Great place and good people. I was looking for a car for my son an I came across Karmart. We live about 2 hours away so they stayed an extra hour and a half for us so we could check it out. We worked out a good deal and my son is very happy with his new car. CLEAN AND EASY.

I bought a 2009 Tahoe from them and the check engine light came on Sunday took it to get diagnosed and it’s a problem with the transmission haven’t had the truck 2 months yet. I did take the truck to one of their people to look at the truck when I purchased the truck they said it wasn’t no issue. All of a sudden now it’s something wrong with the transmission in a month I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN TOOK THE TRUCK TO ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE they recommended AND ALL AND STILL LEFT WITH PROBLEMS. Thank God for warranty without it I would have been screwed. Only issue they solved was the ac problem.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Was coming from 2 hours away on a Saturday afternoon to check out a vehicle and hit traffic and weather delays. The guys stayed 30 minutes after closing to wait for us. After a test drive I decided to buy the vehicle which put them at 2 hrs after closing and there was never a sign of annoyance. Even offered to gas it up before we left. Will definitely buy from again!

Told the guy I was interested in buying a car that we test drove. It was late, so he said go online, put in an application, and I will send it to the bank in the morning. No response. About a week later, went online, told him we were still interested in buying the car. He said, well you didnt call me and let me know you wanted me to check your credit. Huh??? I thought that was the reason for putting in the application. About another week. No response. Just forget it!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars i would they sold my Mother a 2008 Nissan Altima a few years back and it’s been nothing but trouble from day one the valve cover had a leak which could’ve caught the car on fire it was so bad we took it to the actual Nissan dealership and they told her she just needs to trade that car in or buy a new one it smoked so bad when you first started it and not to mention an exhaust leak, and much more which wasn’t addressed to her when she bought the car and the car continues to have problems till this day! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they’ll rip you off!!!

They are not honest, they do not tell you the truth when they sell you a car, my car has issues the AC is not working and the check engine turn on days after I had it, ask then if every thing was ok with the car and they say it eas ok, call the next day Ito see if they can give a discount cause of the AC issue but they did not want to help, I do not recommed it at all

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This car lot does very bad business when it comes to customer service. I inquired about a truck Thursday before Christmas. Wanted to buy it. The person or owner at lot said he had to be out of town for business. It would be after christmas before I could see or buy truck. I waited. Then I was told 7 different times and excuses why I had to wait for him to be back in town before I can come to lot. I was told several times he would bring it to me. Never did, set up times and never showed or call. They will not answer phone calls or the owner will not respond to text for days at a time. Ive spoke to someone at lot finally when they answered the phone and he wont return my calls. Knows nothing about the situation. The owner claims he wants to sell the truck to me but makes no effort in doing so. The truck has been posted sold on website but no answers on why. It is now the 19th of January and still cant get no one to respond to my calls and texts. Very bad business ethics and I would recommend finding someone else to purchase a vehicle from. I will also report this to the BBB also.

Got a great deal on a 2010 BMW 750li x drive... The owner is the real deal.. he is a true ppl salesman..only thing is they didnt know alot about the car. They would of got 5 stars of if my car didnt need a tune up soon as I bought it but..... Other than that it is a great place to by a car!! ...... But my car hasnt drive in 2 weeks after buying it.. it has a problem.... But Im glad I got a warranty through the bank.
