I have never left a review for a CVS but I went to this one for the 1st time to get some photos printed for an engagement party when my Costco photo order was not delivered in time. I interacted with 3 store employees during my visit and they were all very friendly and helpful. Id recommend this CVS (there are 3 in a close proximity) based on the customer service I received.

Really bad service. If they make a mistake on your orders, it takes forever to correct and they blame you. It happened to me twice..

Social distancing and masks required. Plexiglass dividers at checkout. Nice, helpful staff everytime Ive been. Got help with what charger my phone required after opening up two others. And the employee was still nice.

Im medicare recipient and monthly Im getting from my insurance Monthly Prescription Summary. July 2020 Prescription summary shows that allegedly purchase AZELASTINE for $5 and thata Plan paid $22.86. Problem is that I did not purchased AZELASTINE in July 2020. Month before, June Prescription Drug Summary shown that allegedly on 6/26/2020 I purchased WIXELA and that plan paid $470.58 and I paid $106. Problem is that I did not purchase WIXELA in June. Those phantom purchases are showing pon my reports despite that I did not purchase those medicines. When I called CVS to report error, I was told that I need to call someone else and I was being hanged on. Before June 2020 I was not checking correctness of Prescription Drug Summaries I was receiving. I assumed that they are right. Now, since June 2020 I know better than that. Pharmacies have too many incentives to add phantom drugs to the Medicare recipient Drug Summaries. I believe that very few Medicare recipients (if any) are checking correctness of those reports sent out by Insurance companies managing drug program for Medicare. Therefore likelihood of spotting error by drug recipients is low.

THIS CVS IS THE WORST CVS TO EVER GO TO. My daughters had Covid testing and GOT REFUSED SERVICE. So today we arrived at CVS for my daughter’s to take the Covid testing, my daughters had appointments at 3:00 and 3:15. We arrived at exactly 3 and nobody was at the testing booth so I went inside to ask where she was SHE WAS SHOPPING INSIDE and when She Came Back outside for the testing she said she can’t do my daughter at 3 because we were late, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE SHE WAS THE ONE SHOPPING INSIDE and when we asked her why she can’t do it and told her that she was the one shopping she DENIED SERVICE FOR MY OTHER DAUGHTER AT HER 3:15 APPOINTMENT! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS WORKER IS STILL WORKING AT THAT LOCATION. She started screaming and yelling because I pointed out the obvious of her shopping. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! My daughters have health issues and THIS COVID TESTING WAS CRITICAL! Now I have to wait 3 MORE days for another appointment and if anything happens to my daughters it ALL HER FAULT. We Had to wait almost a week for those appointments and Now I have to wait ANOTHER 3 DAYS AND DRIVE 45 MIN TO MY OTHER LOCATION BECAUSE SHE WAS SHOPPING! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Too bad I have to give this place one star. The place is so dirty. The pharmacy staff isn’t knowledgeable and are extremely rude. Do go here. Go across the street to Walgreens is clean and has a friendly staff!

Pretty clean and nearly empty. I just read in to verify the store and pharmacy hours. employee who helped me was very nice friendly and helpful. I will be back next time I need to purchase something.

My rating applies specifically to the pharmacy at this location. The pharmacy at this location needs work. They frequently are unable to fulfill prescriptions; either due to lack of staffing or the lack of inventory. Moreover, the staff that is usually there are often overwhelmed and overworked (I can tell as I manage a very large team of people).Worse still, I went to fulfill a prescription today and was horrified to find several of the staff coughing into their sleeves and not wearing health masks. I do realize they come in contact with the general public (and so it is inevitable that they catch something).However, speaking as a vaccine nonresponder, I would appreciate them wearing a mask to prevent further spread of whatever theyre infected with to others.

Got our passport done late at night and Frank (Frank up front) was sooo amazing and helpful! He worked with us to get this done at 11:30 at night and was just all around amazing. Thank you so much Frank!

The staff is very helpful and curtious. I have two major complaints though. The store is about 65 degrees so I have to leave before I am done shopping because I am so cold and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Tonight I went to reach for the handrail and it was covered with small drops of sprayed blood. Thank God I saw it first. I have a pic but dont know how to post it here.The bathroom is always gross when I go there. Not a one time thing.

Its such a waste of time to write about a “rude employee here (name: Michelle) at the pharmacy section”. She is a low character, a cheapo with no training on how to handle a simple conversation, let alone the concept of customer service. Once upon a time, she was so rude right in front of her Pharmacy Manager (Roza Kazemi) - which explains she is abusing everyone, even the management - when she insistently failed to ask my identity to pull up my account. Instead, she started moving her nasty hands in the air with rude gestures, and when I inquired about her name from her manager, Michelle demonstrated bullying and making several scenes - a sign of her ignorance to a simple procedure: that she is the one who is responsible to ask patients name and/or date of birth to pull up the account, not anyone else. She is now also being found nasty, rude, and abrupt on the phone calls as well. Maybe a reason why she has not learnt basics of people and soft skills in 10 years..

As a whole the location is okay. The pharmacy department needs to work on their bedside manner. Many are curt and rude when busy. Some act as if you are there to serve them rather than the other way around. Its just that it took me so long to have them get my prescriptions correct that I dont want to change.

When you walk in the door a woman cashier YELLS hello, hello and will Not stop until you reply!!! Then is Nasty at Checkout!! Then she Yells goodbye, goodbye on your way out!! This is crazy!!?? I am changing locations because of her!! Seriously!!

So, Im not sure what this womens name was older women brown hair, I waited after gathering all my items, then when it was my turn to be rung up Im told to go to check stand 1 ok no problem she coughs a phlegmy cough into her hand, when I was younger and didnt have a barely turned 2 month old wouldve been whatever dont care, not only did she not use her sleeve but continued to ring up my items without using the hand sanitizer which mind you was less than five inches away from her hands, but was causing a line because I calmly explained i dont get charged for bags because I am on assistance she treated as though I was ignorant and belligerent and towards the end, she then came to the conclusion I was right but spoke to me as if I was three and I wouldnt understand, I immediately said it was fine and I have to get back to my newborn, which mind you a quick pick up and go took almost 20 mins and my husband with my baby who was awake and waiting to be fed was waiting patiently. Cmon really and earlier in the week a technician was extremely rude while I was picking up prenatal, I really am going to go the extra distance to go some where else, Im not giving them another chance, sorry wouldnt tell anyone to go there.

Ive been going here for three years. For the last year I have had the worst experiences. My boyfriend has encouraged me multiple times to change pharmacies but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I got a text at 11:28am yesterday saying my script was ready and would be available for the next day. I arrived the next day at 10 am and they had already restocked it. Said I waited too long.That would have been fine and I would have politely waited ten minutes for them to refill it except this is 6th time theyve told me my insurance wasnt taking and I needed to fix it. My insurance fixed their end of things months ago. Everytine they act like its not their fault and they are annoyed. Last time this happened they said it was all fixed and wouldnt happen again, except of course it did.Ok so we could blame that all on computers and insurance. But their customer service is lacking. I go in the pharmacy once or twice a month, for the last THREE YEARS and they dont recognize me or realize theyve screwed up my order multiple times.They stopped carrying one of my scripts and never bothered to tell me. Just handed me the new brand. I was sick for a week with weird side affects until I realized the script was a new brand. I spoke to my doctor and they said the pharmacy should never do that and should always ask the doc for permission first. When I went to the pharmacy to discuss it with them they said I shouldnt be able to tell the difference in brands and they stopped carrying my brand. If I wanted that specific brand Id have to go to a sister location. Wow! Terrible service and terrible system in place. It all brought me to tears today as I had had it with them. I tried not to take it out on the clerk but she has personally assisted me before and acted completely oblivious to my issues.Done with CVS on Marguerite!

This pharmacy has the absolute WORST customer service ever! The Asian girl who is responsible for checking in your prescription is absolutely useless, unfriendly, snobby and most importantly incompetent and lazy! Just because the doctor forgot write todays date next to her signature, she refused to fill my prescription for antibiotics and Tylenol when I told her that I just came from their dentist office and had over 4 hours of major, root canal dental work done. Instead if calling the dentist office herself to confirm the date, she gave it to someone else to call and since they are too busy to call, my prescription just sits there without getting filled meanwhile I am in pain. I even offered to dial the number myself but she said I cant do that. Omg, she needs to be retrained or fired!! I ended up taking my prescription back and permanently switched my pharmacy to Walgreens.CVS just lost a long time customer because of her incompetence and unwillingness to do her job and I will definitely share my experience with everyone I know....

Just left cvs on marguerite and la Paz. Kim checked me out and was super patient when I left my card in my car. Love that this is the only cvs 24 hour around my house and the employees are always really kind at any hour of the night.
