My mother & I received 5 STAR SERVICE today! Jordan helped my mom get a new phone. He found her exactly what she was looking for & at a great deal. He had everything from her old phone switched over in no time. When we were ready to leave it started POURING rain. My mom walks with a cane so Jordan gave me an umbrella, I ran to the car & moved it closer to the door. He ran out, got the umbrella from me & then escorted my mom to the car. He truly went above & beyond! We are so grateful for Jordan’s help & his kindness.

Jason greeted me with a smile. He was most helpful and explained new phone on layman’s terms. I wish all folks would be so kind and helpful. I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. I left feeling confident that I could manage my new phone. Thanks

Went in with my mom to fix an issue with her phone. The guy that fixed the phone was knowledgeable and fixed the issue, however, that’s about as far as the help went. When looking for a new phone no one got up to assist. I had to walk back to the counter to ask a question. I could understand this had the workers been assisting other customers, but we were the only ones there. There were phones hanging off the wall, no info tags printed to tell you about the phones, nothing. We eventually just left.

Destiny Henderson is the best. She makes sure you go home happy no matter how long it takes😌😌.

The ladies of the store were super sweet and experienced, Destiny was who we spoke to majority of our visit, not only was she friendly she helped us to make the switch and was very patient in doing so. Getting a new phone at this Verizon store is a delight. Jessica and her coworkers are so patient and courteous. This is my second purchase from this spot and both experiences were stellar. Each time the personnel took their time explaining new features and answered all questions with easy to understand explanations. I can’t recommend this this location enough.

This place is horrible!!!! I went in there today they do not greet you nor do they ask can they help you. When I walked in it was 3 associates at the counter no one said a word to me nor to the two ladies that came in behind me. I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and it was 6 others in the back so why have customers wait so long. One lady finished her customer and went in the back and never came back to help the ones that was still standing in line. She would walk out look and go back in the back very unprofessional. I’m an AT&T customer I just dropped in for a sims card for someone. Worst place of business I’ve ever been in!!!

I have had covid vaccination so I dont were a mask I told this person that had the covid vaccination. This person informed me that I had to were a mask in her store. I will never go to this store again. I also changed my cellphone carrier because of this. I am older gentleman and this person was a lot younger than me I was always taught to respect my elders. She was not concerned with my problem she was concerned with me not having a mask.

Customer service is ridiculously slow. There is no sense of urgency with anyone. They loiter around doing menial housekeeping tasks rather than help customers. Customers leaving cause it takes too long. It takes less time to purchase a car than to buy anything at this store.

Always helpful staff, never have to wait long. The selection of accessories is always plentiful, and the inside of the store has always been clean and amazingly upheld. The display models are always working fine and there is never a question the staff cant answer.

More large businesses should be done like this. I explained the device I was looking for. And they scheduled me to pick it up in 15 min. This place was packed. Due to calling in I was able to have the device at the counter and was served very fast! Great customer service on my last visit. (Has NOT already been this good here in the past).
