Shawndel Gordon was my sales person and they made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and never pressured me a single time. I havent done a ton of business with Jordan, however they gave great service for my car recently. it wasnt cheap but it needed to be done and they even found and took care of other issues! Purchased a used car from Jordan Automotive (2014 BMW 328d xDrive) and had an excellent experience with them. Shawndel Gordon was excellent as a salesman. When I first saw the car, I decided to walk away and received little to no pressure from Shawndel to purchase the vehicle. About a week later, I received a call revising the listing price to what I felt was a fairer price. Upon purchasing the car, Jordan took care of any and all issues that the vehicle had, including sending the vehicle back to BMW twice for repairs. Jordan repaired/paid for new brake pads, rotors, oil changes, tire rotation, as well as the replacement of two sensors and other electrical problems that the vehicle had, with no questions asked. While I was a bit worried at first, Jordan did the right thing and paid for any and all repairs to make sure the vehicle I received was up to their standard. I cant speak highly enough of Shawndel and those that assisted him (Kevin Bailey, John Pickard, and others) and highly recommend Jordan Automotive (and Shawndel in particular) for your vehicle purchases

My boyfriend bought a car before we went on vacation. Had some things customized. They had a week to get it taken care of. The window tint is a joke, it looks horrible and they told him to wait 2 weeks before theyd even address it. He is still waiting on his floor mats. We wont ever buy another car there. Mean Jean couldnt be bothered to apologize for her lack of attention to detail because she already has his money.

Generally helpful, honest, reasonably prompt service but not down to the minute. Very nice waiting area for the new car buyers and follow up service, less so on the used car side. No haggle pricing is a boon. We have been customers for nineteen years now. Five stars for easy, stress free buying. Service center is above average in accommodation, loses points on turnaround time and cost. Had some requests (purchase/installation of tonneau cover) where we were directed to go somewhere else.

They will avoid you at all cost to get out of doing something that you paid for. Like when I bought my car and paid to get 5 details on it they will ignore your calls never call you back and say their systems down and that they will have the manager call back.

This was my first ever experience purchasing a car on my own and something that could have been completely stressful was made painless and easy at Jordan Auto. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and I greatly appreciated the service and efficiency of their staff, especially coming from out of town. I bought a car here and they took two months to send my title. I had to call them numerous times, they never called me back. I got a email stating my title would be delivered by Oct 20th, it didn’t require a signature. And they left it at the wrong address. Soo frustrated!

The Sales Rep that we worked with, Katie, had the worst possible attitude, at every single encounter. She was very rude, unefficient, and non accommodating.After purchasing the vehicle, we had to pretty much beg her to run it through the car wash that they have on the lot. We had to stop and fill the tank as it was on E.If I could rate them anything lower than 1, then I would!!Yes manager, everyone’s entitled to a bad day (or two, I suppose), but in the sales industry, your behavior should NEVER extend to a client. And certainly not at every single encounter. ( I hope that isnt an addendum of your “Jordan Way”)

Weve purchased our last four vehicles from Jordans. Two weeks ago I was in a hit and run accident which totaled my last Jordan purchase and I had this last Saturday to find a new car before returning the rental. Selection is good. Salespeople are friendly and not pushy. But dont count on them for help after purchase on warranties concerning tires. Michelin refused to honor threadbare front tire on brand new truck. Owner purchased a new tire up and above the payments. Seems warranties dont cover defects anymore.

From the start, Jake Alexander was super knowledgeable about the products and the process. He heard from ME first...and focused on the product SECOND, which to me, is all the reason to shop at a place like Jordan. Jake then went above and beyond in helping us with some extra paperwork to complete the trade in, which took time and care, but he never wavered. Who likes having their car serviced? Not me! But the folks here are nice. My favorite employee is MARIE. The MANICURIST. Im not kidding. You can get a complimentary manicure while your car is being serviced! There is wifi, water and cookies. So far Ive yet to see the fireplace work which makes me sad :( BUT the folks who work here have all been friendly and professional. Ive dealt with service and sales people and have been quite pleased. Im not a car dealership kinda gal at all but this place does not give me the heebie jeebies. I was very impressed with the service that I received at Jordan. I sent them an email with what kind of vehicle I was looking for and my budget and Alex Miller replied quickly and set up an appointment for me. The prices seemed fair and inline with what I was seeing online and I liked not having to haggle down to a reasonable price. Alex had plenty of opportunity to try and talk us into a more expensive vehicle if he had wanted to and never took it, that alone made this the best vehicle purchase experience Ive had. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and did a great job of getting us a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget, I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I grew up in the area but moved about a year ago to Kentucky. My husband and I came up to Granger to visit family for the holiday weekend and since we were in the market to purchase a new Explorer, we made a stop at Jordan Ford to look. Ive always had a positive experience with Jordan as I purchased my previous car (Corolla) in 2008 from them and continued to get my car serviced regularly at Jordan. Kevin Ball was gracious enough to spend over 4 hours with us through the purchase of our car and of course having to deal with his first Kentucky owner purchase. Also, compared to what we were finding in Kentucky and surrounding areas - Jordan provided us with the best deal! I highly recommend Jordan to anyone who shops in the area.

The rear glass hinge on my 2002 explorer broke & was hanging on with the other bent hinge. After tying it back up to secure it I took it to Jordan and the price of the part was extremely high but labor was reasonable. I asked if I brought in my own part would they fix it. They said as long as the part was comparable & had all the hardware. I found and took it to them & they had it fixed the same day! Thank you all for your fast, honest & quality work

Feel in love with my car right away. My sister and I were introduced to Kara, the manager, and we talked about our options for buying the car. No pressure, no hidden fees, everything was up front. We came back on Monday to the financial office and were treated well there too. Dan even made sure there was gas in my car!
