Have been going here for 5 years. The women working here have always been polite, efficient, and welcoming. A recent employee (last few months) has been rude & short with customers. I have watched. Today she waited on me & argued about my Amazon return. Kept trying to explain & show the process for my wardrobe return. She kept telling me I was wrong & impatiently arguing. I left. She didn’t care. Sad, that she blemishes your business. I know you’re busy without my business. But I’ll find somewhere else to ship my packages.
I believe they purposely did not scan my Amazon return in order to steal my item. When asked 4 days later why a return would not even be listed as dropped off yet, the two ladies were very unhelpful and blew me off. Was told at the time (4 days ago) there was no receipt to be given for a return drop off, so I handed them the package and left, as normal.Now there is no record of it being dropped off of course, and I’m out $100.So be careful if you come here, there are dishonest people everywhere it seems.
I don’t think a business could hire employees who are more rude and less helpful than the ones at this store. It was awful on my first visit but decided to give them a second chance. Even worse. To top it off, the express package arrived 5 days late. Overpriced and lousy “service”.
So when is the notary actually ever there?
If I could give 0 stars I would. I rarely write reviews but the service was so terrible that I felt the need to do so. I started by greeting the cashier because I thought maybe she’s just having a bad day, but nope she’s just a rude person. As a manager i’d rather shut the business down than have employees like that represent a business. What a disgrace, but shockingly so many others have had the same experience.
This is absolutely rediculous. Your people have an obligation to deliver products in the same condition they were received. The pictures obviously show mishandling and carelessness beyond the fact if it was or wasn’t mispackaged. What is the point of paying extra for the insurance when it can’t be utilized. I have used UPS for several years and have never had an issue. Myself and the company I work for and anyone who asks for a referral I will defenetly be directing in a different direction. Your company has completely ignored its obligation to customer satisfaction and quality service. Very disappointing to see UPS sink to the level of a second rate service. I will be sharing my experience with others.
Service was slow, no one greeted me, none of the three employees ever smiled for the 30 minutes I was here (Monday 5:30ish), none of the customers were happy, and the line was out the door. The least the employees could do is say hi and thank you with a smile. Customers’ shipments are kept in front of their counter where anyone can walk off with someone’s stuff.The unhappy employees are unhappy every time I visit this location. The customers’ boxes are kept in the customer area every time I visit this location.I only go here because Amazon returns go through UPS stores and Kohl’s. I don’t want to go into Kohl’s during the Christmas rush due to crowds, but I guess it is time to start doing that.I think UPS should buy out the UPS stores and make them all corporate like their competitor.
Went here to pick up a package recently and was treated very rudely by the employee at the register. I will be ending my contract with them as soon as I can.

This is a trash store. Management is terrible rude to customers. Demands personal information to receive packages. Had to video record them before getting my package. Called customer service and it’s a looped machine recording. Called ups center in Elkhart talked to dave was told package I’d made multiple attempts then he switched it to one then later said they are attempted three times then said good luck talking to customer service
Went there to return a package last Saturday at 2:57 pm. Two people in front of me outside as they were only letting 5 people in at a time. Employee leaned out door to tell person in front of me that they were closed. Poor customer service. Will go down to Ironwood instead.
Every time I go in this location there are ALWAYS issues. They charge 2$ to print a label to return to Amazon. A guy that works there closed the door and locked it on me as I reached the door. Dead up grabbed the door from me and locked it and said they were closed. They close way too early. It is always cluttered in there, never can find or reach the items you need to purchase for use. Employees are just plain rude. Its just too much chaos for that space. I wont be returning to this location no matter how convenient is can be. I rather drive farther then deal with it.

Went to this store on March 9th, around 5:15 in the evening. (so you will know who was working at the the time if you really care about customer service) The woman behind the counter was the rudest person ever! I cannot even begin to tell you how rude she was. There is a way to answer someones question without being rude, and maybe if you knew the words, CAN I HELP YOU? Come to find out, she even gives me the wrong information that was needed, in reality, this woman had no clue of what I was needing or even cared what I needed. Horrible place, will never go back!
Friendly and helpful but super expensive. 17 dollars to ship a Christmas bulb package weighing less than one pound total a distance of a 3 hr. drive.
I took a package in to ship to Canada and the employee told me it would cost like $500 to ship it UPS. I explained that I put all of the information into the UPS website and it gave me a cost of around $60ish. She said the site was wrong and did not enter anything in to check pricing. I left and shipped it via UPS elsewhere for $65... Definitely will not be returning there.
I was told by Comcast to drop off their equipment (I am now living at a different location) at a UPS Store. The process was documented well. This UPS Store offers a LOT of services in addition to shipping like Passport Photos, certain printing jobs, and a whole host of other services pertinent to many businesses. At the time of the writing of this review, it was VERY convenient to be able to show up after 5 and get things done!
Always get A+++ service at this UPS store at fair pricing. ( they dont control anything but the service-- which is excellent)
Are charging $1.50 to scan and email a page. I send off taxes monthly via multiple ups stores across the country and for some reason, probably I’ll trained employees, they are charging $1.40 more per page than anywhere else in town.
Screamed at my wife for trying to drop off a pre-labeled box because OUR INTERNET IS DOWN!!!!
My husband and I have been in the ups store the last few days. The lady that was working is AMAZING. She helped us in every way she could. Please go to this store. Amazing Customer Service

This location will not ship anything with the word gun in it. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use this location again, and I will encourage as many people as possible to do the same.
They are truly amazing every time I have to drop off my packages. Make you feel like family.

They are great helped my disabled mother in law get a box of books sent out. Took it right from her car thanks for helping her.

Dont knock they just leave notes waited hours for someone to come never heard a knock or anything they just left a note stating to pick it up

Not helpful at all the rep was very rude I will not be doing any business with this location ever again! The manager was unprofessional the rep working the counter was disrespectful.

Great service and convenient location.
Store closes a couple minutes early on Fridays. Dont assume that if you get there before closing time that you will receive any service.
