Should have posted this much sooner.Last year, I bought my 4runner at Car Solutions. I am still happy. I see the effort that goes into making this business work. They had a nice selection. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful; flexible and full of options, while I decided what I wanted and how I was going to pay. These guys deserve a shot at your business

This place is a scam. I bought a 2003 Lexus ls430 from them and had to spend 5,000 on it to get it fixed. Then to make matters worse, my title hasnt come in and my temp tag expired. They will not issue me another temp tag and Im stuck and cant drive this vehicle that I paid cash for. Dont buy a car from this company. They are scammers...

They sold me a BMW 3 years ago . Wayne has done all the service on the car . Great work so far not the cheapest, But the best!!!Had my Son Buy a car 2 weeks ago fair price and a great buy.

Very honest straight to the point tracey is the best

The ONLY shop in Northeast Louisiana to bring an exotic too. Whether its Mercedes, Land Rover, Porsche, Rolls, or even an old Jeep, they can take care of it. Had an electrical problem in a Range Rover that no one even the dealership could figure out. Car Solutions fixed it with a small wire brush and a $8 relay. Took them less than 10 minutes and I was out the door. Very impressive!

These people are not honest at all. They do not stand behind the cars they sell. As soon as papers are signed you are on your own. Im posting for a family member.

They have the best customer service, very patient and nice. I highly recommend this place of business.

This is my second car we are buying from theses guys the new mangement are a lot more caring eventhough i had no problem with Destin and his crew but i felt a bit being pushed but Tracey and his sales staff went out of their way to find the right carFor my grandson .Also cant say enough goid thing about the service they have been working on my wife Mercedes G class for the last 10 years .they always hand wash the car when done . Jeff,Richard and Wayne did a great job when a car hit her door at Walmart last year

I wouldnt advise no 1 to buy from Car Solutions here in Monroe they are crooks they lie to get your business I bought a car 3 months ago drove it home an the radiator busted as soon as I made it home they would not buy me a radiator nor reimburse me, then the rear brakes was making noise they told me they justed put new brakes on it an that was a lie they changed the price of the car without me knowing it they told me 1 price on the phone but did the paper work with a higher price the owner and the fake sales manager not good business people they all carry guns cause they are cowards

These people have been working on my dads Mercedes since 1984 and bought several Mercedes from them they treat him with fairness and honesty I recently purchased a Honda from them and I had just gone through a divorce And my credit was not perfect they worked very hard to get me financed and they treated me with respect

Took my sons truck there they were closed but he was still there working on his jeep Fixed the flat put a plug in the tire. Wayne refuse to charge me anything and just said tole to tell l your friends about us. so here I am telling GOOGLE LOL

Great folks bought a car super easy to deal with new to the area from up north first class service .My wife had a small issue they fixed it at no charge and they washed and deatiled the car for her at no cost
