I don’t think I’ve ever had a car buying experience that I have thoroughly enjoyed until now. The sales person Jermaine absolutely blew me away with his professionalism, can-do attitude and all around attentiveness during my experience. Not only was Jermaine super awesome to work with, but also the entire staff at Monroe from the receptionist to the sales manager really delivered excellent service. Jermaine went above and beyond to meet my demands and was honest and upfront with me the entire time, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease unlike other times I’ve purchased a vehicle. This dealership promised almost a too good to be true car buying experience and somehow delivered on everything they said. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone buying to work with Jermaine or any of the Monroe family for their next car. I will definitely be looking for Jermaine the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

Make sure you look over what youre buying from these guys..I wanted this jeep but it needed to much work for them to be asking what they were asking and not addressing the issues pictured.

We scheduled an 8am appointment for routine service, coolant system flush and fuel system flush. My husband got there early so he could be one of the first ones in because he had a doctors appointment at noon in Toledo. He asked when he checked in about how long it would take, he was told about 2 hours. He stayed in the waiting area and informed the service desk when he walked up to the corner store and let them know when he got back 15 minutes later. At 11am, he was still waiting. He checked with the service desk, the girl said she was on lunch, but she would go check, but she never came back. Then another girl was at the desk, so he asked her and she went and found someone else and finally they found out the vehicle was ready. It was now 11:50am, so he was not going to make it to his noon appointment. When I got off work, I had a voice mail from Monroe Dodge letting me know my vehicle was done and ready to go at 935 am...I was confused by this message, knowing the trouble my husband had while he was there. So we checked our invoice, and on the invoice it said the technician finished at 9:32 am. The service we had done was fine. Everything was done well, we just dont understand why he was left waiting for over 2 hours for absolutely no reason.

From the saleswoman Denise Case, to Larry the sales manager, to Hassan the finance manager...all world class. We expressed our families needs and budget, and they worked to get us the very first new vehicle of our lives. We could have bought from anywhere,, but were so glad we landed here. Purchased a Dodge Durango that put me down after 3 months and was told after purchasing that they are going to mail a bottle out to my address when I recieve it put it straight into my radiator which didnt sound right to me but the car broke down before the bottle could arrive. After blatant fraud by Friendly Jeep in Warren, we found a similar vehicle in the color we originally wanted online. I sent a short note explaining the terrible experience we just went through at Friendly, the price we were looking to pay, and a please advise. It was a Sunday and we got automated reply assuring us we would be contacted asap. Monday morning Mark Lawrence, called from Monroe Dodge. He received my message and we proceeded to discuss moving forward on this purchase. Within an hour, he had us approved for the amount we wanted to pay, and said come in and get your car. We proceeded to drive the hour and a half, still a little skeptical from our previous experience. When we arrived, our vehicle was sitting out front, all clean and shiny with a full tank of gas. We met Mark for the first time, loved the showroom and his associates, who were all wonderful no pressure people. Financing was ready and exactly as promised. Seriously, I cannot say enough about how comfortable and easy this was. I would hang our with these guys outside of work! We were out of there in an hour, with plates! Very rough Customer Service. I walked into the garage for an oil change without really knowing where to go. It was my first time here for service work. I stood at a desk waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There was a girl that directed me over to the left to 2 men at their computers. I stood in front of an older gentleman for over a minute before he looked up and acknowledged I was there. He was abrasive to deal with and his customer service skills were sub par. I felt as if I was a bother being there. I will not be back for an oil change or to purchase another vehicle. I should have listened to others about their experience here. They were very disappointed also.

Bought a certified preowned Jeep recently, we had a good experience with Mark Ballard and the purchase process. After only one week of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on, obviously a worrying situation for a newly purchased vehicle. We brought the vehicle back and Monroe Dodge fixed it free of charge even though the original warranty was expired. There was another warranty that had a $100 deductible but we didn’t have to pay a dime. As a new customer that was very much appreciated! They definitely met our expectations.

We have had nothing but trouble when I would need to have my Ford serviced, I always felt like they were treating me like a child, even though I am a woman in my 30s. We decided to get rid of our Ford in November and purchase a Dodge van for space. This was the first time needing to have it checked and expressed my anxiety about it due to having very poor customer service with Ford. The gentlemen that worked with me was kind, spoke to me like an adult, and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. I am thankful for them!

Absolutely horrible customer service their service department is very rude and unprofessional. We have 4 Jeep’s in my family and have family members employed with Chrysler, and we will continue to make our purchases elsewhere. I tried to stay local this time with my oil change/check up and they failed at best, so back to Yark it is!

Quick turn around and very friendly guy I worked with, Tim. Had my car back on the road in a day and a half!However the diagnostic charge is on the higher end at $120 and it does not get credited too the repair which to my understanding is the standard. I even called to ask if it would be credited and one employee told me it would so when I received my bill it was frustrating.Overall not a bad place to do business with but if you know your problem is a small repair I’d recommend another mechanic.

Strongly advise to stay away from their service department. I took my 2020 Ram to the service shop to install a OEM trailer brake controller. I had a non-working aftermarket OEM trailer brake controller that was mounted under the dash with two screws and a plug n play clip into the computer board. While dropping the vehicle off, i asked if it wasnt to much trouble to remove the old trailer brake controller as it wasnt working anyways.I was quoted upfront, 220 for the trailer brake controller and 215 for the install of the new OEM controller and total would be 435.00They call me up to tell me my truck is ready for pickup and the cost is 510 because there is a 75 dollar charge for removing the old controller.First off, you were already working in that area of the truck installing the new controller and to take out 2 screws and unplug a connector cost 75 dollars. This is hilarious because it literally cost more to remove the controller than the entire controller even cost. Lets say for all intents and purposes, they charge 75/hr. for labor. Im no mechanic, but i can promise it did not take an hour to unscrew 2 screws and if it did, more reason why i would stay away from this dealerships service department.If you read this entire review, i highly recommend to stay away from the service department of this dealership as they will simply take you to the cleaner and not even think twice about it. I expect to be scammed from a no name auto shop telling me i need this and i need that, but to be taken advantage of by a reputable Chrysler Dealership is insane.Never again.

I had searched all over the jeep dealerships looking for a gladiator...they would only have 2 on the lot..disappointed my cousin suggested Monroe..not only did I find many.. I found the one... the people were so friendly.. knowledgeable on the vehicles, I had a positive experience.. I told the representative what I wanted and she went above and beyond.. between 2 Reps I got My gladiator the way I wanted it... I highly suggest this dealership when looking for a jeep product..

I Inquired about a new Jeep & the Dearler changed the priced overnight after my inquiry. As it was a huge error for them but a wonderful deal for me. After contacting multiple people & finally talking to the sale Reps they gave me the run around about who to contact regarding price. They said to call Jeep corporate, marketing etc. I asked the sale rep for that in writing but she didn’t provide that because it was a BOLD FACE LIE. After consulting multiple family that works for Chrysler HR in addition to calling multiple people in corporate like told by sales rep as she consulted with manager first. It was actually a dealership error! I finally called the dealership back and spoke with the manager Larry. He denied everything the sales rep told me. “She’s new i don’t know why she told you that”, “I never told her to say that”. And said “our website say prices are subject to change” however it doesn’t it actually say they offer Transparent pricing!!!!! Likewise, he kept over talking me! I had to literally tell him I was talking, I could even hear him blow his breath as I was speaking. The mistake was based on dealership error not corporate & he did not honor the price. I would’ve understood that the first time instead of being rude and telling me a lies.I would’ve still gotten the truck regardless of the price, if they would’ve handled the situation better!!!!!!Pro tip: anyone looking for a vehicle do your research, I have multiple friends that are TRUE salesman with business degrees & are financial managers at Chrysler dealerships & they are taught to take your money! The prices they are giving you aren’t deals, they go based off what you tell them if you talk to much! they change interest rates, pocket down payment and add on addition fees & warranties you may not really need.

Im so disappointed with your store. My wife brought a bent rim in to you guys and we purchased a new one for our vehicle which is fine but your people told her that we would need to spend another $600 on the tire and valve stem!!!! After telling her the tire that was on the bad rim would not work!!!! It is shame that we spend so much money on vehicles only to get a terrible quote on something we did not even need. It is disappointing to say the least!!!!!

My sister went there looking for a new car on Feb.12,2021. Not one person in the dealership was wearing a mask. She asked the salesmen why they didnt have masks and was told, We dont need them. There was one girl answering the phone with a mask down around her chin. Not going there again and well complain to the MI Dept. of Health about this.

My sales guy was very nice. However.... The 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased did not come with navigation, and was told I could not get it, but could use google car play. I called uconnect to set up account, they told me I could get navigation, but I would have to purchase through dealer. I called dealer back, they quoted me $770 for purchase code. I got on FCA website and purchased for $420 dollars myself and entered purchase code into vehicle.I had to purchase a new plate but the finance guy was unable to explain why I could not transfer my old plate that was an SUV as well.The vehicle had a recall out the door that was not taken care of prior to purchase, and had to take time off work to come get taken care two weeks after purchase. The service department told me my back tires were starting to bald, but coincidentally had just enough tred they dont replace. While in service department I asked for a quote on a hitch and wiring install, they quoted nearly $1100 dollars, I then shopped around and other places ran around $400.Overall not very pleased as a customer and not likely to purchase here again.

So i took my jeep in for some warranty work. The service department was great. Had a rental waiting for me. Took down my info and had the jeep in getting work done that same night. They called me with what they found and what they were going to do to fix it. When i picked it up the next day they went through my paperwork and explained everything they had do. Very pleased with the service department. We have three jeep and i will take them to Monroe from now on. Hats off to the great people there.

Shop around you will find better deals than this place. Salesman are pushy and do not stand behind their word. Shop around you will save lots of money. Do not let them work on your vehicles here. Take it to another dealership. The mechanics in this garage suck. Always get second opinions when you deal with this place

Oh. My. Gosh. Where do I even start! We have bought many cars before, and have been to many dealerships! This one was above and beyond anything we could have ever experienced when it comes to service! Tynan helped us and seriously he was the NICEST person ever!!!!!! We were there for a while, and we had kids with us, and they were bored so Tynan went to the gas station and surprised the kids with some candy. He also put a Disney movie on his computer for them to watch while they waited. The store also stayed open for almost 2 hours past closing to finish helping us purchase a car. Honestly, we will come here for all future purchases because we are just blown away at how kind and helpful EVERYONE was that works here! Best service ever!!!! We cannot say enough good things!!!!!
