP program that I did not ask for or want. He DID NOT explain to me what it was and he DID NOT even tell me he was signing me up for it. When I looked at my receipt later I found that if I didnt call a number to cancel my free trial I would have been paying a monthly fee that I did not even know I was signed up for!!!!!!!!!!!! All of it is extremely frusterating because I didnt want or ask for any of it. On top of all that, as soon as I got home to try out a pair of the earphones I purchased, I found that one ear bud doesnt even work. When I tried to see whether I could return it, the reciept just says to look at the MFG warranty and I have no clue where to find that. If I could rate this place 0-5 stars Id rate it -2 stars but unfortunately google doesnt give you that option.

Cool, eclectic items, music, clothes, and movies. anything from Bob Ross bath robes, to Dragonball figurines.

Honestly a very nice store they try to stay as up to date with entertainment from anime to music hits. Tons of snacks and optimistic employees. Would suggest for otakus.

Charges me for magazines when they said they were free do not fall for it, has been charging my card for months on a card i wasnt even putting money on, so now my balance is in the negatives... dont even know where to go to stop the charges.

The atmosphere us always lame and the people working there are super posers. There is a little short girl in there named Ashley would is very rude and snobby. She always ignores you and is super slow to respond or even bag your items. She rolled her eyes at me for not wanting there stupid 10% off discount card.

Friendly staff but not enough variety, seems its all aimed at whats selling now and not enough rock nastalgia merch. Prices are way too high on regular CDs too.

Nice but pricey, easy to find what your looking for

Their FYE VIP system is a scam. $12 a month after a month, which is way too much for any membership program that gives only 10% off products that cost too much already. You’ll never find something that you can’t find cheaper elsewhere. Online ordering is also a nightmare. Really disappointing chain all around.

Not a bad place but the pricing earns this place a 1 star. Everything is available elsewhere at half the price without much searching; this place thrives on people thinking they can only get it there, save your money and shop elsewhere.

Overpriced merchandise. Much of it is used. Beware at checkout- Pay Cash!- the fast talking cashier says for a discount you need to give personal info which actually is to set you up with trial things like magazines and other things that later start charging your card each month! Pay cash or avoid this store!

Absolutely love this store. The staff is very friendly, you can always find what youre looking for.
