If your vehicle has tire issues or anything to do with the suspension system, these guys will do a good job in my opinion hence the two stars. In contrary, if you have any engine issues Id save yourself some trouble and take it to a certified mechanic.The office people are essentially clueless when it comes to the actual work being done, so Im not going to say its the mechanics being incompetent. I brought my truck to these guys in good hopes theyd fix my truck, but the past two times Ive had it serviced at this location, Ive had to take it back to my mechanic shop to repair what should have been done in the first place. Also the prices are way jacked up and outrageous! Sorry guys but Ill never let yall touch mine or my wifes vehicles again. If your techs cant fix something let your customers know.

Needed a tire for my trailer,wasn’t in stock but got it in the next day.I had to call to see if it was in other than that it went smooth

I will say everyone here was very kind. That doesnt make up for extremely long wait times and faulty work. Bought a car from ride time that was pulling and engine light came on. Was asked to bring car here. With an appointment I waited over 2 hrs for them to tell me what was wrong with the car. 1st day of missed work. Came back next day for an alignment. 2nd day of missed work. Get the car back, its still pulling. Come back next day. 3rd day of missed work. Say needs new tire. Remember just brought the car 3 weeks ago. Lucky ride time owner wanted a second opinion. It doesnt need tired. So now I will have to go back for new alignment. So pending 4th day of work missed.

It seems like every time I go up there to get an oil change and tires rotated. There is a three hour wait time. I bought my tires from there. I dont want to sit there for three hours. Im going Tuesday early when they open. Im going to see what happens. If they cant take care of it. I will go somewhere else. Ill pay to have my tires rotated. Im not happy with this.

Recently Ive been taking my car here for service when its needed as I purchased the vehicle from Car Town. Russ and the team are great, and do an excellent job to take care of what I need.

I needed some tires quick...called this place and the price was right. The place is very clean, and the people were really nice and very welcoming. The service was very quick; I got what I needed done on my lunch break. I will be coming here for any future services. 😊

When in on oct 15 was a friday guy said they can order the tires and they will be in monday. monday comes around i go up there no tires will call you once their in later that day no call. tuesday rolls around i call they said they will call back no call back i called to today to check on the tires yet again they said they can only find 3 tires in the shop waste of time dont go here

Huge thanks to these guys at GoodYear for fixing my flat right at closing time when no one else on Louisville would!!My 4year old and I came out of the doctors office to a lovely surprise of a flat tire, I drove to the closest gas station to air it up in the freezing rain, then drove into town and proceeded to be turned away by 2 other tire places because it was almost 5oclock: closing time. But these guys took us in right away and fixed us up with no fuss! All were very polite and quick. 5 Stars ❤️

Bought a Toyota Truck from car Town in Monroe for My Stepson,They had installed 4 new tires at their tire center They did not have the unit and had to go their west Monroe Dealership to get the Truck . He bought the truck to go to college in East Texas for his last year of pre Med. Before the holidays on the way back home he lost a wheel on I20. So we had the car towed to Yokem Toyota I knew the service adviser as a patient and I taught at LSU medical for years . They towed the car and informed me that the all other wheels were loose too and not torqued correctly He said that’s why they came loose and he was luck that lost the tire came off as he was on an exit ramp to get gas. They also showed me where the front end and the right frame corner was previously damaged and patched. So we got the truck fixed correctly at the Yokem for $3408.00. Upon the return I called the Car town Owners and tried to get a hold of our salesman. Since he had shown us a clean auto report and they said that he no longer works there and he is LA Auto Sales. They offered no help to on the cost of the repairs and said they make it up to on my next repair.

Customer service is the best. The techs here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also the service manager Mr. King is the best. He is always professional and up front with issues and cost of services. The price might be a little high but the quality of thw work is untouched. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my vehicles.

Just had an O2 sensor replaced on our Tahoe. They quoted one price and when my wife went to pay the bill they had additional charges that were not explained (diagnostic charge for 65.00). When my wife asked about the charge the manager Shannon was very rude and started yelling at her. Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
