Super slow/poor service!I work out of the library across the street, so I come to this place quite a bit, and at different times of the day -- so this review is based on a lot of interactions. Overall, I find this place incredibly slow with poor service. The girls are always chatting and not really on top of things, and I have to wait forever for my order even when its not busy at all. So definitely dont come here if youre in a rush.The staff also isnt very knowledgeable or helpful. I ordered a tea, assuming that it would be hot (because its tea???), and Id even specified to the girl that Id be transferring my drink into my own thermos. After waiting a while, I got it iced; the girl hadnt mentioned that it came in both a hot and iced option, so I had to have her remake it, and wait even longer.Dont get the apple cider drink, it tastes like instant powdered apple cider with a $5 price tag. The pumpkin spice drink also isnt very good.Im unfortunately stuck going to this place, because theres limited coffee options near the library, but I dont recommend coming here if you dont have to. I certainly wont be tipping anymore, on account of the bad service.

The wait was too long for a milk tea considering its a Monday @3pm. There was about 4 employees total (and more are clocking in) just chatting and taking their time making drinks. The drink was too sweet imo and maybe the lack of ice might contribute to the overbearing sweetness. Im so used to go to Meet Fresh and 85 degrees so its not fair to compare this local gem to the more authentic milk tea places. Three stars for convenience and friendly service.

One of my favorite coffee shop in town. From coffee to dessert, hands down everything tastes superb. Baristas are always friendly and makes excellent coffee. My favorite drink is Brad Pitt and Matcha roll cake is a must-try.

The jasmine milk Tea was weak sauce. The only reason for the two stars was the tasty boba. I probably wont be back.

Coffee is good and customer service is excellent. Will be back for sure. Ambience is clean. Not many selections tough. Maybe it would be a good idea if they more selections in pastries. Overall very good experience.

Stopped by here after having lunch at Harmony. I wanted to get a drink for me and my mom. I pass by this place all the time and have been dying to try it.We got two drinks. I got the Uni Matcha Latte and the Taro Storm Boba Latte. Theyre both really good! I didnt want it too sweet because my mother and I are not the sweet tooth kind of people. It was great! I highly recommend for others to come try their drinks. I wasnt disappointed at all.

I love harmony! Their tea is very good and so is the boba. I am personally not a huge tea or boba fan but I love harmony. Their cold brew coffee is also amazing and the staff is friendly and efficient

Gross, we got the Thai tea and strawberry milk tea. Tasted watered down, drink was also warm. 10/10 do not recommend for boba. 😡

Nice and tucked away in a shopping center of Mission Viejo, this place always has great service, and makes really excellent tea. Their boba is pretty great too!

Matcha creamsicle w boba:Tastes like a mellow orange creamsicle. I cant taste the matcha at all. The boba is meh.

Boba was delicious. The black milk tea w boba was tasty, and the hibiscus cooler was refreshing. Love the fact you can request the level of sweetness in your drinks. Cute place. The employee was very patient even though I asked a lot of questions. Will return again for more drinks.

I do not think the employees know how to make tea drinks. It’s the first time I’ve been there and my drink was completely watered down, probably the worst I’ve ever had and I absolutely love boba tea.

Great boba, I have been there a few times and it has always been great. I usually order a black milk tea and it’s ready very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice place to meet friends, its casual place. Menu has a variety of drinks. My personal favorite is the Harmony House coffee, its rich in flavor, not your ordinary coffee. The cirtrus mint is great for summer weather. Staff is courteous and provides speedy service. This place can get crowded at certain hours.

Disappointing. They used to be good, but I dont know what happened. Ordered black milk tea with boba and light ice. Tasted like water and there was not a lot of boba, so I probably wont be going back.EDIT 6/15/21: I reached out to Harmony after receiving their response below. Not only did they upload a $5 credit to my account to try their boba again, but they also refunded the entire charge for my previous order. I went back on Sunday (6/13) and got the same thing, and the tea had more flavor this time, and the boba was as good as I remember it used to be. Maybe it was an off day for them last month. Ive updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars because of their stellar customer service and the return of flavor to their drinks.

Their house coffee has the most pungent taste seems as if they used expired milk very disappointed for the price. DONT buy their drinks

I love the quality of the tea that they use! They have the best boba pearls Ive ever had, both texture and taste is great! I havent found a drink that I didnt enjoy! Harmony has become my go to boba stop ever since I discovered it.

My daughters love to go to Harmony and hang with their friends and they love your drinks. My only criticism is the payment portion of your online ordering...it is horrible. Please fix it. The payment for some reason never goes through. I have to continually try and pay. My daughter and friends have the same problem.

Nice place to sit down. Warm atmosphere. Board games and tables in the back. Staff here were nice enough to exchange drinks if you dont like it. I dont recommend the caramel milk tea. Had a big gulp of pure caramel syrup as it sat, on the bottom and sides, not mixed. The Honey milk tea was ok.

Owner and the Staffs gives professional services and the atmosphere is so cozy .I recommended to all my friends.

This is not an amazing bubble please go somewhere else if you can but if you don’t have many options this is OK

Drinks have too much sugar with barely any tea. It was like flavored water with a hint of tea. I’d rather get McDonalds ice tea, which would be much cheaper and would have the tea flavor. I think most of the customers are nearby residents. There’s really not many boba shops in Mission Viejo. I’d imagine the locals just go there because of convenience. Any decent boba shop would require at least 15 minutes drive away from Mission Viejo...Will not be coming back nor would I recommend this shop.

Love this place every visit. Great teas and everyone is always friendly. Im a creature of habit and stick with the Jasmine Dragon Pearl, but my bride and kids are constantly trying other teas and milk teas and always love them.

Staff was very friendly! We had a great coffee and tasty samples of tea. The peach tea my daughter got was full of pulp, giving it a very strange and unpleasant texture for a tea, but it had a good flavor.

I started coming here about two months ago. Honestly the employees are so nice and funny. The setting/atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting.The teas are very refreshing. My favorites are the watermelon green tea and the Lavender Earl Grey. The desserts are very tasty. I recommend the Marble Cookie.

Only minus for this place is not enough wall outlets. But other than that great staff. Really friendly and cheerful. The coffee was strong as a bull. Im a big coffee drinker and it got me wired. Teas smelled great but i did not partake while i was there. Would definitely recommend

Harmony is a great place to hang out and do work/homework. I go there almost every week and get the Hibiscus Cooler with boba, and its consistently great. They also mark down their pastries to $2 after 5pm, so its a good place to grab a snack.It would be a better experience if they had more tables and seating, or if they had heaters for their outdoor tables since it is always completely packed and can be very hard to find a seat. The drinks are also pretty slow to come out, sometimes taking 10-15 minutes, but they do brew it all fresh there for you to see.

My first visit I had the rootbeer rooibos tea (iced) and it was AMAZZZZZZING. She crafted it so perfectly that made the wait totally worth it. I cant wait to try all the others.

Harmony Tea Bar is delicious. They have authentic, delicious tea with outstanding boba. There are so many amazing flavors of tea to choose from. This place is great to stop by quickly, or even to sit and talk because they have plenty of seating. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly.

Was not impressed with this place. Ive been looking for a good place to get milk tea in the area and was hopeful this would be it. When i visited there was no one there, and the girl taking my order had no knowledge of their menu. She couldnt answer my questions. The tea we ended up getting wasnt great. I will not return. Also- this place is EXTREMELY hard to find. You cannot see it from the road or the parking lot.

Whenever I come here the staff is so friendly, helpful and nice. The boba, tea, refreshers and the snacks they serve are all awesome. 5 stars, recommended for sure. Also the store itself is so cute and very calming/relaxing, just to do homework or chill out, they even have games. One of my favorite places :)

Diverse drink menu, not much food. Popularity exceeds the seating space. Tea is the new coffee. Seems like its frequented by younger groups. All this could make it your ideal spot, but if youre looking for an older style tea house to sip tea and chat quietly, this isnt it.

Craving a Tea Drink? You cant go wrong with this place! Delicious and healthy drinks along with friendly staff. They serve their Boba warm in their drinks, it may sound a bit weird at first, but its great! Stuck on what to get? Two of my favorites are a Caramel Black Milk Tea and their Iced House Coffee.

This tea bar has a wide selection of teas. We ordered a lavender earl grey tea and found it a tiny bit sweet or fruity. The staff were very nice and helpful. We like that they offer almond and soy milk options.

Very disappointed. Location was hard to find, the service was short and not informative. It seems they did not care to work there. Quality of the drink was so bad. I had a Thai ice tea with boba. I got this very light milky tasteless drink. Anybody who knows Thai ice tea knows the color it should be. Prices high comparing to other places with much better quality.

Wanted the milk tea to have more tea flavor, the boba was not the right chewy ness, it was too soft, maybe it was just the busy hour when I went but they were slow to make my order, but I like how they make their milk teas with fresh milk instead of a powder also you can choose what type of milk they use

Average tea/coffee spot. The tapioca pearls (boba) they use are nice and chewy. We ordered a chai tea with tapioca and the flavor was good, but unfortunately it was a bit watered down as ice was added when the tea was still warm. Not enough ice in it though because it was a weird lukewarm temperature, not very enjoyable to drink. Service was a bit slow and not anything special.

A really great place for tea and craft coffee. The matcha green tea latte with oat milk and boba was fantastic. The made a proper matcha tea with a mortar and pestle, then they poured a bit of cool water on top of this tea and poured on top on the oat milk and boba. Great job guys. Definitely coming back here in the future.

No ambience, but absolutely outstanding menu and drinks. Truly exceptional drinks and a couple of steps above the usual boba place. They are also very quick.

Higher end boba place with a more extensive tea list and modifiable sugar and ice amounts. Its about $5 for a drink, but its nice that they use real fruit and organic teas.

Everything tastes fine, but not for the prices theyre charging. And its not like this place isnt busy, so I cant understand why the prices are as high as they are. There are cheaper alternatives nearby, in my opinion.

Exceedingly dull taste every time Ive visited regardless of which tea - milk, fruit flavored, etc. If youre looking for a sweet boba drink, avoid - like 25% sugar here. As for the tea flavors, non-existent. Just nothing spectacular thatll activate the taste buds and say, its great tea! Youd do better with a Lipton tea bag in your own cup. Forgettable. Even the strawberry lemon is a pain - lemon seeds left in, which means just when you think youve got strawberry in your mouth to chew, you hit a seed and gotta go slowly through, spitting out the lemon seeds.

College hangout spot. Teas/Coffee are delicious, but the ambiance/decor is run down and unpleasant.

If you’re looking for a delicious boba place in OC and you can’t make it to Irvine, then this is the best place. It’s not a traditional boba place, though, they don’t use artificial syrups, colors, or tea powders. They use 100% natural loose leaf teas, fruits, and organic ingredients. The service is always amazing. I’ve been going here for two years and many of the bobaristas know me by name and remember my order. And, if you’re not satisfied with your drink for any reason, they will happily remake it for you. My favorite drinks are the strawberry jasmine, or any of their jasmine drinks (their jasmine tea is amazing), their thai tea (it’s completely natural and isn’t a horrible orange color), and their large selection of loose leaf teas (like the bai hao oolong). I also love that they will make your drink in a reusable cup. Not only does this place have quality teas, boba, and service, but it has a nice vibe and is a great place to hang out with friends.

I love drinking Matcha lattes and this was 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I dont ever do reviews but this place was my least favorite...aaaand they gave me a small straw so I couldnt even eat the boba🤦‍♀️ I wont ever go back...but the people were nice I suppose

I was down in Southern California and had to make a visit to Harmony Tea Bar, since I follow them on Instagram. I was not disappointed. I ordered the strawberry lemon green tea (seasonal). One of the best places Ive ever had boba. The tea was awesome. Not to strong and a hint of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this place if you are down near the Mission Viejo area.
